Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de préparation de papier, carton et carton-pâte à partir de pâtes à papier qui contiennent des impuretés collantes, par addition d'agents tensioactifs non ioniques et de polymères cationiques avec une densité de chargement d'au moins 1,5 meq/g (mesurée à pH 7) aux pâtes à papier et déshydratation des pâtes à papier avec fixation des impuretés collantes dans le papier fini, caractérisé en ce que, comme polymères cationiques, on met en oeuvre
    des polymères contenant des unités vinylamines,
    des polyamidoamines réticulées, solubles dans l'eau,
    des polyamidoamines réticulées, greffées avec de l'éthylèneimine, solubles dans l'eau,
    des polyamidoamines non réticulées,
    des polyéthylèneimines réticulées,
    des halogénures de polydiallyldiméthyl-ammonium,
    des polyacrylamides cationiques, et/ou
    des produits de condensation de dicyandiamide-formaldéhyde,
    et en ce que la masse molaire Mw des polymères cationiques est de 50.000 à 1.000.000.
  2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on met en oeuvre les polymères cationiques en des quantités de 0,01 à 1,0 % en poids, par rapport à la pâte à papier sèche.
  3. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on met en oeuvre les polymères cationiques en des quantités de 0,02 à 0,5 % en poids, par rapport à la pâte à papier sèche.
  4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, comme agents tensioactifs, on met en oeuvre les produits d'addition d'oxyde d'éthylène et éventuellement d'oxyde de propylène sur des alcools gras comportant 6 à 22 atomes de C ou sur des alkylphénols en C1-C18.
  5. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on met en oeuvre les agents tensioactifs en des quantités de 0,005 à 0,5 % en poids, par rapport à la pâte à papier sèche.
  6. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on met en oeuvre les agents tensioactifs en des quantités de 0,01 à 0,2 % en poids, par rapport à la pâte à papier sèche.
  7. Utilisation de 0,005 à 0,5% en poids d'agents tensioactifs non ioniques et de 0,01 à 1,0 % en poids de polymères cationiques du groupe
    des polymères contenant des unités vinylamines,
    des polyamidoamines réticulées, solubles dans l'eau,
    des polyamidoamines réticulées, greffées avec de l'éthylèneimine, solubles dans l'eau,
    des polyamidoamines non réticulées,
    des polyéthylèneimines réticulées,
    des halogénures de polydiallyldiméthyl-ammonium,
    des polyacrylamides cationiques, et/ou
    des produits de condensation de dicyandiamide-formaldéhyde,
    avec une masse molaire Mw des polymères cationiques de 50.000 à 1.000.000 et une densité de chargement d'au moins 1,5 méq/g (mesurée à pH 7), les indications en % en poids étant respectivement données par rapport à la pâte à papier sèche, comme addition à la pâte à papier, lors de la fabrication de papier, carton et carton-pâte, pour la fixation de substances perturbatrices qui sont dissoutes dans l'eau, ainsi que d'impuretés collantes, insolubles dans l'eau, dans le papier fini.
