Ein Farbwerk 01 zum Einfärben eines Formzylinders 02
einer Rotationstiefdruckmaschine besteht im wesentlichen
aus einer Rakelvorrichtung 03, einer Einfärbewalze 04
und einer Farbwanne 06. Zusätzlich zu der ersten den
Formzylinder 02 einfärbenden Farbwanne 06 ist eine
zweite als Auffangwanne 07 ausgebildete Farbwanne
vorgesehen, die unterhalb der ersten Farbwanne 06
angeordnet ist. Diese zweite Auffangwanne 07 umgibt die
erste Farbwanne 06. Eine Breite der Auffangwanne 07
erstreckt sich zumindest soweit, daß von der
Rakelvorrichtung 03 abtropfende Farbe sicher in die
Auffangwanne 07 geführt wird. Diese Auffangwanne 07 ist
mittels eines Halters 08 auf einer höhenverstellbaren
Plattform 09 befestigt.
Bezüglich dieser Auffangwanne 07 ist die Farbwanne 06
parallel zu einer Drehachse 11 des Formzylinders 02
mittels eines Gelenkes 12 in radialer Richtung des
Formzylinders 02 schwenkbar gelagert.
Innerhalb der Auffangwanne 07 ist die Einfärbewalze 04
in zwei bezüglich der Farbwanne 06 gefederten Lagern 13
drehbar gelagert.
An beiden Seitenbacken 14 der Farbwanne 06 ist jeweils
eine mit dem Formzylinder 02 zusammenwirkende, in
axialer Richtung dichtende Kette 16 zum Verhindern von
seitlichen Austreten von Farbe vorgesehen.
An der Farbwanne 06 ist ein Hebel 17 angeordnet, der mit
einem Stellantrieb, beispielsweise einem Arbeitszylinder
18 zusammenwirkt. Dieser Arbeitszylinder 18 ist an der
höhenverstellbaren Plattform 09 gelenkig gelagert. Somit
sind also die Farbwanne 06, die Einfärbewalze 04 und die
Ketten 16 gemeinsam bezüglich der Auffangwanne 07
schwenkbar gelagert, d. h. höhenverstellbar. Die
Einfärbewalze 04 ist somit an den Formzylinder 02 an-
und abstellbar.An

Die Rakelvorrichtung 03 besteht im wesentlichen aus
einem Rakelhalter 19 mit Rakelblatt 21 und einem Träger
22 sowie zwei Stellantrieben 23; 24, beispielsweise

Ende des Trägers 22 parallel zur Drehachse 11 des
Formzylinders 02 schwenkbar gelagert. An dem Rakelhalter
19 greift ein Arbeitszylinder 23 an, der auf dem Träger
22 gelagert ist. Mittels dieses Arbeitszylinders 23 ist
das Rakelblatt 21 an- und abstellbar. Dieser
Arbeitszylinder 23 kann mit einem motorisch
verstellbaren Anschlag zur Begrenzung des Hubes
zusammenwirken. Der Träger 22 und der Rakelhalter 19
sind mittels eines nicht dargestellten Antriebsmotors in
axialer Richtung verschiebbar gelagert. Während des
Betriebes changieren Rakelblatt 21, Rakelhalter 19,
Träger 22 und Arbeitszylinder 23. The
Der Träger 22 ist bezüglich der Plattform 09 parallel
zur Drehachse 11 des Formzylinders 02 schwenkbar
gelagert. An diesen Träger 22 greift ein auf der
Plattform 09 gelagerter Arbeitszylinder 24 an. Mittels
dieses Arbeitszylinders 24 ist ein Anstellwinkel Alpha
einstellbar. Der Arbeitszylinder 24 fährt mittelbar oder
unmittelbar gegen einen motorisch verstellbaren, nicht
dargestellten Anschlag. Dieser Anstellwinkel Alpha ist
durch eine Tangente 26 im Berührpunkt des Rakelblattes
21 am Formzylinder 02 und durch eine parallel zu dem
Rakelblatt 21 verlaufende Gerade 27 festgelegt. Dieser
Anstellwinkel Alpha beträgt beispielsweise 60° bis 80°.
Die Kontaktzone zwischen Rakelblatt 21 und Formzylinder
02 liegt unterhalb einer durch die Drehachse 11 des
Formzylinders 02 verlaufenden Horizontalen 28.The

Gewindespindeln 29 werden mittels eines gemeinsamen
Stellantriebes 31 angetrieben. Im vorliegenden
Ausführungsbeispiel sind Spindelhubgetriebe 32 zur
Verstellung vorgesehen. Diese Spindelhubgetriebe 32 sind
an einem Seitengestell 33 der Tiefdruckmaschine
angeordnet. Somit ist die Plattform 09 relativ zum
Formzylinder 02 in seiner radialer Richtung
positionierbar.The

Claims (10)
- Inking unit (01) for a gravure printing machine, substantially comprising a doctor device (03), an ink trough (06), and a collecting trough (07), the ink trough (06) being vertically adjustable, characterized in that the collecting trough (07) is arranged to be vertically adjustable.
