Claims (7)
- Richtmaschine für gewalzte Träger, insbesondere H-Träger (35), bei der mindestens eine der beiden den Trägerflanschen von innen her anliegenden, von einer mit einer Kolben-/Zylindereinheit (16) ausgebildeten Richtwelle (1) getragenen Richtscheiben (2,3) axial verstellbar ist, wobei die eine Richtscheibe (2) über eine Montagebuchse (6) fest mit der Richtwelle verbunden ist, während die zweite, verstellbare Richtscheibe (3) ihrem Einstellmaß entsprechend positionsgekontert auf einer auf der Montagebuchse (6) verstellbar angeordneten Verschiebebuchse (9) sitzt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolben-/Zylindereinheit (16) zentrisch in der Richtwelle (1) angeordnet ist und sowohl für die Positionierung allein der Verschiebebuchse (9) zur Kammermaßverstellung als auch für das Abziehen der Montagebuchse (6) samt Verschiebebuchse (9) dient. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebebuchse (9) über eine mit ihrem richtwellenzapfenseitigen Ende auf der Kolbenstange (15) der Kolben-/Zylindereinheit (16) festgelegte Klemmbuchse (14) drehfest mit der Richtwelle (1) verbunden und von der Kolben-/Zylindereinheit (16) axial verstellbar ist. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Veschiebebuchse (9) und die Montagebuchse (6) über mindestens einen Stift (28) miteinander koppelbar sind. - Richtmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen auf dem Richtzapfen (4) angeordneten, die Montagebuchse (6) in ihrer eingestellten Betriebslage sichernden Bajonettring (18), dem vom Zapfenende her ein Kontermittel zugeordnet ist. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kontermittel eine auf einen Walzenzapfenabschnitt (19) aufschraubbare Mutter (20) ist. - Richtmaschine nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einem Walzenzapfenabschnitt (19) zwischen einem Fixierring (36) und dem Bajonettring (18) eine Hydraulikmutter (29) mit einer mechanischen Kontermutter (37) angeordnet ist. - Richtmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die verstellbare Richtscheibe (3) auf der Verschiebebuchse (9) sichernden Konterung temporär eine Hydraulikeinheit (30) vorgeschaltet ist.
