Claims (15)

  1. Bandschlüssel (10) zum Mitnehmen eines Gegenstands (11) mit einer im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Form, umfassend:
    - einen Griffabschnitt (12), der sich entlang einer Längsachse (X-X) erstreckt;
    - ein Band (15), insbesondere ein metallisches Band, in Schleifenform, dessen zwei gegenüberliegende Stränge (16, 17) mit zwei Bereichen (65), die mit dem Griff verbunden sind, zusammenwirken, wenn das Band den Gegenstand eng umgibt;
    - ein Verbindungselement (28), das in Bezug auf den Griffabschnitt (12) entlang der Längsachse davon beweglich ist, wobei die zwei gegenüberliegenden Stränge des Bandes Enden aufweisen, die jeweils mit dem Element verbunden sind;
    - Mittel zum Verschieben (30, 40, 46, 88, 130, 132) des Verbindungselements, um die Einstellung der Größe der Schleife des Bandes (15) und das Spannen des Bandes (15) zu ermöglichen, wenn dieses den Gegenstand eng umgibt;
    - wobei der Griffabschnitt (12) zwischen den zwei Bereichen mit einem Anlageschuh (18) auf dem Gegenstand versehen ist, wobei dieser Anlageschuh (18) nicht mit dem Band (15) verbunden ist und eine Anlagefläche mit einer im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Form mit Erzeugenden, die senkrecht zu der allgemeinen Ebene des Bandes verlaufen, aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Verbindungselement zwischen mindestens einer ersten Position, die der Position des Bandes (15) im entspannten Zustand entspricht, das den Gegenstand mit Spiel umgibt, und einer zweiten Position, die der Position des Bandes (15) im gespannten Zustand entspricht, das den Gegenstand eng und fest umgibt, der auf der Anlagefläche des Anlageschuhs (18) aufliegt, beweglich ist, und dass die Mittel zum Verschieben Folgendes aufweisen:
    - Feststellelemente (88) des Verbindungselements, wobei die Feststellelemente geeignet sind, das Element in Bezug auf den Griffabschnitt (12) in der ersten Position des Elements in aktiver Position fest zu halten;
    - ein elastisches Vorspannelement (46), insbesondere eine Druck- oder Zugfeder, das das Element in Richtung auf die zweite Position vorspannt; und
    - ein Steuerteil (30, 40, 56), das geeignet ist, die Feststellelemente zu deaktivieren.
  2. Bandschlüssel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerteil einen Schaft (30) aufweist, der mit dem Griffabschnitt (12) verbunden ist, der sich im Inneren davon entlang dessen Längsachse (X-X) erstreckt, wobei der Schaft geeignet ist, mit den Feststellelementen (88) mindestens in der ersten Position des Verbindungselements zum Eingreifen zu kommen.
  3. Bandschlüssel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feststellelemente mindestens einen Kolben (88), vorzugsweise zwei Kolben, aufweisen, der (die) von dem Verbindungselement (28) getragen ist (sind), wobei sich der oder jeder Kolben in einer Nut (130), die auf dem Schaft (30) angeordnet ist, in Anschlag befindet, wenn das Verbindungselement in seiner ersten Position ist.
  4. Bandschlüssel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Kolben (88) derart federnd vorgespannt ist, dass er zum Eingreifen in die Nut (130) des Schaftes (30) neigt.
  5. Bandschlüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (30) mindestens eine Zahnstange (38) aufweist, in die mindestens ein Haltezapfen (106), der von dem Verbindungselement (28) getragen ist, eingreift, wenn sich letzteres in seiner zweiten Position befindet.
  6. Bandschlüssel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (30) vier Seiten aufweist, die zwei sägezahnförmige Zahnstangen (38) und zwei Abflachungen (40) aufweisen, wobei die Zahnstangen und die Abflachungen jeweils paarweise gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, und dadurch, dass das Verbindungselement (28) zwei Haltezapfen (106) aufweist, die jeweils mit einer Zahnstange (38) eingreifen.

Bandschlüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (30) drehbar in Bezug auf das Verbindungselement (28) und den Griff (12) um eine Drehachse, die im Wesentlichen mit der Längsachse (X-X) des Griffs zusammenfällt, zwischen einer Sperrstellung, die der ersten Position des Verbindungselements (28) entspricht, in der der oder jeder Kolben (88) in die Nut (130) eindringt, und einer Freigabestellung, die um 90° zu der Sperrstellung des Schaftes (30) versetzt angeordnet ist, die der zweiten Position des Verbindungselements (28) entspricht, in der der oder jeder Kolben (88) auf einer Abflachung (40) des Schaftes (30) aufliegt, angebracht ist.
  8. Bandschlüssel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerteil ebenfalls einen Betätigungshebel (56) aufweist, der es dem Schaft ermöglicht, von seiner Sperrstellung in seine Freigabestellung und umgekehrt gedreht zu werden.
  9. Bandschlüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft (30) in Richtung des proximalen Endes (14) des Griffs (12) zum Treffen auf ein elastisches Vorspannelement (50) verschiebbar angebracht ist, um anzustreben, das Verbindungselement (28) einstückig zu verschieben, um die Spannung des Bandes (15) zu erhöhen, das den Gegenstand eng und fest umgibt, der auf der Anlagefläche des Anlageschuhs (18) aufliegt.
  10. Bandschlüssel nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 9 zusammengenommen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Betätigungshebel (56) den Übergang des Schafts von seiner zweiten Position in eine dritte Position ermöglicht, die der translatorischen Bewegung des Schaftes entspricht.
  11. Bandschlüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anlageschuh (18) geeignet ist, eine Sperrklinkenwirkung für einen unidirektionalen Antrieb des Gegenstands zu erzeugen, wobei sich der Antrieb aus einer Kniehebelwirkung ergibt.
  12. Bandschlüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anlageschuh (18) schwenkbar in Bezug auf den Griff (12) um eine geometrische Achse (62), die mit dem Griff verbunden ist, und senkrecht zu der allgemeinen Ebene des Bandes gelagert ist, wobei diese Achse derart angeordnet ist, dass, indem sowohl der Anlageschuh als auch das Band durch Klemmen auf den Gegenstand angelegt werden, ein Einwirken auf den Griff (12), das in eine erste Richtung (F1) ausgeübt wird, den Antrieb des Gegenstands (11) bewirkt, und das in die andere Richtung (F2) ausgeübt wird, das Gleiten des Anlageschuhs und des Bandes auf dem Gegenstand bewirkt.
  13. Bandschlüssel nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Achse (62) seitlich in Bezug auf die Längsachse (X-X) des Griffs (12) versetzt ist, wobei die Richtung dieser Versetzung die erste Richtung (F1) ist.
  14. Bandschlüssel nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anlageschuh (18) frei schwenkbar und mit begrenzter Amplitude um die Achse (62) gelagert ist.
  15. Bandschlüssel nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anlageschuh (18) eine Anlagefläche (18A) aufweist, die einen Reibungskoeffizienten aufweist, der in eine Drehrichtung des Bandschlüssels erheblich höher als in die andere Richtung ist, zum Beispiel durch geneigte Sägezähne, die auf der Anlagefläche vorgesehen sind.
