Claims (17)
- Innenschuh (1) für einen Sportschuh, insbesondere einen Snowboardschuh oder Skischuh, mit einem der Fußform anpaßbaren Träger (2) aus thermoverformbarem, vorzugsweise geschäumtem Material, wobei auf einem Teil der Außenseite des Trägers (2) bereichsweise ein Stützmaterial (5) aufgebracht ist und wobei das Stützmaterial (5) flächig, vorzugsweise vollflächig mit dem Träger (2) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) zumindest außen mit einem vorzugsweise aufkaschierten textilen Flächengebilde (4) versehen ist und das Stützmaterial (5) mit diesem Flächengebilde (4) verbunden ist.
- Innenschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützmaterial (5) vom Material des Trägers (2) verschieden ist.
- Innenschuh nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützmaterial (5) durch Spritzgießen oder Aufschäumen in einer geschlossenen Form (11a, 11b) aufgebracht ist.
- Innenschuh nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützmaterial (5) auf dem Träger (2) flächig aufgeklebt oder aufgeschweißt ist.
- Innenschuh nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das textile Flächengebilde (4) ein Gewebe, vorzugsweise aus PUR-Elastofasem oder Polyester ist.
- Innenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (2) eine formgebende Schicht (2a) aus einem Ethylen/Vinylacetat-Copolymer (EVA) und/oder aus Polyethylen (PE) aufweist.
- Innenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützmaterial (5) im Bereich der Innenschuhsohle angeordnet ist.
- Innenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützmaterial (5) hinten am Schaft des Innenschuhs (1) angeordnet ist.
- Innenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützmaterial (5) an einer vorne am Schaft des Innenschuhs ausgebildeten Zunge (6) angeordnet ist.
- Innenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützmaterial (5) in zwei oder mehreren nicht zusammenhängenden Bereichen auf dem Träger (2) angeordnet ist.
- Innenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke des Stützmaterials (5) variiert und zum Rand des jeweiligen Stützmaterialbereiches vorzugsweise kleiner wird.
- Innenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke des Stützmaterials (5) zumindest bereichsweise über 2 mm, vorzugsweise über 5 mm, liegt.
- Innenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützmaterial (5) Polyurethan umfaßt.
- Innenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenschuh (1) frei von Einengungsmittel wie Bändern, Schnallen oder dergleichen ist.
- Innenschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Stützmaterial (5) Ösen (7) für ein Schuhband (8) angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Innenschuhs eines Sportartikels, insbesondere eines Snowboardschuhs oder Skischuhs, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:1. Herstellen eines im wesentlichen der Fußform entsprechenden Trägers aus thermoverformbaren, vorzugsweise geschäumten Material, wobei der Träger zumindest außen mit einem vorzugsweise aufkaschiertem textilen Flächengewebe versehen ist,2. Einlegen des Trägers in eine Form,3. Schließen der Form,4. Einbringen von Stützmaterial in die Form, derart, daß es sich im Bereich mindestens eines zwischen Träger und Form vorhandenen Formhohlraumes mit der Außenseite des Trägers verbindet,5. zumindest teilweises Aushärten des Stützmaterials,6. Öffnen der Form,7. Entnehmen des Innenschuhs.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Träger (2) ein im wesentlichen der Fußform angepaßter Kern (10) angeordnet wird, der nach dem Entfernen des Trägers (2) aus der Form dem Innenschuh (1) entnommen wird.
