Definitions
- the invention relates to a manual control lever, in particular for the operating platform of a vehicle, with at least an electrical actuation converter for delivering control signals dependent on at least one work function a pivoting of the hand control lever and / or in Dependence on the actuation of at least one on the Hand control lever arranged actuator.
- a selector lever goes for Motor vehicle transmission, in which to prevent a inadvertent switching to certain speed levels are provided by a backdrop with backdrop levels being represented.
- Intervenes in the setting levels Locking element usually one in the gear lever rod guided locking rod, which in this way the selector lever locks or prevents another gear can be changed.
- the locking bar can be over Actuator on the selector lever from the Move the stage steps out and then releases the selector lever. To make a noise after releasing the push button to avoid the return movement of the locking element subdued.
- the object underlying the invention is seen in a hand control lever of the type mentioned train that the danger of an unwanted triggering of Work functions are avoided in a simple manner and / or that the operation of the work function under certain Circumstances is blocked.
- the invention is in the region of the operating handle Hand control lever with at least one manually operable at least one electrical switching element in connection standing activation element provided.
- the switching element works with an electrical locking control unit or a locking logic together in order depending on Actuations of the activation element the at least one Actuating converter of the manual control lever for the delivery of Activate or deactivate control signals.
- the locking control unit can be designed that control signals from the control element only to the Work function to be forwarded if previously Activation element is operated consciously. Otherwise it is done a suppression of the control signals.
- the manual control lever is preferably in the manner of a Joysticks trained to be a universal joint in two Can pivot directions and by spring force in his middle neutral position is pushed.
- actuation converter for every swivel direction is at least one actuation converter for influencing provided at least one associated work function.
- joystick-like control levers let one easy operation of several work functions.
- a is particularly advantageous Hand control lever like a joystick for the Operation of a loader, in particular an agricultural loader or industrial work vehicle.
- a loader in particular an agricultural loader or industrial work vehicle.
- the Loader boom of the loader can be lowered or raised, and by Lateral movements of the joystick can, for example Bucket or other loader tools.
- an unintended and unexpected actuation of the loading boom and the tool be avoided as there are people in the area of the loader could stop, so here the present invention Advantages can unfold particularly effectively.
- At least one rocker element which with at least one designed as a potentiometer Actuating converter for generating one of the rocker position of the Rocker element corresponding control signal is connected.
- the patentiometer can be used in the invention Interlocking strategy should be included. Usually one is enough Potentiometer, which is responsible for both rocking directions and whose output signal for the rest position of the rocker element as Zero signal is calibrated. However, it can also be used for any of the A potentiometer can be provided for both rocking directions.
- By pressing the rocker switch for example Oil flow proportional to a hydraulically operated work function adjust to the rocking position.
- At the work function can be a hydraulic connected to the vehicle Act additional device (gripper, lift, rotating mechanism).
- Hand control lever results from the fact that the activation element Movable via a swivel axis on the hand control lever is articulated.
- the at least one actuation converter only then to give control signals to the work functions activated when the activation element by hand from its rest position against a small force (e.g. spring force, Gravity) is deflected.
- a small force e.g. spring force, Gravity
- the deflection and holding in deflected position does not require any significant effort, so that the operator is not through the Operation of the activation element feels impaired.
- this is Activation element formed flap-shaped and in the area the shaft-side end of the operating handle across a cross swivel axis on the hand control lever extending to the longitudinal axis of the lever articulated.
- the hand control lever such that the activation element has an essentially L-shaped cross section, the end of the first leg on the hand control lever is articulated and the end of the second leg at unactuated activation element near the free end of the Actuating handle ends and does not protrude beyond it.
- the second leg runs nearby and essentially parallel to the operating handle. For gripping the operating handle the hand between the operating handle and that Activation element are pushed. This is because of the proximity between the second leg and the operating handle only possible if the second leg of the operating handle pivots away, the associated switching element is triggered.
