Definitions
- the invention relates to an inner shoe for a sports shoe, in particular one Snowboard boot or ski boot, with a carrier that can be adjusted to the shape of the foot thermoformable, preferably foamed material, with a part of the A support material is applied in some areas to the outside of the carrier, and the Support material is connected flatly, preferably over the entire surface, to the carrier.
- a carrier that can be adjusted to the shape of the foot thermoformable, preferably foamed material, with a part of the A support material is applied in some areas to the outside of the carrier, and the Support material is connected flatly, preferably over the entire surface, to the carrier.
- thermoformable material e.g. EVA / PE
- the foamed material can show through Adapt heating to the foot of the user and thus increase comfort.
- Such a material is also pleasantly warm.
- the disadvantage is the relatively low Stop in such a material.
- the object of the invention is to provide an improved inner shoe for a sports shoe while avoiding the aforementioned disadvantages.
- the object of the invention therefore provides that the carrier at least on the outside with a preferably laminated textile fabric is provided and that Support material is connected to this fabric.
- This textile fabric is intimately connected to the shaping layer of the carrier and enables one good and intimate support material, which according to another Embodiment is different from the material of the carrier.
- a preferred embodiment provides that the support material by injection molding or Apply foam in a closed form, creating a good one Material connection is guaranteed. But it is according to another Embodiment also possible, the support material flat on the carrier stick on or weld on.
- the support parts can be in the places favorable for the hold, in particular in the area of the upper or rear of the shoe, on the tongue, with the location, size and thickness of the applications made of support material are excellent Adapting to the desired strength properties of the liner is possible. It is also possible, for example, to make a sole from this more stable Training support material. It is part of the idea according to the invention that this material does not cover the entire inner shoe on the outside, but only partially in the desired areas is applied, in between the carrier is exposed.
- the support material is therefore not only spotted or along a seam connected to the carrier material. Rather, there is a more extensive connection, the provides a better support effect because the carrier material, the textile fabric and the support material are connected to a static unit.
- the flat Connection takes place in particular in the region of the peripheral edge of the support material.
- preference is given to a full-surface connection in which the support material is connected of its entire surface with the carrier material or the textile fabric connected is. This results in an excellent support effect and is also the risk of detachment of the support parts from the carrier is practically reduced to zero.
- the inner shoe 1 shown in FIG. 1 for a snowboard shoe has one on the Customizable base 2 of the user from a shaping layer 2a thermoformable material, preferably ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and / or polyethylene (PE).
- An inner lining 3 is on the shaping layer 2a made of textile fabric, e.g. polyester laminated. Outside is also a Textile fabric 4 provided, in particular in the form of a laminated Fabric made of PUR elasto fibers or polyester.
- This textile fabric 4 is intimately connected to the shaping layer 2a (EVA / PE) of the carrier 2. All in all So there is one in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1a and 1b three-layer carrier 2, which consists of layers 3, 2a and 4.
- the textile fabric 4 enables a good and intimate hold of the Support material 5 on the carrier 2nd
- the support material is preferably made of polyurethane, which is foamed or can be sprayed, with an application in a closed form Injection molding or foaming is preferred to a well-defined shape of the To achieve support material 5 on the carrier and also a good material connection guarantee. In principle, however, it is also possible for the support material 5 to be flat stick on or weld on.
- the support material there is in the area of Insole and rear of the shaft and in the area of the tongue 6 arranged. It it can be seen that the support material covers the carrier 2 only in certain areas, namely at the points to be reinforced. From Fig. 1 b you can also see that the thickness of the support material varies and preferably becomes smaller towards the edge. This allows it, the desired stability properties even better to the respective Adapt needs.
- the thickness of the support material is at least in some areas over 2 mm, preferably over 5 mm, in order to achieve a good support effect.
- the support material can have eyelets 7 for a shoe strap 8.
- FIGS. 2a and 2b differs in essential only from the arrangement of the support material 5 on the carrier 2.
- the support material is pulled over the entire heel area 9 and extends further up in the area of the shoe sole.
- the in 2a and 2b shown embodiment no lacing provided. Otherwise, the same reference numerals designate the same parts as in FIGS. 1a and 1b.
- FIG 3 shows an embodiment of a device for performing a preferred method according to the invention.
- a carrier 2 provided with a removable core 10, which essentially already corresponds to the shape of the user's foot and at least on the outside with one preferably laminated textile fabric is provided in a mold inserted with two mold halves 11a and 11b. Then the mold is closed, so that the parting line 12 is tight.
- Fig. 3 shows this closed state Mold has feed channels 13 for the support material. These supply channels 13 open out in mold cavities 14, which correspond to the shape of the applied support material.
- the support material is allowed to harden at least partially. After that the mold can be opened again and the inner shoe removed. To Removal of the core 10, the shoe is finished.
