Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for releasing a safety ski binding used ski boots of a skier and an arrangement for one Ski binding part of a safety ski binding, which at least one against Trigger mechanism for a spring to be inserted into the binding Has ski boot.
- Front cheeks are now also known have both a side and a height release device.
- one about a transverse axis provide pivotable housing, which by a first Release spring loaded height release mechanism held in the closed position is.
- On the housing is a sole holding device which can be released on both sides attached, which by a second, from a further release spring acted upon side release mechanism is held in the closed position.
- ski binding part known from EP 0 544 063 B1 here also a toe, they are the sole of a used ski boot laterally supporting wing mounted on the housing against the force of a Release spring can be swiveled sideways and it is an elastic return device provided which is independent of the trigger spring acting on the wing.
- This return device connects the housing, which with a Sole clamping device, which the sole of an inserted ski boot from above includes, is provided with the base plate and thus brings the Sole jig back towards the baseplate. Raising the Housing against the force of the elastic return device therefore allows one automatic adjustment of the binding element, the toe piece, to the thickness the ski boot sole and also facilitates the release of the boot in the event of a Fall backwards.
- FR-A-2374922 discloses binding with sensors for the trigger.
- the task according to the invention is thereby achieved solved that under certain conditions which can be determined in advance, a movement of at least one ski binding part (1) is triggered relative to the ski, the ski binding part (1) being pivotable about a transverse axis (7) arranged and / or slidably mounted in the longitudinal direction of the ski by one of each trigger mechanism held independent, controllable locking mechanism is and for an at least substantially force-free pivoting and / or Displacement movement is released.
- the ski binding part can be pivoted about a transverse axis and / or is slidably mounted in the longitudinal direction of the ski and by one of each Trigger mechanism held and controlled for independent an at least essentially force-free pivoting and / or shifting movement can be released.
- the pivoting movement of the ski binding part about an axis running in the transverse direction.
- the method according to the invention works in such a way that the conditions which can be determined in advance are also determined empirically and / or Include skier-specific data.
- the ski binding part is arranged on an intermediate plate, the base plate or Guide rail is pivotally and / or slidably mounted.
- a particularly simple embodiment of the arrangement provides that the Ski binding part on the intermediate plate around a running in the transverse direction Axis can be swiveled up. If care is taken for a shifting movement, then is it is advantageous for a simple functioning and a simple construction if the Ski binding part is arranged displaceably in the longitudinal direction of the ski.
- the locking mechanism can also be carried out very simply and appropriately.
- a basic embodiment provides that the locking mechanism has a latching part and a latch which can be latched thereon, of which Components of the one on the intermediate plate receiving the ski binding part and the others arranged on the base plate or on the ski-fixed guide rail or is stored.
- an electronic control is provided, by means of which sensor data, data of the binding user, if applicable, and empirical if necessary determined data the latch is released.
- the data recorded by the sensors are advantageously forces and Changes in force exerted by the sole of the ski boot and to the electronic control.
- the Ski binding part a toe. While it is not the subject invention Front jaws restricted, but this is especially the case with front jaws Release of the ski boot according to the invention is particularly advantageous in the event of a turning accident.
- ski binding part is a toe piece, but on it reference is made to the fact that the present invention does not apply to toe pieces is restricted, but can also be used in an analogous manner with heel holders.
- 1 now shows a side view of a toe of a safety ski binding with a possible embodiment of the invention
- Fig. 2 shows a detail from Fig. 1 in Side view in section
- Fig. 3 shows the front jaws of Fig. 1 in a position after Release of a ski boot in the swiveled-up position
- FIG. 4 a top view on a safety ski binding consisting of heel holder and toe pieces a sensor plate. All drawing figures are schematic representations that serve to illustrate the basic principle of the present invention.
- a toe 1 is shown, of which the outer housing 2, a sole hold-down 3, which the front area of the sole of a ski boot used in the toe pieces 1, which is not shown, by overlaps above, and one of the angle lever 4, which the front area of the sole of a ski boot used include laterally, are shown.
- the angle levers 4 are not in a manner known per se against the force of one here shown and housed in the housing 2 trigger spring laterally pivoted stored.
- the sole hold-down device 3 can be arranged on the binding housing 2 or be stored so that it can also be swung up against spring force. This Swiveling movement can take place to such an extent that the ski boot is released, triggering of the baking is also guaranteed in this direction.
- the binding housing 2 is arranged on an intermediate plate 5, which has the function has a base plate with which a toe is usually fixed on the ski 10.
- FIG Intermediate plate 5 around an arranged in the horizontal plane and in transverse Direction axis 7 mounted on the ski-fixed base plate 6.
- the pivotable mounting of the intermediate plate 5 on the base plate 6 can now Lateral tabs 5a take place, which overlap the base plate 6 and with this a bolt (not shown) or the like, which forms the axis 7, connected are.
