Claims (22)
- Einstellbare einhandbetätigbare Zange mit zwei einander kreuzenden Armen (2, 3), deren jeder eine Greifbacke (7, 16) und einen Griff (10, 19) bildet, wobei jeder Arm einen mittleren Gelenkbereich (8, 17) aufweist, der zwischen seiner Greifbacke und seinem Griff gelegen ist,
wobei ein erster Arm (3) in seinem mittieren Bereich (17) einerseits eine Führungsfläche (25; 22) in länglicher Form, länge der sich ein Führungsmittel (28; 50) verschieben kann, das an dem mittleren Bereich des zweiten Armes (2) angeordnet ist, und andererseits eine Gelenkfläche (26) bildet, länge der sich ein Gelenkmittel (4; 104) positionieren kann,
wobei die Zange Mittel (29) zum Verriegeln des Gelenkmittels (4; 104) an der Länge der Gelenkfläche (26) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen hinteren Stützbereich aufweist, der einerseits durch ein Stützelement (5) eines Armes und andererseits durch eine längliche Stützfläche (14; 114) des anderes Armes gebildet wird, die dazu ausgebildet ist, mit dem Stützelement in gegenseitiger, längs der Stützfläche beweglicher Anlage zusammenzuwirken, wobei das Stützelement (5) und die Stützfläche (14; 114) zwischen dem mittleren Bereich (8, 17) und dem Griff (10, 19) der jeweiligen Arme gelegen sind,
wobei die Anordnung so getroffen ist, daß während der Phase des Schließene der Zange in jeder Position der Arme die Stützfläche (14; 114) und das Stützelement (5) beide in einer im wesentlichen festen Position in Bezug auf die jeweiligen Arme bleiben und gleichzeitig eine Relativverschiebung des Führungmittels (28; 50) längs der Führungsfläche (25; 22) und eine Relativverschiebung dee Stützelements (5) längs der Stützfläche (14; 114) eintritt. - Zange nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Griffzone jedes Griffes (10, 19) einen hinteren Bereich (40, 45) und einen vorderen Bereich (41, 46) bildet, wobei die Mittellinie (47) des hinteren Bereichs (45) des Griffes (10), der am weitesten von den Greifbacken (7, 16) entfernt ist, mit der Inneren Mittellinie (49) der zugehörigen Greifbacke (7) einen Winkel (y2) bildet, der großer ist als der Winkel (y1), den diese innere Mittellinie (49) mit der Mittellinie (48) des vorderen Bereichs (41) derselben Griffzone bildet, während die Mittellinie (42) des hinteren Bereichs (40) des anderen Griffes (19) mit der inneren Mitteilinie (44) der zugehörigen Greifbacke (16) einen Winkel (x1) bildet, der kleiner ist als der Winkel (x2), den diese Innere Mittellinie (44) mit der Mittellinie (43) des vorderen Bereiches (41) derselben Griffzone bildet.
- Zange nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Griffzone jedes Griffes (10, 19) einen hinteren Bereich (40, 45) und einen vorderen Bereich (41, 46) bildet, wobei der hintere Bereich (45) des Griffes (10), der am weitesten von den Greifbacken entfernt ist, und der vordere Bereich (41) des anderen Griffes (19) das Paar von Angriffsflächen für die Hand während der Phase des Schließens bilden und der vordere Bereich (46) des Griffes (10), der am weitesten von den Greifbacken entfernt ist, und der hintere Bereich (40) des anderen Griffes (19) das Paar von Angriffsflächen für die Hand während der Phase der Verriegelung bilden.
- Zange nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der Bereiche (40, 46), die das Paar der Angriffsflächen für die Hand während der Phase der Verriegelung bilden, mit der Inneren Mittellinie (44, 47) der Greifbacke des Armes, die diesen Bereich trägt, an mindestens einem Punkt einen Winkel (x1, y1) zwischen 45° und 55°, vorzugsweise von 50° bildet.
- Zange nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der Bereiche (41, 45), die das Paar der Angriffsflächen für die Hand während der Phase des Schließens bilden, mit der inneren Mittellinie (44, 47) der Greifbacke des Armes, der den genannten Bereich trägt, an mindestens einem Punkt einen Winkel (x2, y2) zwischen 75° und 90° bildet.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griff (19), der den Greifbacken am nächsten liegt, auf seiner Außenseite eine Ausnehmung (49) an seinem Übergang zu dem hinteren Stützbereich (18) bildet.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in allen Positionen beim Schließen der Arme die Normalen auf den Berührungspunkten der Führungsfläche (25; 22) und der Stützfläche (14; 114) ein V bliden, dessen Spitze zu der Seite der Arme gerichtet ist, die den Greifbacken entgegengesetzt ist, wobei insbesondere der Scheitelwinkel des V Im wesentlichen gleich 90° ist.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsfläche (25; 22) gekrümmt ist, insbesondere kreisbogenförmig, mit einem virtuellen Krümmungsmittelpunkt (O), der außerhalb des globalen Umrisses des Gebildes aus den beiden Armen (2, 3) und auf der Seite der Führungsfläche liegt, die den Greifbacken (7, 16) entgegengesetzt ist.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Arm (3) in seinem mittleren Bereich von seiner Greifbacke (7) aus und auf seinem Rand, der dieser zugewandt ist, ein bogenförmiges, insbesondere kreisbegenförmiges Profil (22) mit einer Höhlung aufweist, die der Seite der Arme (2, 3) zugewandt ist, die den Greifbacken (7, 16) entgegengesetzt ist.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützfläche (14; 114) bogenförmig, insbesondere kreisbogenförmig ist, mit einem virtuellen Krümmungsmittelpunkt (O; O'), der außerhalb des globalen Umrisses des Gebildes aus den Armen (2, 3) und auf der Seite der Stützfläche liegt, die den Greifbacken (7, 16) entgegengesetzt ist.
- Zange nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Krümmungsmittelpunkte (O, O') ineinander in allen Positionen beim Schließen der Arme (2, 3) benachbart sind.
- Zange nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Krümmungsmittelpunkte (O) zusammenfallen.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Stützelement (5) mit der genannten Stützfläche (14; 114) durch eine Gleit- und/oder Rollbewegung zusammenwirkt.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützfläche (14; 114) durch einfache Anlage mit dem Stützelement (5) zusammenwirkt.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (5) durch eine Feder (33) in Richtung auf die Stützfläche (14; 114) und in eine vorbestimmte Anschlagposition vorgespannt ist.
- Zange nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das Stützelement (5) entgegen der Feder (33) zurückziehen kann, wenn eine Kraft zur gegenseitigen Annäherung der Griffe (10, 19) ausgeübt wird, während die Greifbacken (7, 16) ein einzuspannendes Objekt (13) erfassen und die Blockiermittel (29) aktiv sind.
- Zange nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockiermittel (29) dadurch aktiviert werden, daß die Greifbacken (7, 16) das genannte Objekt (13) erfassen und die genannte Annäherungskraft fortgesetzt wird.
- Zange nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockiermittel (29) durch Nachlassen der genannten Annäherungskraft deaktiviert werden.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gelenkmittel (4) ein Finger ist, der frei an den zweiten Arm (2) angelenkt ist.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß das Gelenkmittel (104) ein Finger ist, der in Bezug auf die Gelenkfläche (26) elastisch im Sinne des Lösens seiner Blockiermittel vorgespannt ist.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feder (33) in den Arm eingebaut ist, der das Stützelement (5) trägt.
- Zange nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Öffnungsfeder (6) aufweist, die die Tendenz hat, die beiden Greifbacken (7, 16) dauernd auseinander zu spreizen.
