Definitions
- the invention relates to a leaf cutting method manufactured shoe according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Such shoes are known in practice, which in essentially a sole, a leaf cut shaft, a dust flap and one with the dust flap have cooperating closure element.
- a recess formed by the dust flap is covered.
- the recess laterally delimiting parts of the leaf cut usually held together with an elastic band.
- the closure element is in the manner of a bolt or a tack seam arranged across the dust flap and with both the dust flap and the leaf cut shaft firmly connected.
- the closure element has in particular the task of providing the necessary support for the shoe to ensure on the foot.
- the invention is therefore based on the object Shoe according to the preamble of claim 1 in this regard to improve that the slip area increases without losing the fit and support of the Deteriorate shoes on the foot.
- each of the outer tab runs diagonally back and down and in one Sole edge of the sole is connected to this.
- This construction not only offers one essential enlarged slip area, but also an improved Possibility of adapting the shoe to the individual foot shape of the wearer, so that pressure problems can be excluded. These shoes are therefore extremely convenient from the first use and must can no longer be broken in.
- the shoe shown in the drawings consists in essentially from a sole 1, a leaf cut shaft 2, a dust flap 3 and one with the dust flap 3 interacting closure element 4.
- the shoe also has a slip area 5, which is enlarged by folding the dust flap 3 forward can be.
- a slip area 5 which is enlarged by folding the dust flap 3 forward can be.
- the leaf cut shaft 2 also has a recess 7 on (see Fig.2), which is covered by the dust flap 3 becomes.
- Fig.2 are these for better illustration Recess 7, the dust flap 3 and the closure element 4 have been omitted.
- the recess 7 is by two parts 2a, 2b of the Leaf cut shaft 2 laterally limited, this two laterally delimiting parts 2a, 2b with elastic Means 8, in particular an elastic band, held together become.
- the recess 7 can therefore by lateral pulling apart of the two parts 2a, 2b the leaf cut shaft 2 are enlarged, whereby the slip area 5 also increases at the same time.
- the elastic band 8 is stretched and ensured a good fit after putting on the shoe the leaf cut shaft 2 at the foot.
- the dust flap 3 shown in Figure 1 required the one firmly connected to the blade cut shaft 2 first part 3a and one opposite the leaf cut shaft 2 movable second part 3b.
- the first one firmly attached to the leaf cut shaft Part 3a is seen through that seen in the longitudinal direction of the shoe front part of the dust flap 3 formed usually for this purpose in its edge area by a seam 9 with the leaf cut shaft 2 connected is.
- the connecting line between the two sides End points of the seam 9 form the pivot axis 10, around which the movable part 3b of the dust flap 3 after can be folded at the front.
- the slip area 5 becomes larger, the shorter the seam 9 is executed.
- the slip-in area has also become larger inevitably means that the shoe is held on the foot is getting worse.
- the closure element 4 provided the variable in length formed and with one end 4a on the dust flap 3rd and fastened with the other end 4b in the area of the sole 1 is.
- the end 4b is preferably in one Sole edge 1a of the sole connected to it.
- variable-length closure element 4 in one preferred embodiment of the dust flap 3 diagonally back and down.
- Exercises while walking the foot on the dust flap is a force in the sense of a Fold the dust flap 3 forward (see arrow 6) out.
- the locking element that runs diagonally to the rear counteracts this force exactly.
- variable-length closure element 4 is expedient provided on both sides of the shoe and there each connected to the dust flap and the sole.
- the length variable Closure element 4 by an elastic Element, in particular an elastic band.
- an elastic Element in particular an elastic band.
- the construction of the shoe described above enables it, the dust flap 3 and the attached to it Closure element to be dimensioned such that the movable Part 3b of the dust flap 3 in the slip position (i.e. with the moving part folded forward) one Slip angle ⁇ with respect to the sole 1 of more than 90 °.
- the length a of the slip area 5 can be folded forward the dust flap 3 enlarged to a length b become 50% larger than the length a, is preferably 70% larger.
- This shoe construction therefore clearly offers one enlarged hatching area, so use a shoehorn no longer to put on the shoe is required. Due to the variable length locking element 4 there is also an improved possibility of Adaptation of the shoe to the individual shape of the foot Carrier, so that pressure problems are excluded can. There is also a particular advantage in that these shoes are no longer broken in have to.
