Claims (10)
- Verbundteil (10; 50) mit zwei Seitenteilen (11, 12; 51, 52) und wenigstens zwei voneinander beabstandeten Deckelementen (14, 15; 53, 54) die einen Zwischenraum (17; 55) bilden, der mit einem Kunststoffmaterial ausgeschäumt ist, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein Versteifungselement (23; 36, 37; 42, 43; 46) im Zwischenraum.
- Verbundteil (10; 50) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Versteifungselement (58, 59; 36, 37; 42, 43) an den Seitenteilen (11, 12; 51, 52) anliegt.
- Verbundteil (10; 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Versteifungselement vollständig von dem Kunststoffmaterial umschäumt ist.
- Verbundteil (10; 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Versteifungselement ein langgestrecktes Bandelement ist, und sich vorzugsweise im wesentlichen über die gesamte Höhe und/oder Breite des Verbundteils (10; 50) erstreckt.
- Verbundteil (10; 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Versteifungselement (23, 46) Löcher (28, 48) aufweist, daß die Löcher (28, 48) in dem Versteifungselement (23, 46) vorzugsweise unterschiedliche Größen aufweisen, daß die Löcher (28, 48) vorzugsweise im Mittelbereich eines Versteifungselements größer sind als in Endbereichen des Versteifungselements, und daß sich das Kunststoffmaterial vorzugsweise durch die Löcher (28, 48) hindurch erstreckt.
- Verbundteil (10; 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Versteifungselement wenigstens teilweise ein Metallband ist, und/oder wenigstens teilweise aus Kunststoff besteht, und/oder wenigstens teilweise aus Fasermaterial besteht, und/oder wenigstens teilweise aus Holz besteht, wobei wenigstens ein Versteifungselement vorzugsweise ein Vierkantelement ist.
- Verbundteil (10; 50) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Versteifungselement eine L-Form aufweist, daß sich das Versteifungselement vorzugsweise zwischen den beabstandeten Deckelementen (14, 15, 53, 54) und vorzugsweise im wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Deckelementen (14, 15; 53, 54) erstreckt, wobei wenigstens eines der Deckelemente (14, 15; 53, 54) vorzugsweise wenigstens eine Nut zur Aufnahme des Versteifungselements aufweist, und das Versteifungselement (42, 43) vorzugsweise in Randbereichen abgewinkelt ist.
- Verbundteil(10; 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens ein sich quer zu dem Versteifungselement (61, 62) erstreckendes Verstärkungselement (70), wobei die Seitenteile vorzugsweise eine Aufnahme für das Verstärkungselement (70) aufweisen, wobei sich das Verstärkungselement (70) vorzugsweise durch das Versteifungselement (61, 62) hindurch erstreckt, und sich vorzugsweise wenigstens ein Versteifungselement im wesentlichen parallel zu den Deckelementen erstreckt.
- Verbundteil (10; 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbundteil mit einem Schenkel eines Beschlages verbindbar ist, und das Versteifungselement wenigstens eine Aufnahme für den Schenkel aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise die Aufnahme des Versteifungselements und der Schenkel zusammenpassende Gewinde aufweisen.
- Verbundteil (10; 50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbundteil ein Tür- oder Türrahmenelement oder ein Fenster- oder Fensterrahmenelement ist.