- the activation element preferably has in the vicinity of it Articulation point, for example a projection Actuator on that with an actuating pin of Switching element cooperates so that when the Activation element from its unactuated rest position that Switching element is actuated to control signals to a Lock control unit to deliver.
- the control unit contains a lock control unit and gives depending of the signals mentioned taking into account a suitable Interlocking strategy control signals to the associated Delivers work functions.
- a Electrical control device provided that the signals at least an actuation converter, which is based on a pivoting of the Hand control lever responds, as well as the signals of the at least one in connection with the locking element standing switching element receives and evaluates.
- the Control unit takes an activation of the at least one Actuating converter, that is, a transmission of signals of the actuation converter to the associated work function, only then when the activation element is triggered (actuated) while the manual control lever is in its neutral position located.
- the manual control lever is located initially in a position other than its neutral position, so is when the activation element the actuation converter is not activated. The activation is thus only from the neutral position of the hand control lever possible.
- the safety-relevant advantage that a Movement of the work function (e.g. front loader) only then can be caused when the hand control lever moves will, but not if, for example, with the manual control lever deflected the ignition of the vehicle is switched on.
- the activated manual control lever comes out of its If the neutral position is pivoted, the activation also remains then maintained when the activation element is in its Resting position returns.
- the invention provides that the control unit activation cancels when the activation element is in its Is at rest (because it has been released) and the The hand control lever returns to its neutral position and stays there longer than a first predeterminable time interval.
- the first time interval can for example be up to 2 seconds, preferably about 0.5 seconds.
- the hand control lever returns to its neutral position, switches the activation off after a short time. Then it is for the delivery of control signals a re-activation, such as described above, required. With a short drive through However, the activation becomes neutral even then not canceled if the activation element is not is operated.
- the locking philosophy exclude where the operator Activation element by means of aids (adhesive tape) in its actuated position to the manual control lever Keeping it permanently active is a preferred embodiment the invention that the control unit cancels the activation, when the hand control lever is activated returns to neutral and here longer than a second Predeterminable time interval remains.
- the second time interval is preferably up to 3 minutes, preferably about 1 Minute.
- the neutral position is only temporary pass through, the activation remains.
- the hand control lever 10 shown in FIG. 1 acts it is a joystick-like centered by spring force trained lever, which is not closer by means of a shown universal joint 12 in two directions, forward and rear (x) or left and right (y).
- the hand control lever 10 consists essentially of a Operating handle 14, a middle console 16 and one down to the console 16 adjoining lever shaft 18 the lower end of which is the universal joint 12. in the Area of the lever shaft 18 are not shown Actuating converter (potentiometer) attached, the scan the respective position of the lever 10 in its two directions and convert them into electrical proportional signals (x, y).
- actuating handle 14 On the upward-facing end face of the actuating handle 14 there are two manually actuable actuating elements 20, 22, which form two pressure switches with associated electrical actuating transducers, not shown. With the actuating elements 20, 22, the operator can trigger control signals (z 1 , z 2 ) in order, for example, to switch between different additional functions.
- rocker element 24 On the side of the operating handle 14 facing away from the driver is a manually operated rocker element 24 with an upper Rocker arm 26 and a lower rocker arm 28 arranged.
- the rocker element 24 is a, not shown, as Potentiometer trained actuator transducer assigned to the emits control signals to additional devices that are used for the rocking position are proportional.
- a flap-shaped Activation element 34 (safety flap) articulated, which by a spring, not shown, with less Spring force pushed into its rest position shown in Fig. 1 becomes.
- the activation element 34 has an essentially L-shaped one Cross section with two legs 36, 38 on. The free The end of the first leg 36 forms with the pivot axis 32 Articulation point of the activation element 34.
- the second leg 38 runs towards the longitudinal axis 30 of the lever at an acute angle and ends near the top free end of the Operating handle 14. The free rounded end of the second Leg 38 does not protrude over the end face of the operating handle 14 and therefore offers no possibility of attack for an accidental deflection.
