Claims (20)

  1. Gurtspanner (1) zum unidirektionalen Antrieb eines Gegenstandes (2) mit allgemein zylindrischer Form, der Art mit:
    - einem einen Haltegriff (6, 7; 7, 23; 123) bildenden Bereich,
    - einem insbesondere aus Metall bestehenden Gurt (11; 111) in Schlaufenform, dessen beide gegenüber liegende Stränge (11A, 11 B) mit zwei Bereichen (14; 114) zusammenwirken, die einstückig mit dem Haltegriff ausgebildet sind, wenn der Gurt den Gegenstand eng umgibt,
    - wobei der Haltegriff zwischen diesen beiden Bereichen mit einem Schuh (15; 115) zur Auflage auf dem Gegenstand versehen ist, wobei dieser Auflageschuh nicht mit dem Gurt verbunden ist und eine Auflagefläche (20) mit allgemein zylindrischer Form mit senkrecht zu der allgemeinen Ebene des Gurtes liegenden Mantellinien aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuh (15; 115) bezüglich des Haltegriffes kippbar um eine geometrische Achse (16; 116) angebracht ist, welche mit dem Haltegriff verbunden ist und senkrecht zu der allgemeinen Ebene des Gurtes liegt, wobei diese Achse derart angeordnet ist, dass sich der Schuh und der Gurt beide mit Spannung an den Gegenstand anlegen, ein in eine erste Richtung (F2) ausgeübtes Einwirken auf den Haltegriff (6, 7; 7, 23; 123) den Antrieb des Gegenstandes (2) bewirkt und ein in die andere Richtung (F1) ausgeübtes Einwirken das Gleiten des Schuhs und des Gurtes über den Gegenstand bewirkt; und
    dass der Haltegriff (6, 7; 7, 23; 123) und der Schuh (15; 115) erste Anschlagvorrichtungen aufweisen, welche die Winkelverschiebung des Haltegriffes (6, 7; 7, 23; 123) bezüglich des Schuhs (15; 115) in der ersten Richtung begrenzen, wenn auf den Haltegriff das Einwirken in der ersten Richtung (F2) ausgeübt wird.
  2. Spanner gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spannen zwischen einem Minimalwert und einem Maximalwert liegt.
  3. Gurtspanner gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Achse (16; 116) bezüglich der allgemeinen Achse (X-X) des Haltegriffes (6, 7; 7, 23; 123) seitlich versetzt angeordnet ist.
  4. Spanner gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Achse (16; 116) näher an der allgemeinen Achse (X-X) des Haltegriffes (6, 7; 7, 23; 123) liegt als das entfernt liegende Ende (22A) des Bereiches (14; 114), der auf der Seite der geometrischen Achse (16) angeordnet ist.
  5. Gurtspanner gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Achse (16; 116) seitlich versetzt angeordnet ist bezüglich der Mittelsenkrechten (X'-X') des Segmentes , das von den entfernt liegenden Enden (22A, 22B) der beiden einstückig mit dem Haltegriff (6, 7; 7, 23; 123) ausgebildeten Bereiche (14; 114) definiert ist.
  6. Gurtspanner gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Achse (16; 116) näher an der Mittelsenkrechten (X'-X') liegt als das entfernt liegende Ende des Bereiches (14; 114), der auf der Seite dieser geometrischen Achse (16) angeordnet ist.
  7. Gurtspanner gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuh (15) bezüglich des Haltegriffes um die geometrische Achse (16) herum kippbar elastisch gespannt ist.
  8. Gurtspanner gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuh (15) in die zu der ersten Richtung (F2) entgegen gesetzten Richtung elastisch gespannt ist.
  9. Gurtspanner gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuh (15) frei und mit begrenzter Weite schwenkbar um die geometrische Achse (116) angebracht ist.
  10. Gurtspanner gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltegriff (6, 7; 7, 23; 123) und der Schuh (15; 115) zweite Anschlagvorrichtungen aufweisen, welche die Schwenkbewegung des Schuhs bezüglich des Haltegriffes in der ersten Richtung (F2) begrenzen.
  11. Gurtspanner gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuh (15; 115) auf einem einstückig mit dem Haltegriff ausgebildeten Organ (5; 105) um einen Drehzapfen (16; 116) herum gelenkig angebracht ist, dessen Achse die besagte geometrische Achse bildet.
  12. Gurtspanner gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schuh auf der Seite des Haltegriffes eine Führungsfläche mit kreisförmigem Querschnitt aufweist, welche mit einer einstückig mit dem Haltegriff ausgebildeten Fläche mit konjugiertem kreisförmigen Querschnitt zusammenwirkt, deren Achse die besagte geometrische Achse bildet.
  13. Gurtspanner gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (20) des Schuhs (15) einen in der einen Drehrichtung des Spanners deutlich höheren Reibungskoeffizienten aufweist als in der anderen Richtung, beispielsweise aufgrund von auf dieser Auflagefläche vorgesehenen, geneigten Sägezähnen.
  14. Gurtspanner gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflagefläche (20) zwei Auflagebereiche (20A, 20B) aufweist, welche für jeden Gegenstandsdurchmesser (2), der zu einer Reihe vorab bestimmter Durchmesser geöhrt, zwei quasi punktuelle Auflagestellen auf der Oberfläche des Gegenstandes definieren.
  15. Gurtspanner gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Bereiche (20A, 20B) allgemein trapezförmige Zähne mit in die erste Richtung (F2) geneigten Spitzen aufweisen.
  16. Gurtspanner gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Vorrichtung (6, 10) zur Einstellung der Nutzlänge des Gurtes (11) aufweist, wobei diese Vorrichtung insbesondere ein SchraubenMutter-Mechanismus ist und ein entlang des Haltegriffes (6, 7) verschiebbares Element (10) aufweist, und an welcher zumindest ein Ende und vorzugsweise die beiden Enden des Gurtes befestigt ist oder sind.
  17. Gurtspanner gemäß den Ansprüchen 10 und 16 zusammen genommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten Anschlagsvorrichtungen die Winkelverschiebung des Haltegriffes (6, 7; 7, 23) bezüglich des Schuhs (15) begrenzen, wenn die Einstellvorrichtung (6, 10) in der Richtung betätigt wird, welche die Nutzlänge des Gurtes (11) verringert.
  18. Gurtspanner gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen einzigen Gurt aufweist, dessen zumindest einer Endbereich mehrere voneinander beabstandete Einhakpunkte (27) aufweist, welche dafür ausgebildet sind, sich in lösbarer Weise an einem entsprechenden, einstückig mit dem Haltegriff ausgebildeten Einhakpunkt (28) zu fixieren oder umgekehrt.
  19. Gurtspanner gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Satz Gurte mit unterschiedlichen Längen aufweist, von denen jeder an jeden Ende einen Einhakpunkt (27) aufweist, der dafür eingerichtet ist, sich in lösbarer Weise an einem entsprechenden, einstückig mit dem Haltegriff ausgebildeten Einhakpunkt (28) zu fixieren.
  20. Gurtspanner gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der unidirektionale Antrieb aus einer Kniegelenkwirkung ergibt, wobei der Gelenkpunkt des Kniegelenks die besagte geometrische Achse (16; 116) ist.
