套设在支撑杆的 限位螺母处于第一位置时穿过装入孔,限位螺母处于第二位置时抵压在定位孔的边缘。 采用本发明的可调式自动装卸装置, 在连接第一被连接件和第二被连接件时, 首 先根据其连接所需要的力调整的弹簧组件的弹簧力, 使其在初始状态下的力等于连接 所需的力。 再使用驱动系统将弹簧组件压缩, 使得第一限位调节部与缸体的第一端的 距离大于第一被连接件和第二被连接件的连接处厚度之和。 随后, 将缸体的第一端抵 压在第二被连接件上, 并使第一限位调节部穿出第一被连接件处于第一位置, 再使得 第一限位调节部从第一位置调整到第二位置。此时, 卸载驱动系统, 则弹簧组件回弹, 其弹簧力等于连接所需的力, 此时第一限位调节部抵压在第一被连接件上, 通过弹力 将第一被连接件和第二被连接件连接在一起。 可调式自动装卸装置, 在需要经常装卸 重型的零部件的场合, 起到了省时省力, 降低劳动强度的作用。 下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 根据本发明的可调式自动装卸装置, 第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300通过 可调式自动装卸装置 100连接, 可调式自动装卸装置 100包括: 驱动系统, 包括缸体 131、活塞 133和支撑杆 135,支撑杆 135穿过第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300, 支撑杆 135与活塞 133固定连接, 缸体 131的第一端抵压在第二被连接件 300上; 蓄 能系统, 包括弹簧组件 121, 弹簧组件 121的第一端抵压在缸体 131的第二端; 限位 调节系统, 与支撑杆 135相连接, 限位调节系统包括第一限位调节部, 第一限位调节 部和支撑杆 135具有穿出第一被连接件 200的第一位置以及抵压在第一被连接件 200 上的第二位置。 如图 2和图 3所示,采用本发明的可调式自动装卸装置,在连接第一被连接件 200 和第二被连接件 300时, 首先根据其连接所需要的力调整的弹簧组件 121的弹簧力, 使其在初始状态下的力等于连接所需的力。 再使用驱动系统将弹簧组件 121压缩, 使 得第一限位调节部与缸体 131的第一端的距离大于第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300的连接处厚度之和。 随后, 将缸体 131的第一端抵压在第二被连接件 300上, 并 使第一限位调节部穿出第一被连接件 200并处于第一位置, 再使得第一限位调节部从 第一位置调整到在第一被连接件 200上的第二位置。 此时, 卸载驱动系统, 则弹簧组 件 121回弹, 其弹簧力等于连接第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300所需的力。 此 时, 第一限位调节部抵压在第一被连接件 200上, 缸体 131的第一端抵压在第二被连 接件 300上, 弹簧组件 121挤压缸体 131, 通过弹力将第一被连接件 200和第二被连 接件 300连接在一起。 可调式自动装卸装置, 在需要经常装卸重型的零部件的场合, 起到了省时省力, 降低劳动强度的作用。 优选地, 驱动系统还包括压力源连接管 134, 压力源连接管 134与缸体 131的内 部相连通。 如图 2所示,在本实施例中,驱动系统为油缸系统,其主要包括缸体 131活塞 133 以及支撑杆 135, 其中, 缸体 131的第二端为活塞端盖 132。 另外, 还包括压力源连接 管 134, 设置在缸体 131的侧面, 并与缸体 131的内部相连通, 压力源连接管 134用 于连接液压油。 在本实施例中, 压力源连接管 134为油管接头, 活塞端盖 132的朝向缸体 131内 部的一侧具有凸台, 缸体 131与带凸台的活塞端盖 132以及油管接头焊接成一体。 在 未向压力源连接管 134内通入液压油之前, 活塞 133处于初始位置, 在弹簧组件 121 的作用下, 活塞 133的第一端面与凸台的端面相贴合。 由于凸台的设置, 活塞 133在 初始位置时其第一端面与活塞端盖 132的内表面之间具有一定距离并形成相对封闭的 空间, 油管接头与此空间相连通。 优选地, 压力源连接管 134上设置有进油孔, 此进 油孔与此空间相连通。 支撑杆 135从活塞端盖 132的内孔穿出并通过活塞端盖 132的凸台轴向定位。 活 塞端盖 132内孔的内壁上装有支撑杆密封圈 137, 防止液压油外泄。 支撑杆 135在轴 肩处与活塞 133焊接成一体,活塞 133的外缘装有活塞密封圈 136并与缸体 131配合。 支撑杆 135的两端分别从缸体 131和活塞端盖 132向外延伸。 支撑杆 135与缸体 131 的端部间装有防尘圈 138, 以防止缸体 131内部进入灰尘。 在其他实施例中, 驱动系统也可为气压驱动的动力系统, 则压力源连接管 134为 气管接头。 