Claims (14)
- Einrichtung (10) zum Befeuchten einer Materialbahn (12) wie insbesondere einer Papier- oder Kartonbahn,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie lediglich die Randbereiche der Materialbahn (12) überdeckt, so daß lediglich eine Befeuchtung dieser Randbereiche erfolgt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie die Randbereiche der Materialbahn (12) jeweils beidseitig überdeckt, so daß in diesen Randbereichen jeweils eine beidseitige Befeuchtung der Materialbahn (12) erfolgt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie wenigstens zwei einem jeweiligen Rand (16) der Materialbahn (12) zugeordnete Befeuchter (14) umfaßt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein Befeuchter (14) ein U-förmiges Profil besitzt, mit dem er den betreffenden Randbereich umgreift und damit beidseitig überdeckt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Überdeckungsbereich auf wenigstens einer Bahnseite einen in Richtung der Bahnbreite gemessenen Wert besitzt, der in einem Bereich von etwa 10 bis etwa 15 cm liegt. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Überdeckungsbereiche auf den beiden Bahnseiten gleich groß sind. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein ein U-förmiges Profil aufweisender Befeuchter (14) vorgesehen ist, dessen beide Schenkel (26, 28) relativ zueinander verschwenkbar sind, so daß der Befeuchter (14) zwischen einer insbesondere dem Bahneinzug dienenden Öffnungsstellung und einer geschlossenen Betriebsstellung verstellbar ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein als Dampffeuchter (14) ausgebildeter Befeuchter vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein beheizter Dampffeuchter (14) vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der beheizte Dampffeuchter (14) mit einem Doppelmantel versehen ist. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein Dampffeuchter (14) vorgesehen ist, der eine Kondensatabführung (20) umfaßt. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein Dampffeuchter (14) vorgesehen ist, der eine Überdampfabsaugung (22) umfaßt. - Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens ein länglicher, sich in Bahnlaufrichtung (L) erstreckender Befeuchter (14) vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der vorzugsweise als Dampffeuchter ausgebildete Befeuchter (14) eine solche Länge besitzt, daß sich im Betrieb bei vorgegebener Bahnlaufgeschwindigkeit eine Verweilzeit im Befeuchter (14) von wenigstens 0,3 ms ergibt.
