Abstract
Procedimiento para instalar una vía firme de rieles del tipo en el cual durmientes de hormigon que soportan los rieles o rieles auxiliares y cuya armadura continua sobresale hacia debajo de la envoltura de hormigon materializada solamente en forma parcial, son premontados en primer lugar con los rieles para formar un emparrillado de rieles, ajustados a continuacion en posicion sobre una capa de asiento y embebidos en un mortero de colada, que se caracteriza porque el emparrillado de rieles es alineado directamente sobre una capa portante ligada hidráulicamente (1) interponiendo una armadura portante (7) unida opcionalmente por el lado inferior a la armadura sobresaliente (8) de los durmientes y siendo colado el mortero de colada (17) sobre la capa portante (1) ligada hidráulicamente, preferentemente usando encofrados laterales desplazables y removibles (15). También se describe un durmiente para llevar a cabo el procedimiento de instalacion de la vía firme de rieles.