- a projection 40 which extends downward. This acts with the actuating pin 42 as a microswitch trained switching element 44 together by the force a spring is pushed in the direction of the projection 40. In the shown rest position does not engage the projection 40 on the Actuating bolt 42 so that the latter has no switching signal (s) of the switching element 44 triggers.
- Toggle switch 45 arranged between ON and OFF can tilt. By the toggle switch 45 can Hand control lever 10 in its operational state switch.
- Fig. 2 the hand control lever 10 with its Actuation transducers (potentiometer of lever shaft 18, Pressure switch 20, 22, potentiometer of the rocker element 24, Switching element 44) indicated as a block.
- the signals of the Actuating converters are evaluated by a control unit 46, which according to an evaluation algorithm control signals outputs to actuators 48, 50, 52.
- the actuators 48, 50, 52 control associated hydraulic valves 54, 56, 58 from Work functions.
- the valves 54, 56, 58 are for example, electro-hydraulic control valves Front loader.
- valve 54 affects lifting and lowering a boom, not shown
- valve 56 the tilting of one articulated at the free end of the loading boom Gripper and the valve 58 opening and closing the Gripper.
- the control of a hydraulic accessory the rocker element 24 was not shown in detail in FIG. 2.
- the Pressure switches 20 and 22 can switch between serve various additional functions.
- the signals are evaluated in the control unit 46 under Application of an algorithm.
- One to carry out the algorithm suitable for the present invention is as follows explained with reference to the flow chart shown in FIG. 3.
- step 102 is the manual control lever 10 not yet activated, that is, the control unit 46 sets the Signals of the actuation converter 20, 22, 24, 44 not in Control signals for the work functions around.
- step 104 there is a query as to whether the manual control lever is Assumes neutral position and whether the activation element 34 is in its rest position. As long as these two Conditions are not met, the algorithm repeats in polling step 104 at regular intervals.
- step 104 proceeds the algorithm proceeds to step 106, where it is queried whether the activation element 34 has now been operated and his Has left rest position. As long as this is not the case, step 106 repeats its at regular intervals Query. If an operation of the Activation element 34 determined, the steps Algorithm to step 108 through which the manual control lever 10 is activated. The hand control lever 10 is now in its working state in which Dependency of its pivoting control signals to associated Work functions are submitted.
- step 110 there is a query as to whether the Hand control lever 10 is in its neutral position. Is if this is not the case, the activation of the hand control lever 10 maintained and periodically the query of step 110 is repeated. This remains the manual control lever in its working state, when the activation element is released and into its Resting position returns.
- step 110 determines whether the Hand control lever 10 is in its neutral position. If the answer of step 112 is positive, the step is taken Algorithm to step 114 where it is checked whether the Activation element 34 during the last full minute was operated continuously. If this is the case, then step 116 the hand control lever 10 deactivated and the algorithm returned to step 104. This has the consequence that at only then a manual control lever 10 in neutral position remains activated when the activation element 34 is no longer than one minute was pressed. Otherwise the Activation canceled. This prevents that Activation element 34 is blocked in an impermissible manner, without the operator using the manual control lever 10 grasps and with her hand the activation element 34 operated.
- step 114 If the answer in step 114 is negative, i. H. the Activation element was not in the last minute continuously operated while the operating lever 10 in was in its neutral position, the algorithm then turns back Step 110 back and the hand control lever 10 remains activated.
- Step 118 continues, where it is queried whether during the last half a second the activation element was not actuated. If this is the case, the manual control lever is activated in step 116 10 deactivated and the algorithm to step 104 returned. Otherwise, the algorithm returns to step 110 back. This has the consequence that when the Activation element 34 of the hand control lever 10 only for a short time can be moved through its neutral position without it is automatically deactivated. However, he remains unactuated activation element 34 for a long time (longer than 0.5 seconds) in its neutral position, so it will deactivated. In this case the query loop has to be repeated starting at step 104.
