Claims (8)
- Radialkolbenpumpe zur Kraftstoffhochdruckversorgung bei Kraftstoffeinspritzsystemen von Brennkraftmaschinen, insbesondere bei einem Common-Rail-Einspritzsystem, mit einer in einem Pumpengehäuse (2) gelagerten Antriebswelle (4), die exzentrisch ausgebildet ist oder in Umfangsrichtung nockenartige Erhebungen aufweist, und mit vorzugsweise mehreren bezüglich der Antriebswelle (4) radial in einem jeweiligen Zylinderraum (18) angeordneten Kolben (12), die durch Drehen der Antriebswelle (4) in dem jeweiligen Zylinderraum (18) in radialer Richtung hin und her bewegbar sind, wobei zwischen den Kolben (12) und der Antriebswelle (4) jeweils ein Tassenstößel mit einem tassenförmigen Körper(17) angeordnet ist. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem tassenförmigen Körper (17) mehrere Öffnungen (16) vorgesehen sind.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tassenstößel (9) jeweils in der gleichen Richtung wie der zugehörige Kolben (12) hin und her bewegbar ist.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Tassenstößel (9) jeweils in einer Bohrung (24) in dem Gehäuse (2) geführt ist, die sich in der gleichen Richtung wie der zugehörige Zylinderraum (18) erstreckt.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden des Tassenstößels (9) von einer Kraftaufnahmeplatte (15) gebildet wird.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftaufnahmeplatte (15) durch den tassenförmigen Körper (17) mit einem Führungsring (19) verbunden ist.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolben (12) jeweils durch eine Feder (14) gegen die zugehörige Kraftaufnahmeplatte (15) des Tassenstößels (9) gedrückt werden.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftaufnahmeplatte (15) auf der zur Antriebswelle (4) gerichteten Seite leicht ballig ausgebildet ist.
- Radialkolbenpumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Antriebswelle (4) und den Tassenstößeln (9) ein Ring (8) angeordnet ist.