如图 2所示, 限位调节系统还包括第二限位调节部 112, 第二限位调节部 112套 设在支撑杆 135上并抵压在弹簧组件 121的第二端。 优选地, 第二限位调节部 112为 调节螺母, 调节螺母与支撑杆 135螺纹连接。 在本实施例中, 第二限位调节部 112与弹簧组件 121的第二端相抵压, 通过对第 二限位调节部 112的位置的调整, 调节弹簧组件 121产生的弹簧力的大小。 具体地, 支撑杆 135从蓄能系统中伸出, 第二限位调节部 112为调节螺母并与支撑杆 135的一 端螺纹连接。 调节螺母用于在初始位置时根据两部件连接所需要的力来调整弹簧组件 121 所需的弹簧力。 当两个被连接部件的连接力发生变化时, 通过调节螺母的向内或 者向外调整, 从而使得弹簧组件 121的初始弹簧力变大或者变小, 以满足连接第一被 连接件 200和第二被连接件 300所需的弹簧力。 优选地, 缸体 131的第一端与第二被连接件 300固定连接。 用该自动装卸装置连接两零部件时, 一般预先把该自动装卸装置用固定件安装在 要连接的部件上。 在本实施例中, 预先将缸体 131的第二端用螺栓 140固定在第二被 连接件 300上, 使之与第二被连接件 300固定连接。 连接时, 将自动装卸装置于第二 被连接件 300作为一个整体与第一被连接件 200相连接。 此种方式便于操作。 根据本发明的一个实施例, 第一限位调节部包括限位螺母 114, 限位螺母 114与 支撑杆 135螺纹连接。 如图 2所示, 限位螺母 114设置在支撑杆 135的一端并与其螺纹连接。 在本实施 例中, 第一限位调节部还包括垫圈 113, 垫圈 113设置在限位螺母 114与第一被连接 件 200之间。 在确定了第一连接件 200和第二连接件 300之间所需的连接力后, 通过 调整限位螺母 114和垫圈 113, 可调整垫圈 113与缸体 131的第一端之间的距离, 使 之满足第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300之间连接所需的距离。 从而在驱动系统 的驱动力卸载后, 垫圈 113紧贴在第一被连接件 200上、 缸体 131的第一端紧贴在第 二连接件 300上, 完成对两个被连接件的紧密连接。 第一被连接件 200上设置有相互连通的装入孔 210和定位孔 220, 套设在支撑杆 135的限位螺母 114和垫圈 113处于第一位置时穿过装入孔 210。装入孔 210的直径大 于限位螺母 114和垫圈 113的直径, 因此在第一位置时, 限位螺母 114和垫圈 113可 以沿支撑杆 135的轴向移动,从装入孔 210中穿入或者穿出。限位螺母 114和垫圈 113 处于第二位置时抵压在定位孔 220的边缘。 定位孔 220的直径至少小于垫圈 113, 因 此在第二位置时, 限位螺母 114和垫圈 113抵压在定位孔 220的周边。 如图 2和图 3所示, 将缸体 131固定在第二被连接件 300上之后, 支撑杆 135及 限位螺母 114和垫圈 113从第二被连接件 300上的穿出孔 310穿过第二被连接件 300, 并从第一被连接件 200上的装入孔 210穿出, 此时与支撑杆 135—端相连接的第一限 位调节部 (包括限位螺母 114和垫圈 113 ) 处于第一位置。 两部件安装时, 用液压管联接油管接头, 通过油管接头向缸体内部加载液压油, 活塞 133在液压油的驱动下运动, 由于活塞端盖 132与缸体 131固定连接, 因此活塞 133相对缸体 131 向活塞端盖 132的反方向运动, 从而带动与之焊接成一体的支撑杆 135一起运动。 此时, 支撑杆 135相对第一被连接件 200向外伸出, 与支撑杆 135连 接的第二限位连接部 112也随支撑杆 135同向运动, 从而使得弹簧组件 121被压缩, 从而垫圈 113与缸体 131的第一端的距离不再等于两个被连接件连接所需的距离, 而 是略大于此距离。 参见图 4, 限位螺母 114和垫圈 113及支撑杆 135穿过装入孔 210 后, 移入与装入孔 210相连通的定位孔 220, 此时第一限位调节部处于第二位置。 调 整第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300的相互位置后, 驱动系统的驱动力卸载, 弹 簧组件 121回复初始被压缩时的状态, 支撑杆 135回缩, 垫圈 113与缸体 131的第一 端的距离等于两个被连接件 (第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300) 连接所需的距 离, 从而垫圈 113紧贴在定位孔 220的周边, 从而第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300通过弹簧蓄能力被连接在一起。 