Claims (8)
- Einbaubohle für einen Straßenfertiger mit zwei äußeren Seitenwänden (2, 12) wobei in mindestens einer der Seitenwände (2, 12) Durchstecköffnungen (8,13) zum lösbaren Anbringen mindestens eines seitlichen Bohlenverlängerungsteils (9, 26) über Befestigungselemente vorgesehen sind, die durch die Durchstecköffnungen (8, 13) hindurchsteckbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungselemente Federspeicherzylinder (14) umfassen, die jeweils einen in seine Ausgangsstellung federvorgespannten Kolben (15) aufweisen, zur Verschiebung des Kolbens (15) gegen die Federvorspannung hydraulisch beaufschlagbar und hierzu an einen Hydraulikkreis der Einbaubohle anschließbar sind, wobei der Kolben (15) einen durch die jeweilige Durchstecköffnung (8, 13) hindurchsteckbaren Schaft (17) trägt, der mit einem Widerlagerelement (18) versehbar ist.
- Einbaubohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federspeicherzylinder (14) an die Ölversorgung eines Nivellierzylinders (31) von zwei zueinander verschwenkbaren Bohlenhälften (1a, 1b) anschließbar sind.
- Einbaubohle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federspeicherzylinder (14) an einen Hydraulikzylinder (24) zum Ausfahren einer gegenüber einer Grundbohle ausfahrbaren Ausfahrbohle (1') anschließbar sind.
- Einbaubohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckölversorgung der Federspeicherzylinder (14) über einen Außensteuerstand (29) der Einbaubohle ansteuerbar ist.
- Einbaubohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der wenigstens einen Seitenwand (2, 12) der Einbaubohle ein Verteilerkopf (23) vormontiert ist, der über Hydraulikleitungen (22) mit jedem der Federspeicherzylinder (14) gekoppelt ist.
- Einbaubohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchstecköffnungen (8, 13) in der wenigstens einen Seitenwand (2, 12) der Einbaubohle schlüssellochartig mit einem oberen Abschnitt (8a) zum Durchtritt des Widerlagerelements (18) ausgebildet sind.
- Einbaubohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Widerlagerelement (18) eine Mutter (20) und einen Federring (19) umfaßt.
- Einbaubohle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bohlenverlängerungsteil (9, 26) zwei sich auf der Seitenwand (2, 12) der Einbaubohle abstützende Stellschrauben (25) zur Nivellierung des Bohlenverlängemngsteils (9, 26) mit dem zu verlängernden Bohlenteil (1a, 1b, 1') trägt.
