Claims (9)
- Fronteinheit für ein elektronisches Gerät, insbesondere ein Autoradio, wobei die Fronteinheit umfaßt:a) eine Frontkappe (10);b) bewegbare Steuerelemente (20), die jeweils über eine Membran (30) integral mit der Frontkappe (10) verbunden sind;c) so daß die Membran (30) bei einer Bewegung des Steuerelements (20) als Führung und als Rückstellelement dient.
- Fronteinheit nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Frontkappe (10) und die Steuerelemente (20) durch Zweikomponentenspritzen gefertigt werden.
- Fronteinheit nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Frontkappe (10) und die Steuerelemente (20) aus einem Polycarbonat und die Membran (30) aus einem Elastomer gefertigt wird.
- Fronteinheit nach Anspruch 3, wobei das Polycarbonat glasklares Makrolon ist.
- Fronteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Membran (30) einen U-förmigen oder einen faltenbalgartigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Fronteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Fronteinheit ferner eine mit ihr bevorzugt lösbar verbundene Leiterplatte (40) mit Leuchtdioden (42) zum Hinterleuchten der Steuerelemente (20) und der Frontkappe (10) aufweist.
- Fronteinheit nach Anspruch 6, wobei auf der Leiterplatte (40) hinter der Frontkappe Tastschalter (41) angeordnet sind, die durch die Bewegung der Steuerelemente (20) betätigt werden.
- Fronteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Fronteinheit eine mit ihr bevorzugt lösbar verbundene Leiterplatte (40) mit Lampe plus Lichtleiter zum Hinterblenden der Steuerelemente (20) und der Frontkappe (10) aufweist.
- Fronteinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei auf die Unterseite der Steuerelemente (20) ein elektrisch leitender Lack aufgebracht ist, um beim Berühren der Schalterplatte (40) einen elektrischen Kontakt herzustellen.
