Claims (8)
- Rohrförmiger feuerfester Kanal, insbesondere feuerfeste Düse, als Durchlauf für flüssige Metalle, insbesondere flüssigen Stahl, wobei der Kanal in ein wärmeisolierendes Außenfutter einsetzbar ist und der Kanal und das Außenfutter gegebenenfalls mit einer feuerfesten Mörtel- oder Kittschicht verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das wärmeisolierende Außenfutter (10) die metall-einlaufseitige Stirnfläche (4) des röhrförmigen Kanals (2) überdeckt.
- Rohrförmiger feuerfester Kanal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwischen dem Kanal(2) und dem Außenfutter (10) bestehende Fuge (12) im Bereich der Stirnfläche (4) des Kanals (2) mindestens einfach in angenähert radialer und angenähert axialer Richtung des Kanals (2) labyrinthartig abgewinkelt ist.
- Rohrförmiger feuerfester Kanal nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mit einer feuerfesten Schnur und/oder einem feuerfesten Gewebebandumwickelt ist.
- Rohrförmiger feuerfester Kanal nach Anspruch 3 mit einer konischen Außenkonfiguration, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feuerfeste Schnur und/oder das feuerfeste Gewebeband spiralförmig aufgewickelt sind.
- Rohrförmiger feuerfester Kanal nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feuerfeste Schnur und/oder das feuerfeste Gewebeband im wesentlichen aus Kohlenstoff besteht.
- Rohrförmiger feuerfester Kanal nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kanal (2) der Aufnahme der feuerfesten Schnur und/oder des feuerfesten Gewebebands Rillen, ggf. spiralförmige Rillen, und/oder eine aufgerauhte Oberfläche aufweist.
- Rohrförmiger feuerfester Kanal nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die feuerfeste Schnur und/oder das feuerfeste Gewebeband sich bis über die Stirnfläche (4) des Kanals (2) erstreckt.
- Verfahren zum Abdichten von Fingen zwischen zwei ineinander angeordneten feuerfesten Teilen, insbesondere rotationssymmetrischen Teilen, die gegebenenfalls mit einem feuerfesten Mörtel oder Kitt verbunden werden, gegen das Eindringen von flüssigem Metall, insbesondere flüssigem Stahl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf die Außenfläche (3) eines in ein erstes feuerfestes Teil (Außenfutter 10) einschiebbaren zweiten feuerfesten Teils (Kanal 2) eine umlaufende feuerfeste Schnur und/oder ein umlaufendes feuerfestes Gewebeband aufgebracht wird und daß anschließend die beiden Teile, gegebenenfalls in einem zwischen ihnen eingebrachten Mörtel- und/oder Kittbett, übereinandergeschoben werden, derart, daß das erste feuerfeste Teil (Außenfutter 10) als wärmeisolierendes Außenfutter (3) metall-einlaufseitig die Stirnfläche (4) des zweiten feuerfesten Teils (Kanal 2) überdeckt.
