Claims (6)

  1. Four de cuisson avec une chambre de cuisson ayant une ouverture pouvant être fermée par une porte, et avec un ventilateur de refroidissement qui pousse à l'extérieur un courant d'air de refroidissement à partir d'une ouverture de soufflage dans la partie frontale du four de cuisson, au-dessus de l'ouverture de la chambre de cuisson, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de guidage de flux (27 ; 41) est prévu dans la partie de l'ouverture de soufflage (23), celui-ci étant activé ou libéré par l'ouverture de la porte (7) et dirigeant vers le bas le courant d'air de refroidissement soufflé dans la partie de l'ouverture de la chambre de cuisson.
  2. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage de flux (27) est logé de manière mobile sur le four de cuisson (1) et en ce qu'à l'ouverture de la porte (7), il est réglable d'une position de repos en une position de fonctionnement déviant le courant d'air de refroidissement.
  3. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de guidage d'air (41, 45) est disposé de manière immobile dans la partie de l'ouverture de soufflage, et en ce que le dispositif de guidage d'air (41, 45) dirige le courant d'air de refroidissement vers le bas et pousse le courant d'air de refroidissement dans un canal d'air (43), ouvert du côté frontal et disposé dans la porte (7), lorsque la porte (7) est fermée.
  6. Four de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur de refroidissement (15) passe à une puissance supérieure lorsque la porte (7) est ouverte et que la chambre de cuisson (5) est brûlante.
