Claims (2)
- Tintenstrahldruckvorrichtung, die aufweist:(a) einen Tintenstrahldruckkopf mit:(a-i) einer Vielzahl von Ausstoßauslässen (D; 4), die in einer Anordnungsrichtung angeordnet sind,(a-ii) einer Vielzahl von Tintenkanälen (31), wobei jeder der Tintenkanäle (31) mit einem zugeordneten einen der Ausstoßauslässe (D; 4) verbunden ist, wobei jeder der Tintenkanäle (31) ein Energieerzeugungselement zum Erzeugen von Energie zum Ausstoßen einer Tinte aus dem Ausstoßauslaß (D; 4) aufweist, und(a-iii) einer Ausstoßauslaß-Stirnfläche (1A; 8), die aufweist:eine Ausstoßauslaßoberfläche, wobei die Ausstoßauslässe (D; 4) in der Ausstoßauslaßoberfläche angeordnet sind, undeinen wasserabweisenden Ausstoßauslaß-Randbereich (E; 7), der die Ausstoßauslässe (D; 4) umgibt und eine erste Seite und eine zweite Seite und einen vertieften hydrophilen Bereich (5, 6; 9; 51, 61, 61') aufweist, wobei der vertiefte hydrophile Bereich (5, 6; 9; 51, 61, 61') entlang der Anordnungsrichtung der Ausstoßauslässe (D; 4) auf mindestens einer der Seiten des wasserabweisenden Ausstoßauslaß-Randbereichs (E; 7) angeordnet ist, wobei der vertiefte hydrophile Bereich (5, 6; 9; 51, 61, 61') in einem vorbestimmten Abstand von dem wasserabweisenden Ausstoßauslaß-Randbereich (E; 7) angeordnet ist, und(b) eine Kappeneinrichtung (177) zum Verkappen und damit zum Schutz der Ausstoßauslässe (D; 4), wobei die Kappeneinrichtung (177) ebenfalls bei einer Wiedergewinnung der Ausstoßauslässe (D; 4) verwendet wird, um deren Ausstoßvermögen wiederherzustellen,ein Bereich der Ausstoßauslaßoberfläche, die durch die Kappeneinrichtung (177) verkappt wird, den vertieften hydrophilen Bereich (5, 6; 9; 51, 61, 61') aufweist, der den wasserabweisenden Ausstoßauslaß-Randbereich (E; 7) umgibt.
- Tintenstrahldruckvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch:(c) eine Reinigungsklinge (11; 174; 5017) zum Wischen und dadurch zum Reinigen der Ausstoßauslaß-Stirnfläche (1A; 8) als eine Folge einer Relativbewegung in bezug auf die Ausstoßauslaß-Stirnfläche (1A; 8).
