Definitions
- the invention relates to a sole structure for one Shoe or an insole with at least two Layers and a method for its production.
- insoles which absorb the moisture and partly also with antibacterial agents and fragrances are provided.
- European patent application EP 0 693 259 A2 describes a sole arrangement, in the individual parts of the sole, for example, where most of the sweat glands are on the foot, can be replaced.
- This too interchangeable elements have the known advantages the insoles. So far, however, is not managed to be a compact, durable and simple create manufacturable sole construction in which Active ingredient introduced in high concentration and isolated from the sole of the foot, but also from the rest of the shoe is so that the active ingredient is released in a targeted manner becomes.
- the invention has the object to create a sole structure that the has just mentioned properties.
- this object is achieved by that an upper permeable layer and a spaced lower layer are present and an intermediate layer between these two layers is introduced with absorbent fibers that is acted upon with at least one active ingredient.
- top and bottom layers protect those with active ingredient provided intermediate layer against destruction or decomposition, so make the sole construction durable. she continue to ensure a longer effectiveness, by slowing the release of the active ingredients, and also seal the intermediate layer against direct contact with the sole of the foot or shoe. Because of the absorbency of the intermediate layer is capable of to store significant amounts of the active ingredients, at least in liquid form, and the im Shoe moisture at least partially to tie. The stratification enables a targeted Positioning the active ingredients in the sole structure, where they can be introduced in a concentrated form, so that a light sole construction is realized leaves. Due to the open top The active ingredients are released through the layer and moreover, moisture can accumulate in the intermediate layer or lower layer while escape the drying process.
- soles of shoes are common wet. This creates ideal conditions for the multiplication of bacteria and fungi.
- For fighting the invention proposes bacteriostatic, bactericidal or fungicidal active ingredients in of the intermediate layer.
- the perspiration of the soles of the feet can continue to increase an unpleasant smell in the soles of the shoes contribute.
- the intermediate layer is for neutralization therefore preferably with at least one Provided fragrance.
- the intermediate layer is also able to absorb foot moisture and to save, but this is not permanent should be unnecessary since active ingredients in a humid environment can quickly lose their effectiveness.
- the intermediate layer is already due to the introduced active ingredients partially saturated, so the moisture absorption is significantly reduced is.
- the invention provides the use of absorbent material also in the lower layer before which moisture then occurs in the intermediate layer, at least in part is delivered.
- Upper layer, lower layer or both layers can consist of foams, depending on Base material and processing absorb moisture or let it diffuse through. Such Materials are usually soft and wear therefore pleasant. They are also easy to use, like later is explained in more detail with fibers from the intermediate layer connect.
- fiber material for the lower one and / or top layer well suited. It has Similar benefits to foam, can also be absorbent or be open to diffusion and also wears enjoyable.
- the upper layer must be open to diffusion. This Property can be well realized through one Non-woven, in particular made of polyester or synthetic.
- the layers of a sole structure according to the invention are ideally thick enough so that the upper layer seals off the moisture well from the soles of the feet and the lower layer can store sufficient amounts of moisture.
- the overall sole structure should not be too heavy and not so thick, so that the sole does not appear spongy.
- the lower and upper layers each have a basis weight of 300 to 400 g / m 2 .
- the intermediate layer preferably has a basis weight of 200-250 g / m 2 . It is then thick enough to absorb significant amounts of active ingredient, at least when the layer consists largely of absorbent fibers, and yet remains quite light.
- the intermediate layer is made of fiber material, it can be combined with the other two layers connect by needling, especially if the upper or lower layer also made of fiber material are formed. But it is also possible a layer of other material, for example made of foam, with a layer of fiber material needling. This procedure ensures a firm connection between the layers and also enables the introduction of absorbent fibers from the lower or intermediate layer into the upper layer so that the moisture is removed there becomes.
- the needled fibers act here like channels that bring the moisture to the bottom or forward to the intermediate layer.