- the base plate 6 can, as indicated in FIG. 1, at points 8 Screws on the ski.
- a ski-shaped guide rail can also be provided, on which the Front jaws with intermediate plate and base plate 6 slidably supported and in can be locked in different positions.
- the base plate 6 can, as shown in Fig. 1, in the direction of not shown Extend the heel holder and in front of the toe 1 with a separate one Footplate 11, which can be provided with a sliding plate 11a, be firmly connected.
- the tread plate 11 with the sliding plate 11a can, however, also be directly on the ski 10 or component arranged on a ski-fixed guide rail.
- a controllable locking mechanism ensures that the intermediate plate 5 is and remains locked to the base plate 6 when a "normal" triggering of the Toe, for example pivoting the angle lifter 4 against the force the release spring, whereby the ski boot is released, takes place.
- a locking part 12 arranged on the intermediate plate 5 indicated.
- Fig. 2 shows a variant of the embodiment of the mentioned Locking mechanism for fixing the intermediate plate 5 on the base plate 6.
- This Locking mechanism is here in the rear area of the intermediate plate 5 and thus approximately in Area of the angle lever 4 in the intermediate plate 5 and in the base plate 6 accommodated.
- the locking mechanism shown includes the already mentioned and on the underside of the intermediate plate 5 in the direction of the ski 10 facing locking part 12, which is provided with a locking recess 12a for a hook-like bolt 13.
- the recess 12a and there engaging detent 13a of the bolt 13 are designed to match, both Components have corresponding inclined surfaces, the locking lug 13a Intermediate plate 5, the locking part 12 facing the base plate 6.
- This kind of Locking mechanism therefore provides a mechanically very simple locking of the Intermediate plate 5 on the base plate 6 securely.
- an actuating part which in present embodiment is an electromagnet 15. Any activity of the electromagnet 15 takes place via a not shown and not the subject of electronic control constituting the present invention, taking into account appropriate data for various data and signals from sensors Release of the locking part 12 is carried out.
- Fig. 4 shows where these sensors, which are themselves not shown, are housed can.
- a sensor plate 16 is attached to the base plate 6.
- the Sensor plate 16 is provided with supports 17 - in the illustrated Embodiment are in pairs two in front of the heel holder 1 'and the Front jaws 1 provided - via which the sensors, not shown, from Loads exerted on the ski boot can be actuated.
- the arrangement of the sensors takes place in particular such that it is in the plate 16 or the like in the area are accommodated below the standardized shoe support area.
- the sensors themselves should be able to withstand forces and force changes even in small ones Areas, and as quickly as possible.
- piezoelectric elements in question which, for example, formed as foils in the Sensor plate 16 are housed below the support 17.
- the intended electronic control and its power supply as well those of the electromagnet 15 can preferably also be in the sensor plate 16 be accommodated.
- the control is especially designed so that it is next to the information coming from the sensors contains a multitude of other data can process, such as those that come from the skier himself, for example the Body weight, body size, etc. This is mainly based on empirical Ways, data determined by series of tests, stored, if possible only then a release of the bolt 13 from the locking recess 12a of the locking part 12 to effect when necessary. In principle, this can for example in the event of a reverse turn under certain force and Changes in force, which are detected by the sensors below the ski boot, the Case.
- the electronic control by the Electromagnet 14 an immediate tightening and thus pivoting the bolt 13th and thus a release of the locking part 12.
- the front jaw 1 together with the Swivel the intermediate plate 5 freely upwards about the axis 7.
- This Swiveling movement can be caused by a not too strong one, for example on axis 7 arranged and appropriately supported (not shown) supported spring become. Since this type of release of the ski boot in front cheeks 1 compared other, normal tripping can take place with a relatively low frequency be provided, a repositioning of the toe 1 with the Intermediate plate 5, a latching of the bolt 13 in the latching recess 12a To effect locking part 12 by pivoting the front jaw 1 by hand.
- the corresponding design of bolts 13 and Locking recess 12a with inclined surfaces, as described, an automatic Restoration of the locked position when lowering the Toe 1 take place.
- the on the Intermediate plate 5 arranged locking part 12 cooperate with a bolt 13, which is pivotally mounted on the base plate 6 in the horizontal plane.
- the bolt can be released by an electromagnet.
- the Ski binding part is mounted displaceably in the longitudinal direction of the ski. This can be done on be arranged on a separate intermediate plate on a ski-fixed Slidably mounted guide rail.
- the locking mechanism can for example via a lockable with the guide rail or a locking part thereof Bar, which is arranged on the sliding plate, have.
- the actuation to release, to enable a shift in the longitudinal direction of the other Ski binding part away, can be done analogously to the possibility described above.
- the locking mechanism can also be designed differently, as well its actuation for release.
