Description
Claims (10)
- Zusammensetzung zur Behandlung von Oberflächen von flächigen Gegenständen (2). durch welche Behandlung vorbestimmte Trennstellen in einer Anzahl von mindestens teilweise aufeinanderliegenden derartigen Gegenständen erzeugt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung ein antistatisches Mittel zur Verhinderung oder Minimierung der statischen Aufladung der behandelten Oberfläche in einem Gleichspannungsfeld und ein Gleitmittel zur Reduktion des Reibungskoeffizienten zwischen der behandelten Oberfläche und einer anderen Oberfläche enthält.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich ein Lösungsmittel oder Wasser enthält.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zusätzlich ein Luminophor enthält.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das antistatische Mittel mindestens teilweise aus elektrisch leitenden Partikeln, aus einer ionischen Verbindung, aus einer oberflächenaktiven Substanz oder einer hygroskopischen Substanz besteht.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleitmittel aus einem Wachs, einem hochviskosen Silikonöl oder aus einem Kunststoff besteht.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie flüssig oder pulverförmig und durch Versprühen oder durch Walzenauftrag auf der zu behandelnden Oberfläche applizierbar ist oder dass sie fest und durch Abreiben auf der zu behandelnden Oberfläche applizierbar ist.
- Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie die Form eines Granulates hat, das für die Applikation in einen flüssigen oder plastischen Zustand bringbar ist.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie als antstatisches Mittel das leitende Pigment Minatec® und als Gleitmittel Paraffinwachs enhält.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wachskomponente 55 bis 75% des Gewichts der Zusammensetzung darstellt.
- Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wachskomponente 66 bis 67% des Gewichts der Zusammensetzung darstellt.
