Description
The invention relates to a method and Device for cleaning guide rollers according to the Preamble of claims 1 and 6.
By means of this The device becomes a running one when the print is switched off Paper web temporarily with a cleaning liquid wetted, which subsequently on the paper guide rollers transferred and then together with those of the Remnants of paint loosened by means of a subsequent part not wetted with solvent the paper web is removed again. The paper web has a different speed than that Circumferential speed of the paper guide roller. This Differential speed is determined by means of Paper guide roller acting drive motors achieved.
In doing so Contamination of the bow to control cleaning used.
Doing so Material web moistened with cleaning agent. For The guide rollers are braked for cleaning.
JP-A-01-031641 discloses an apparatus for Cleaning rollers in one Web rotary printing machine. Here, the Material web additionally with a cleaning agent provided and to control the cleaning processes, e.g. B. to apply the cleaning liquid, the beginning and End of the cleaning agent using a sensor detected.
The invention has for its object a method as well as a device for cleaning guide rollers create.
In terms of the method, this object is achieved according to the invention solved the features of claims 1 and 6.
The advantages that can be achieved with the invention exist especially in that during the passage of the Paper web the guide rollers are cleaned without beforehand a path length calculation between the guide rollers of the special paper path and storage this route must be done in a computer. It no routing plans need to be drawn up. This also prevents such guide rollers are braked, which were not previously Cleaning liquid have been wetted, which otherwise can lead to paper web breakage.
