- au moins un deuxième boítier creux, dit boítier interne, de dimensions inférieures à celui du boítier externe, disposé dans la chambre d'aspiration principale, ledit boítier interne comportant une paroi périphérique délimitant une chambre d'aspiration, dite chambre d'aspiration secondaire, et présentant un bord inférieur délimitant une face ouverte d'application sur la peau,
- des moyens de déplacement de chaque boítier interne par rapport au boítier externe selon un mouvement sensiblement parallèle au plan de la face ouverte d'application sur la peau dudit boítier externe,
- des moyens de communication de chaque boítier interne avec une source d'aspiration apte à générer une pression réduite dans la chambre d'aspiration secondaire.
- un arbre rotatif monté sur le boítier externe de façon à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe sensiblement orthogonal à la face ouverte dudit boítier externe,
- des moyens d'entraínement en rotation de l'arbre rotatif,
- un excentrique solidaire de l'arbre rotatif, comportant un axe excentré sensiblement parallèle audit arbre rotatif, le boítier interne étant monté fou autour dudit axe excentré.
- la figure 1 est une coupe longitudinale par un plan axial d'un appareil de massage conforme à l'invention, appliqué sur la peau d'un patient.

- un second alésage 8 pour le montage d'une tête secondaire de massage décrite ci-dessous.
Claims (16)
- Appareil de massage destiné à être appliqué sur la peau d'une personne, comprenant :un boítier creux (1), dit boítier externe, comportant une paroi périphérique (2, 3) délimitant une chambre d'aspiration, dite chambre d'aspiration principale, et présentant un bord inférieur délimitant une face ouverte d'application sur la peau,des moyens (15) de connexion du boítier externe (1) à une source d'aspiration apte à générer une pression réduite dans la chambre d'aspiration principale,au moins un deuxième boítier creux (20), dit boítier interne, de dimensions inférieures à celui du boítier externe (1), disposé dans la chambre d'aspiration principale, ledit boítier interne comportant une paroi périphérique (21, 22) délimitant une chambre d'aspiration, dite chambre d'aspiration secondaire, et présentant un bord inférieur délimitant une face ouverte d'application sur la peau,des moyens (4, 5, 6) de déplacement de chaque boítier interne (20) par rapport au boítier externe (1) selon un mouvement sensiblement parallèle au plan de la face ouverte d'application sur la peau dudit boítier externe,des moyens (23) de communication de chaque boítier interne (20) avec une source d'aspiration apte à générer une pression réduite dans la chambre d'aspiration secondaire.
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les bords inférieurs respectifs du boítier externe (1) et de chaque boítier interne (20) s'étendent dans des plans sensiblement parallèles.
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bord inférieur de chaque boítier interne (20) s'étend en léger retrait par rapport au bord inférieur du boítier externe (1).
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de communication de chaque boítier interne (20) avec une source d'aspiration, comprennent au moins une ouverture (23) ménagée dans la paroi périphérique (21, 22) dudit boítier interne, en vue de faire communiquer la chambre d'aspiration secondaire avec la chambre d'aspiration principale du boítier externe (1).
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un boítier interne unique (20), les moyens de déplacement (4, 5, 6) dudit boítier interne étant adaptés pour déplacer celui-ci sensiblement parallèlement au bord inférieur du boítier externe (1).
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les bords inférieurs du boítier interne (20) et du boítier externe (1) sont homothétiques.
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les bords inférieurs du boítier interne (20) et du boítier externe (1) présentent chacun une forme symétrique.
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les bords inférieurs du boítier interne (20) et du boítier externe (1) sont circulaires.
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce les moyens de déplacement de chaque boítier interne (20) comprennent :un arbre rotatif (5) monté sur le boítier externe (1) de façon à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe sensiblement orthogonal à la face ouverte dudit boítier externe,des moyens (4) d'entraínement en rotation de l'arbre rotatif (5),un excentrique (6) solidaire de l'arbre rotatif (5), comportant un axe excentré sensiblement parallèle audit arbre rotatif, le boítier interne (20) étant monté fou autour dudit axe excentré.
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement en rotation (4) de chaque arbre rotatif (5) sont adaptés pour faire tourner ledit arbre rotatif à une vitesse de rotation sensiblement comprise entre 30 t/min et 100 t/min.
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que chaque excentrique (6) est percé d'un alésage (8) axé sur l'axe excentré, chaque boítier interne (20) étant porté par un arbre (24) monté fou dans ledit alésage.
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre rotatif (5) et l'axe excentré présentent un entraxe sensiblement compris entre 4 et 10 mm.
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement en rotation de l'arbre rotatif comprennent un moto-réducteur électrique (4).
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé en ce que chaque boítier interne (20) est monté sur l'excentrique (6) de façon amovible, ledit appareil de massage comprenant, pour chacun des boítiers internes (20), un jeu d'au moins deux boítiers internes interchangeables présentant des faces ouvertes d'application sur la peau de dimensions différentes.
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boítier externe (1) comprend un robinet de fuite (13) monté sur la paroi périphérique (2, 3) dudit boítier externe en vue du réglage de la pression réduite dans la chambre d'aspiration principale.
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le boítier externe (1) comprend une soupape d'entrée d'air (50) normalement fermée sous l'action de moyens élastiques, montée sur la paroi périphérique (2, 3) dudit boítier externe en vue de la mise à la pression atmosphérique de la chambre d'aspiration principale.