- the sole structure according to the invention is another Scope open. It can be in the soles of your shoes integrated or formed as a replaceable insole his. The use is possible in street and Sports shoes, but also in rubber boots, ski boots or hiking boots.
- the sole construction is Suitable for both men's and women's shoes and can also be used as a footbed carrier serve. To use all of these different shapes to produce relatively little effort Invention before, at least one of the three layers to be provided with a proportion of malleable material and to shape later if necessary. Suitable for this especially melt fibers.
- the sole construction can be thermally embossed in this case.
- a sole construction especially if it is made of fiber material or foam, can become worn out Static charge of foot movement, which is uncomfortable and may result in itching Has.
- This can be remedied by one Sole construction that is electrically conductive.
- This Property is achievable by introducing more conductive Fibers, in particular made of carbon or Steel that can discharge the charges. Become Layers needled together, so it may be enough already out, conductive fibers only in to provide one of the three layers because then conductive fibers also in the other layers be introduced.
- Static charges can also be removed of the entire human body Derive shoes with appropriate soles continuously. Electric shock caused by sudden discharges could be avoided. In particular, however, appropriate shoes are being processed electronic devices recommended, because damage from possibly occurring Discharge currents are avoided. Also for corresponding ones Special shoes is therefore one designed in this way Suitable for sole construction.
- Transpiration is particularly problematic Feet in sports shoes, because on the one hand they are sporty Strong sweating occurs during operation and, on the other hand, sports shoes often made from less breathable Plastics exist. A similar Problems arise with rubber boots. The permanent introduction of fragrances and others Active ingredients seem particularly appropriate here. Just however, there are many in this market segment Cheap brands with a complex sole construction would be unacceptable or only a little Leave space for it. In this case it can be used as the lower one Also layer a ribbon fabric, for example Polypropylene. Such a material is thinner and cheaper than a fleece.
- the top layer can also be the face material of one Shoe sole, in particular made of leather, fabric or Cambrell, be. This allows the sole construction make compact.
- an upper layer made of other material additionally an upper material, especially leather, Fabric or cambrell can be laminated on. Thereby there is an additional protection of the upper one Layer and thus the entire sole structure.
- Another object of the invention is permanent Introduction of active ingredients, in particular Fragrances, in an intermediate layer.
- active ingredients in particular Fragrances
- An advantageous training therefore provides for the intermediate layer above and / or below, i.e. on the border to the upper and / or lower Layer to be provided with a perforated film, so that an exit only at the perforations is possible.
- the intensity of the fragrance is thereby less strong, but lasts longer.
- the active ingredient can still laterally escape. To prevent this, the intermediate layer can laterally closed all around become. However, it may be desirable that active substances emerge in sections can. This shows that the sole structure is provided with a fragrance, and also the fragrance note can be tested, for example, when buying.
- the absorbent fibers can use large amounts of active ingredient in this way take up. Impregnation can be carried out at the same time take place so that the active ingredient, in particular a fragrance against later penetration Moisture is protected.
- the layers are connected to one another preferably by needling. This procedure adds the layers firmly and permanently together without an adhesive or similar agent would be required the transportation of moisture or active ingredients in the sole structure.
- a film can be made without additional Perforate effort when needling. This will first an imperforate film between the corresponding Layers introduced and the sole structure subsequently needled. The previously unperforated The film is provided with openings by the later active ingredient or moisture can escape the sole structure.
- the sole structure consists of an upper layer (1) and a spaced lower layer (2). There is an intermediate layer between these two layers (3) introduced the active ingredients contains and from the upper layer (1) or the lower Layer (2) also through a perforated Foil (4) can be separated so that ensures is that the active ingredient escapes only slowly.
- the top layer (1) and the bottom Layer (2) seals off the active ingredient the sole of the foot or the rest of the structure of the shoe from. With this arrangement, one can in particular Provide the shoe with a long-lasting fragrance.
