Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Ausbringen von pastösem Fördergut mit einer vorzugsweise mittels einer Dickstoffpumpe mit dem Fördergut unter Bildung eines zusammenhängenden Fördergutstrangs beschickbaren, ein mit einer Ausstoßöffnung (30) versehenes Rohrstück (14) aufweisenden Förderleitung (12), gekennzeichnet durch einen achsparallel oder koaxial durch die Ausstoßöffnung (30) in das Rohrstück (14) eingreifenden Dorn (18) zum Zerteilen des austretenden Fördergutstrangs.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dorn (18) in einem außerhalb des Rohrstücks (14) befindlichen vorzugsweise öffnungsnahen Bereich quer zur Förderrichtung weisende, mit einem Druckmittel beaufschlagbare Düsen (48) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der vorzugsweise zylindrische Dorn (18) eine gegen die Förderrichtung weisende kegelförmige Dornspitze (44) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dorn (18) mindestens drei, vorzugsweise in einer Ringzone (46) über den Umfang verteilt angeordnete, radial nach außen gerichtete Düsen (48) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrstück (14) in seinem öffnungsnahen Endabschnitt (32) einen nach Maßgabe des lokalen Dornquerschnitts erweiterten Innenquerschnitt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrstück (14) im Bereich der Dornspitze (44) zur Ausstoßöffnung (30) hin konisch erweitert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohrstück (14) einen vorzugsweise in der Nähe des öffnungsseitigen Endes (32) angeordneten, radial nach außen überstehenden Flanschring (34) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dorn (18) an einer vorzugsweise über das öffnungsseitige Ende des Rohrstücks (14) überstehenden Tragkonstruktion (15) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsen mit einem durch den Dorn (18) und die Tragkonstruktion (15) hindurchgeführten, vorzugsweise über eine Mantelöffnung (56) des Rohrstücks (14) mit Druckmittel beaufschlagten Druckmittelkanal (50) kommunizieren.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragkonstruktion (15) mindestens drei, vorzugsweise in gleichen Winkelabständen voneinander angeordnete Winkelstreben (16) aufweist, die mit ihrem einen, radial ausgerichteten Schenkel (38) mit dem Dorn (18) und mit ihrem anderen, achsparallel ausgerichteten Schenkel (42) mit dem öffnungsseitigen Ende des Rohrstücks (14) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckmittelkanal (50) durch eine der Winkelstreben (16) hindurchgeführt ist.
- Verfahren zum Ausbringen von pastösem Fördergut, bei welchem das Fördergut in Strangform durch ein mit einer Ausstoßöffnung (30) versehenes Rohrstück (14) einer Förderleitung gepreßt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fördergutstrang in dem Rohrstück (14) zu einem Hohlstrang geformt wird, der nach dem Durchtritt durch die Ausstoßöffnung (30) innenseitig mit einem Druckmittel beaufschlagt und dabei unter Bildung von Schüttgut zerteilt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aus dem Rohrstück (14) austretende Hohlstrang mit einem kontinuierlichen oder gepulsten gasförmigen Druckmittel beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlstrang in radialer Richtung mit dem Druckmittel beaufschlagt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckmittelzufuhr durch den ankommenden Fördergutstrang gesteuert wird.
- Verwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15 zum Beschicken von Verbrennungsöfen mit Klärschlamm.
- Verwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15 zum Ausbringen von Klärschlamm auf land- und forstwirtschafliche Nutzflächen.
