Description
- les moyens de maintien de la tête de massage comprennent des organes de butée haute et basse disposés de façon à permettre un déplacement axial de ladite tête de massage relativement à l'arbre moteur,
- l'alésage central de la tête de massage et l'arbre moteur présentent des formes adaptées pour permettre à ladite tête de massage de subir des débattements angulaires selon toutes les directions, relativement audit arbre moteur,
- des moyens élastiques d'appui radial et axial sont adaptés, d'une part, pour solliciter la tête de massage vers une position stable d'équilibre relativement à l'arbre moteur, et d'autre part, pour autoriser des débattements angulaires et des déplacements axiaux relatifs de ladite tête de massage et dudit arbre moteur, à partir de ladite position d'équilibre.
- la figure 1 est une vue longitudinale, avec un arraché partiel du boítier, d'un appareil de massage conforme à l'invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue de dessus de l'intérieur de cet appareil de massage,
- la figure 3 est une coupe longitudinale, par un plan A et à échelle agrandie, représentant la liaison entre l'arbre moteur et une tête de massage,

- et les figures 5 et 6 sont des vues en perspective de deux variantes de têtes de massage pouvant équiper un appareil de massage selon l'invention.
Claims (14)
- Appareil de massage comportant un moteur (5), un arbre moteur (15, 18) agencé pour être entraíné en rotation par ledit moteur, une tête de massage (26-29) portant des organes de massage (30, 31 ; 32, 33 ; 34) et comportant un alésage central (27) apte à permettre de la monter autour de l'arbre moteur (15, 18), et des moyens de maintien de la tête de massage (26-29) adaptés pour solidariser en rotation ladite tête de massage et l'arbre moteur (15-18), ledit appareil de massage étant caractérisé en ce que :les moyens de maintien de la tête de massage (16-29) comprennent des organes de butée haute (22) et basse (19) disposés de façon à permettre un déplacement axial de ladite tête de massage relativement à l'arbre moteur (15, 18),l'alésage central (27) de la tête de massage (26-29) et l'arbre moteur (15-18) présentent des formes adaptées pour permettre à ladite tête de massage de subir des débattements angulaires selon toutes les directions, relativement audit arbre moteur,des moyens élastiques (20-21) d'appui radial et axial sont adaptés, d'une part, pour solliciter la tête de massage (26-29) vers une position stable d'équilibre relativement à l'arbre moteur (15, 18), et d'autre part, pour autoriser des débattements angulaires et des déplacements axiaux relatifs de ladite tête de massage et dudit arbre moteur, à partir de ladite position d'équilibre.
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les moyens élastiques d'appui comprennent au moins un organe élastique d'appui axial (20) interposé entre la tête de massage (26-29) et au moins un organe de butée (22), et au moins un organe élastique d'appui radial (21) logé à l'intérieur de l'alésage (27) de ladite tête de massage, autour de l'arbre moteur (15, 18).
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 2 caractérisé en ce que les organes élastiques d'appui sont constitués de joints toriques (20, 21).
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3 caractérisé en ce que l'alésage (27) de la tête de massage (26-29) présente longitudinalement la forme de deux divergents opposés (27a, 27c) séparés par un col (27b) de section conjuguée de celle de l'arbre moteur (15, 18), chacun desdits divergents présentant une section croissant en direction d'une extrémité dudit alésage, et chaque organe élastique d'appui radial (21) étant disposé au voisinage d'une desdites extrémités d'alésage.
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que l'organe de butée basse est constituée d'au moins un élément (19) de forme adaptée pour venir en butée au niveau du col (27b) de l'alésage (27) de la tête de massage (26-29), chacun desdits éléments étant apte à s'effacer radialement de façon élastique et réversible sous l'effet d'une sollicitation résultant d'un effort axial d'intensité prédéterminée exercée sur la tête de massage.
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que l'organe de butée basse consiste en un joint torique (19) logé dans une gorge annulaire ménagée sur l'arbre moteur (15, 18).
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que l'arbre moteur (15, 18) présente une portion de longueur, destinée à être logée dans l'alésage (27) de la tête de massage (26-29), de section polygonale, ledit alésage présentant une forme interne polygonale conjuguée.
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le moteur (5) est un moteur à courant continu associé à un réducteur (11, 12) à vis sans fin (11).
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un boítier (1) renfermant le moteur (5) et son réducteur (11, 12), doté d'un orifice logeant un palier (17), au travers duquel s'étend l'arbre moteur (15, 18).
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 9 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une hélice (13) montée sur l'arbre de sortie (5a) du moteur (5) en amont de la vis sans fin (11), le boítier (1) étant percé, sur le pourtour de l'orifice logeant l'arbre moteur 15, 18), de lumières (14) pour le passage de l'air brassé par ladite hélice.
- Appareil de massage selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que la tête de massage comporte un moyeu (26) dans lequel est ménagé l'alésage (27), et des bras (28) uniformément répartis s'étendant radialement par rapport à l'axe dudit alésage, chacun desdits bras portant au moins un organe de massage (30, 31 ; 32, 33 ; 34).
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 11 caractérisé en ce que les organes de massage comprennent, pour chaque bras radial (28), des roues espacées (30, 31) présentant une bande de roulement lisse et réalisées en un matériau rigide, lesdites roues étant montées libres en rotation autour dudit bras radial.
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 11 caractérisé en ce que les organes de massage comprennent, pour chaque bras radial (28), des roues espacées (32, 33) présentant une bande de roulement dotée de dents coniques réalisées en un matériau souple, lesdites roues étant montées libres en rotation autour dudit bras radial.
- Appareil de massage selon la revendication 11 caractérisé en ce que les organes de massage comprennent, pour chaque bras radial (28), un rouleau (34) en un matériau mousse monté libre en rotation autour dudit bras radial.
