Claims (9)
- Einbauverfahren für eine feste Schienenfahrbahn, bei der die die Gleise oder Hilfsgleise tragenden Betonschwellen (2), deren durchlaufende Bewehrung (8) unten aus der nur teilweise ausgeführten Betonumhüllung herausragt, zunächst zu einem Gleisrost vormontiert werden, anschließend über einer Unterlagsschicht lagemäßig einjustiert und in eine Vergussmasse eingebettet werden, wobei der Gleisrost unter Zwischenordnung einer, ggf. unterseitig an die Bewehrung (8) der Schwellen angebundenen, Tragbewehrung (7) direkt über einer hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht (1) ausgerichtet und die Vergussmasse (17), unter Verwendung beweglicher abnehmbarer Seitenschalungen (15), auf die hydraulisch gebundene Tragschicht (1) aufgebracht wird, und für die Justierung an der hydraulisch gebundenen Tragschicht (1) sich abstützende, verloren mit eingebettete Justierwinkel (12) mit Gewindebohrungen für die Vertikal- und Horizontalverstellspindeln (9, 14) verwendet werden.
- Einbauverfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Verwendung von Einblock-Betonschwellen (2).
- Einbauverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwellen Zweiblock-Betonschwellen sind, deren Bewehrung im wesentlichen parallel zur Schwellenachse verlaufende, durch Bügel miteinander verbundene Baustahlstangen umfasst, die sich als Verbindungselemente durchgehend durch beide Einzelblöcke erstrecken.
- Einbauverfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewehrung (2) sog. Gitterträger (18) mit jeweils drei die Kanten eines dreieckigen Prismas bildenden Längsstangen (19, 20, 21) und zwei diese verbindenden Mäanderschlangen (22, 23) aufweist.
- Einbauverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleisroste über Justierspindeln (9, 14) höhen- und seitenmäßig einjustiert werden.
- Schwelle zur Durchführung des Einbauverfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durchlaufende Bewehrung (8) der Schwelle unten aus der nur teilweise ausgeführten Betonumhüllung herausragt, und dass die Teilbetonierung (5) oberseitig mit von einem Schwellenende zum anderen Schwellenende gegenüber der Laufebene der Schienen geneigt verlaufenden Abziehkanten für die Vergussmasse (17) versehen ist.
- Schwelle nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite (16) der Teilbetonierung (5) - mit Ausnahme der Schienenbefestigungshöcker - als geneigte Ebene ausgebildet ist.
- Schwelle nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Neigung der Abziehkanten ca. 1% beträgt.
- Schwelle nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Höhenmarkierung (25) versehen ist.