两部件拆卸时, 则先加液力载荷, 使垫圈 113与缸体 131的第一端之间的距离略 大于第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300的相对面之间的距离, 抬起第二被连接件 300使限位螺母 114、 垫圈 113从处于第二位置时的定位孔 220进入装入孔 210, 从而 处于第一位置。 由于在第一位置时, 限位螺母 114和垫圈 113可以沿支撑 135轴向移 动, 因此可调式自动装卸装置连同第一被连接件 200此时可以脱离第二被连接件 300。 再卸载液力载荷, 并最终使得可调式自动装卸装置从第二被连接件 300上拆除。 由上可知, 由于本发明在装卸时仅仅需要将支撑杆 135及其上的垫圈 113及限位 螺母 114穿过各个孔, 不需使用常规的扳手、 套筒或者加力杆等工具, 因此对操作空 间的要求不大, 在操作空间狭小的情况下具有优势。 优选地, 在本实施例中, 如图 4所示, 定位孔 220为在装入孔 210的正下方设有 与支撑杆 135延伸出第一被连接件 200的有螺纹部分的直径大小相当的孔, 这样, 在 装配了垫圈 113和限位螺母 114后, 垫圈 113和限位螺母 114的外直径均大于定位孔 220的直径, 因此能起到限位的作用。 如图 2所示, 蓄能系统还包括弹簧保护部 122, 弹簧保护部 122的第一端与缸体 131的第二端固定连接, 弹簧组件 121套设在支撑杆 135的后延伸部分上并设置在弹 簧保护部 122内。 优选地, 弹簧保护部 122的第二端上设置有可沿弹簧组件 121的轴 向方向移动的调节挡板 123, 第二限位调节部 112抵压在调节挡板 123上。 弹簧保护部 122可与活塞端盖 132焊接或用螺栓连接在一起, 用于保护弹簧组件 121。弹簧组件 121的一端紧靠在活塞端盖 132上, 一端紧靠在调节挡板 123上, 即调 节挡板 123设置在弹簧组件 121和第二限位调节部 112之间。 在第一被连接件 200和 第二被连接件 300安装时, 支撑杆 135受到沿活塞端盖 132的反方向的力, 带动第二 调节部 112运动, 从而压缩弹簧组件 121使其被进一步压缩, 从而支撑杆 135能够沿 活塞端盖 132的反方向发生运动, 从而改变第一限位调节部和缸体 131的第一端之间 的距离, 使得与第二被连接件 300固定连接为一体的第一限位调节部及支撑杆以及能 够顺利的从装入孔 210进入定位孔 220, 并最终完成安装。 优选地, 调节挡板 123与弹簧保护部 122的相邻的侧面上设置有防尘圈 124。 与调节挡板 123与弹簧保护部 122之间装有防尘圈 124, 防止异物进入弹簧组件 121内并影响其性能。 根据本发明的一个实施例, 先不调节弹簧组件 121的预紧力。 在第一限位调节部 和支撑杆 135穿过 300第二被连接件之前, 先调节第一限位调节部与缸体 131的第一 端的距离。 以第一被连接件 200与第二被连接件 300的相对面为第一被连接件 200的 第一端面和第二被连接件 300的第一端面, 以第一被连接件 200与第二被连接件 300 之间的距离为 H3,通过弹簧组件连接第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300的弹簧力 所对应的弹性组件的压缩量为 H4,预先调节第一限位调节部与缸体 131的第一端的距 离 ¾, 使得 在此实施例中, 弹簧组件 121在初始状态下处于松弛状态。 在调节了第一限位调 节部的位置之后, 再使用驱动系统将弹簧组件 121压缩, 使得第一限位调节部与缸体 131的第一端的距离大于第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300的连接处厚度之和。 随后, 将缸体 131的第一端抵压在第二被连接件 300上, 并使第一限位调节部穿出第 一被连接件 200并处于第一位置, 再使得第一限位调节部从第一位置调整到在第一被 连接件 200上的第二位置。 此时, 卸载驱动系统, 则弹簧组件 121回弹, 支撑杆 135 回缩并带动第一限位调节部回缩。在弹簧组件 121的压缩量回弹到 H4时,第一限位调 节部与缸体 131 的第一端的距离等于第一被连接件 200 的第一端面与第二被连接件 300的第一端面之间的距离 H3。 此时, 第一限位调节部抵压在第一限位调节部 200的 第一端面上, 缸体 131的第一端抵压在第二被连接件 300的第一端面上, 通过弹簧组 件 121的弹性力将第一被连接件 200和第二被连接件 300连接在一起。 可调式自动装 卸装置, 在需要经常装卸重型的零部件的场合, 起到了省时省力, 降低劳动强度的作 用。 从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果: 本发明的可调式自动装卸装置,在装卸很重的两零部件时,装卸的时间显著减少, 并且劳动强度较小, 且不受安装空间的限制。 另外, 本发明可适应连接尺寸不同的两 部件间的连接, 连接距离及连接力均可根据需要及时调整。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种可调式自动装卸装置, 第一被连接件 (200) 和第二被连接件 (300) 通过 所述可调式自动装卸装置连接, 其特征在于, 所述可调式自动装卸装置包括: 驱动系统,包括缸体( 131 )、活塞( 133 )和支撑杆( 135 ),所述支撑杆( 135) 穿过所述第一被连接件(200)和所述第二被连接件(300), 所述支撑杆(135) 与所述活塞 (133) 固定连接, 所述缸体 (131) 的第一端抵压在所述第二被连 接件 (300) 上;
