Description
サイジング剤、分散剤、染料、蛍光漂白剤、コーティングバインダー、湿潤剤、珪酸ナトリウムなどである。さらに導入する工業用水などにもフミン酸やカルシウム成分なども混入する。
しかしこれらの薬剤は、粘着性を有する疎水的な成分による障害を防止するためには、十分ではなく、特にワイヤー、フェルト、ローラーあるいはドライヤーの各表面に再付着に関し検討を要する問題を残している。
(a)ポリビニルアミンおよびポリビニルアミン繰り返し単位を有する水溶性共重合物
(b)四級アンモニウム塩基を含有するポリアミン/エピハロヒドリン縮合物
(c)2−アミノアルキレン(メタ)アクリレート重合物および2−アミノアルキレン(メタ)アクリレート繰り返し単位を有する水溶性共重合物
(d)ポリエチレンイミンおよび四級アンモニウム塩基を含有するポリエチレンイミン変性物
R1、R2は水素あるいは炭素数1〜3のアルキル基、Zは炭素数2〜6のアルキレン基、ヒドロキシアルキレン基、nは1〜6の整数を表わす。

すなわち(a)ポリビニルアミンあるいは(c)の2−アミノアルキレン(メタ)アクリレート重合物中の一級アミノ基、(b)ポリアミン/エピハロヒドリン縮合物中の一級あるいは二級アミノ基、(d)ポチエチレンイミン中の一級あるいは二級アミノ基の作用により疎水性物質へ吸着しやすく、障害作用の防止に効果があると考えられる。
好ましくは100〜3,000mPa・sである。この粘性により配管中で水と混合しながら容易に抄紙前の製紙原料に添加することができる。

Claims (4)
- 下記(a)から(d)の水溶性高分子のうちから選択される一種以上を、抄紙前の製紙工程中の原料チェスト出口、原料混合チェスト、マシンチェスト、種箱出口から選択される二箇所以上において分割して添加する粘着性物質による障害作用抑制方法。
(a)ポリビニルアミンおよびポリビニルアミン繰り返し単位を有する水溶性共重合物
(b)四級アンモニウム塩基を含有するポリアミン/エピハロヒドリン縮合物
(c)2−アミノアルキレン(メタ)アクリレート重合物および2−アミノアルキレン(メタ)アクリレート繰り返し単位を有する水溶性共重合物
(d)ポリエチレンイミンおよび四級アンモニウム塩基を含有するポリエチレンイミン変性物 - 前記(a)ポリビニルアミンおよびポリビニルアミン系水溶性高分子、あるいは(c)2−アミノアルキレン(メタ)アクリレート重合物および2−アミノアルキレン(メタ)アクリレート繰り返し単位を有する水溶性共重合物の重量平均分子量が、1000〜300万であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着性物質による障害作用抑制方法。
- 前記(b)ポリアミン/エピハロヒドリン縮合物が、下記一般式(1)のポリアミンとエピハロヒドリンを反応し生成した縮合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着性物質による障害作用抑制方法。
R1、R2は水素あるいは炭素数1〜3のアルキル基、Zは炭素数2〜6のアルキレン基、ヒドロキシアルキレン基、nは1〜6の整数を表わす。 - 前記粘着性物質が、水に溶解しない疎水的な成分であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の粘着性物質による障害作用抑制方法。
