Definitions
- the subject invention relates to a safety ski binding with a The toe and a heel holder, the toe against the force has at least one spring pivotable angle lever or the like, and wherein the heel holder is a base plate, a laterally swiveling one Basic body with a sole holder and a control curve for one against Spring force and diagonally released one in the binding has to be used ski boots.
- a heel holder with a so-called diagonal control curve is, for example, out the AT 397 922 B known.
- This heel holder has one along a ski fixed Rail-guided base plate, on which a base body around a vertical, as a bolt trained axis is pivotally mounted.
- the basic body is used for Attachment of a binding housing, which at its front end on a Transverse axis a swivel head with a sole hold-down and a step spur wearing.
- a roller is mounted on the step spur, which on the diagonal control curve, the is firmly connected to the base plate.
- Inside the binding case a locking rocker is also mounted, which rests on a further control cam, which is arranged on the inside of the swivel head.
- This latch arm is acted upon by compression springs, the pretensioning of which is achieved by means of an adjusting screw can be changed.
- Heel holder first has the role on the spur against the force of Trigger springs to step out of a central locking recess of the control cam. This happens via the sole hold-down loaded by the ski boot, which the mentioned locking arm pivoted against spring force. Only when through the Depth of this locking recess is exceeded, a lateral, diagonal pivoting of the heel holder to release the ski boot. This type of control of the diagonal release of the heel holder is concerned is a very proven and very safe for skiers Construction.
- a toe of the type mentioned has, for example, two each an axially pivotable angular lever, which is arranged to the side Bracket of the ski boot are provided, as well as a sole holder that the Ski boot slightly gripped from above in the toe area.
- Sole holder and Angle levers work with the release spring that is adjustable in their preload together that a release at different loads, in horizontal Direction and also in the vertical direction is possible.
- the function of the toe is designed to function as a offers the greatest possible safety for the user, the skier.
- the task is solved in that the control curve the heel holder is pivotable relative to the base plate and by means of a Lock can be fixed in its position relative to the base plate, being for a horizontal Swiveling the base body with the sole holder closed the lock can be canceled by bale pressure.
- a simple and reliable actuation of the lock occurs after one another feature of the invention via a bale pressure in Binding longitudinal direction slidable control part.
- control curve is after the Release the lock relative to the base plate by one in the longitudinal direction of the binding extending axis pivotable. It is a simple and expedient possibility of horizontal pivoting of the base body together with the parts on it.
- Control curve after releasing the lock together with the main body supporting swivel plate relative to the base plate by at least in essential vertical axis is pivotable.
- This embodiment has the Advantage that no separate pivotable mounting of the control curve is required is.
- Control section provides that the control section is a replacement for the at least one him acted upon spring, which is otherwise ski-like or comparable is supported.
- One of the possible embodiments of the invention is furthermore provided that the spring acting on the control part or one of the The trigger springs of the toe piece are. This measure makes this unnecessary Provide separate springs, on the other hand, the power of the control part acting spring can not be adjusted independently.
- Control part is acted upon by at least one separate spring.
- a simple and convenient way of moving the control section over depressing the operating pedal provides that the control part and Interact with the actuation pedal via inclined surfaces.
- control cam on the base plate by one in Binding longitudinal direction axis is pivotally arranged.
- this can be done with lateral Stop surfaces are provided.
- control curve can be used with appropriate guide surfaces for the purpose Pawl are provided so that the pawl the cam in their Starting position and automatically brings their locked position on the control curve occupies.

- the Control curve 9 is not pivotally mounted on the base plate 4, but sits on a separate pivot plate 26, which is opposite the base plate 4 the vertical axis 5 is pivotally mounted.
- the swivel plate 26 thus has the function of an intermediate plate which, if the cam 9 'is not released, over a correspondingly high bale pressure, a unit with the Base plate 4 forms.
- the others are therefore also on the swivel plate 26 Components of the heel holder 2, such as the base body and those located on it Components arranged.
- This embodiment thus corresponds to the design of the control rod, of the operating pedal etc. of the one already described.
- Here too has one Moving the control part 17 lifting the lock of the diagonal control curve 9 'with the difference that when moving the control part 17 the Swivel plate 26 together with the control cam 9 'can rotate horizontally.
- both the heel holder 2 and the toe 13 on one separate plate or a separate plate-like binding component can be arranged, in which case the control part and with it interacting components, in particular the actuation pedal and any Guides for the control rod can be arranged on or in this plate.
- the execution of these components is made so that Accumulations of ice and snow cannot hinder the functioning, and that an unimpeded insertion of the ski boot into the safety ski binding is possible.
- it is advantageous for example, if the Control part is executed over a large part of its extension as a plate.
- the spring (s) to act on the control part elsewhere for example be arranged below the control section.
- a shifting of the control part in the direction of Front jaws are made so that the pawl moves in the other direction from it Locking recess moves out of the control curve.
- the operating pedal can also be used its pivot axis can be structurally integrated into the control section by on Control part, for example, elongated holes for a relative movement of the control part be provided with respect to the pivot axis of the actuating pedal.
- Actuating pedal On Place of operation on inclined surfaces can also be provided that the Actuating pedal a lever, in particular a toggle lever or the like, acted upon and moved against the force of a spring, so that even with a such embodiment, the pawl moved to release the control curve becomes.