蓄能系统, 包括弹簧组件(121), 所述弹簧组件(121) 的第一端抵压在所 述缸体 (131) 的第二端;
限位调节系统, 与所述支撑杆(135)相连接, 所述限位调节系统包括第一 限位调节部, 所述第一限位调节部和所述支撑杆(135)具有穿出所述第一被连 接件 (200) 的第一位置以及抵压在所述第一被连接件 (200) 上的第二位置。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的可调式自动装卸装置, 其特征在于, 所述限位调节系统 还包括第二限位调节部(112), 所述第二限位调节部(112)套设在所述支撑杆
(135) 上并抵压在所述弹簧组件 (121) 的第二端。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的可调式自动装卸装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二限位调节 部 (112) 为调节螺母, 所述调节螺母与所述支撑杆 (135) 螺纹连接。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的可调式自动装卸装置, 其特征在于, 所述蓄能系统还包 括弹簧保护部 (122), 所述弹簧保护部 (122) 的第一端与所述缸体 (131) 的 第二端固定连接, 所述弹簧组件 (121) 套设在所述支撑杆 (135) 上并设置在 所述弹簧保护部 (122) 内。
5. 根据权利要求 4 所述的可调式自动装卸装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹簧保护部
(122) 的第二端上设置有可沿所述弹簧组件 (121) 的轴向方向移动的调节挡 板 (123), 所述第二限位调节部 (112) 抵压在所述调节挡板 (123) 上。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的可调式自动装卸装置,其特征在于,所述调节挡板(123) 与所述弹簧保护部 (122) 的相邻的侧面上设置有防尘圈 (124)。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的可调式自动装卸装置, 其特征在于, 所述 驱动系统还包括压力源连接管( 134),所述压力源连接管( 134)与所述缸体( 131 ) 的内部相连通。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的可调式自动装卸装置, 其特征在于, 所述缸体(131 )的 第二端设置有活塞端盖 (132), 所述活塞端盖 (132) 的朝向所述缸体 (131 ) 内部的一侧具有凸台, 所述凸台的端面沿所述支撑杆(135 )的轴向方向距所述 活塞端盖(132) 的朝向所述缸体(131 ) 内部的一侧的端面的距离为 H 所述 压力源连接管 (134) 上具有进油口, 所述进油口沿所述支撑杆 (135 ) 的轴向 方向距所述活塞端盖 (132) 的朝向所述缸体 (131 ) 内部的一侧的端面的最大 距离为 H2, 其中, ¾> H2
9. 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的可调式自动装卸装置, 其特征在于, 所述 缸体 (131 ) 的第一端与所述第二被连接件 (300) 固定连接。
10. 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的可调式自动装卸装置, 其特征在于, 所述 第一限位调节部包括限位螺母(114),所述限位螺母(114)与所述支撑杆(135 ) 螺纹连接。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的可调式自动装卸装置,其特征在于,所述第一被连接件
(200) 上设置有相互连通的装入孔 (210) 和定位孔 (220), 套设在所述支撑 杆 (135 ) 的所述限位螺母 (114) 处于第一位置时穿过所述装入孔 (210), 所 述限位螺母 (114) 处于第二位置时抵压在所述定位孔 (220) 的边缘。
