Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour un four de chauffage (1) muni d'une porte (8), dans l'enceinte (7) duquel de l'air chaud, en particulier de la vapeur, se forme au cours des processus de chauffage, dans lequel est prévue une aspiration au moyen d'un ou de plusieurs orifices d'aspiration (9, 10) et d'un dispositif d'aspiration, les orifices d'aspiration (9, 10) étant disposés à l'intérieur du four de chauffage (1) même lorsque la porte du four (8) est fermée, caractérisé en ce que
    - le dispositif d'aspiration (5, 5a), commandé par un commutateur (18), est mis en service, au moins partiellement avant l'ouverture de la porte du four (8), voire uniquement avant l'ouverture de la porte du four, avec une intensité d'aspiration qui évacue pendant un court laps de temps l'air chaud hors de l'enceinte du four, ou le commutateur (18) renforce l'action d'aspiration d'un dispositif d'aspiration (5), qui est en permanence en service, le dispositif d'aspiration (5, 5a) étant conçu de telle sorte que l'aspiration générée au moins partiellement avant l'ouverture de la porte du four (8) permet de réduire l'évacuation de l'air chaud ou de la vapeur hors de la fente d'ouverture (14a) de la porte,
    - le commutateur (18) est un interrupteur marche/arrêt du dispositif d'aspiration ou l'intensité de l'action d'aspiration peut être variée et, le cas échéant, le commutateur (18) est couplé en outre à un composant logique, qui déclenche une désactivation retardée, dans le temps du dispositif d'aspiration ou une diminution de l'action d'aspiration, et

  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un ou plusieurs orifices d'aspiration (10) débouchent dans l'enceinte du four (7) à proximité de la fente d'ouverture (14a) de la porte.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, en présence d'un dispositif d'aspiration (5) en service en continu pendant l'utilisation du four, l'air chaud en s'écartant de la porte du four (8) est guidé dans l'air d'aspiration du dispositif d'aspiration, et dans le tube d'aspiration d'air à la porte (12), entre les orifices d'aspiration (10), au niveau de la fente d'ouverture (14a) de l'enceinte du four (7), et l'embouchure de ce tube (12) dans le tube (4) du dispositif d'aspiration, il est prévu un dispositif, tel qu'un clapet d'étranglement (16), qui libère totalement ou partiellement le tube d'aspiration d'air à la porte (12) par la manoeuvre du commutateur (18) et/ou par l'ouverture de la porte du four (8), un dispositif d'aspiration d'air à la porte (5a) supplémentaire pouvant être prévu dans le tube d'aspiration d'air à la porte (12).
  4. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'action d'aspiration du système d'aspiration d'air à la porte peut être réglée par l'intermédiaire d'un clapet d'étranglement (16).
  5. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu dans la porte du four (8) des orifices d'aspiration (23, 25), qui sont reliés à des canaux d'aspiration (21) et par l'intermédiaire desquels l'air chaud peut être aspiré hors de la fente d'ouverture (14a).
  6. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone d'ouverture (14) de l'enceinte du four (7), il est formé un rideau d'air (27), qui empêche si possible en grande partie l'échappement de l'air chaud hors de l'enceinte du four (7) vers l'extérieur.
  7. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, avant leur guidage hors du four de chauffage (1), l'air chaud ou la vapeur générés dans l'enceinte du four (7) sont tout d'abord épurés dans un filtre (34) et sont ensuite refroidis dans un refroidisseur (35).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le filtre (34) et le refroidisseur (35) forment une unité de traitement (36), qui peut être remplacée à travers un orifice avant, fermé par un abattant (37).
  9.
