Claims (10)
- Hubkolbenkompressor mit mindestens einem Zylinder (4) und einem in diesem geführten Kolben (5), welcher über ein quer zur Längsachse (6) des Zylinders (4) bewegliches Stützelement und einen in Richtung der Längsachse (6) verschiebbar geführten Stützteil (38) mit einer Antriebseinrichtung gekoppelt ist, wobei das Stützelement mit dem Kolben (5) und dem Stützteil (38) je über eine konvexe Stützfläche (43) zusammenwirkt und der Zylinder (4) mit dem Kolben (5) einen jeweils über den gemeinsamen Längenabschnitt offenen, engen Ringspalt begrenzt, der eine vorbestimmte Leckströmung des verdichteten Mediums zulässt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (5) einen metallischen Grundkörper (61) und einen diesen zumindest auf einem Teil seiner Länge umgebenden, aus einem Kunststoffmaterial gefertigten Mantelkörper (62) aufweist, an welchem die Lauffläche des Kolbens (5) ausgebildet ist, und dass zumindest ein eine entsprechende Lauffläche enthaltender Teil (33) des Zylinders (4) aus einem Werkstoff besteht, dessen Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizient zumindest annähernd einem resultierenden Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten der Werkstoffe des Grundkörpers (61) und des Mantelkörpers (62) des Kolbens (5) entspricht, so daß des Ringspalt über einen Vorbestimmten Temperaturbereich Konstant ist. - Kompressor nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem der Mantelkörper (62) eine ihn durchsetzende Verstärkungsstruktur aus mehreren Langfasern (65), z.B. Kohlefasern, enthält, welche je im wesentlichen in einer quer zur Längsachse (6) des Mantelkörpers (62) verlaufenden Ebene angeordnet sind.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welchem der Mantelkörper (62) durch mehrere, nebeneinander auf den Grundkörper (61) aufpressbare Ringabschnitte (63) gebildet ist.
- Kompressor nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem am Mantelkörper (62) mehrere, an seinem Aussenumfang ausgebildete, in axialer Richtung gegeneiander versetzte Ringnuten (64) ausgebildet sind.
- Kompressor nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem als Stützelement eine zwischen den Kolben (5) und den Stützteil (38) einsetzbare, am Kolben (5) und am Stützteil (38) neigbar gehaltene Kolbenstange (42) vorgesehen ist, an deren Enden die konvexen Stützflächen (43) ausgebildet sind, und dass der Kolben (5) und der Stützteil je mit einer der betreffenden Stützfläche (43) zugeordneten Aufsetzpartie versehen sind.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 5, bei welchem die Stützflächen (43) der Kolbenstange (42) je in Form einer Kugelkalotte ausgebildet sind, welche mit einem Krümmungsradius (r) ausgeführt ist, der im wesentlichen der halben Länge der Kolbenstange (42) entspricht.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, bei welchem mindestens einer der zu koppelnden Teile - Kolben (5) und Stützteil (38) - eine zur Aufnahme eines Endabschnitts der Kolbenstange (42) bestimmte axiale Bohrung (45 bzw. 44, 55) aufweist, welche die Kolbenstange (42) mit einem Spiel umgibt, das Auslenkbewegungen der Kolbenstange (42) zulässt.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 7, bei welchem die im Kolben (5) vorgesehene axiale Bohrung (45) sich über eine Tiefe erstreckt, welche mindestens der halben Länge des Kolbens (5) entspricht.
- Kompressor nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, bei welchem mindestens eine der Aufsetzpartien an einem in die axiale Bohrung (45 bzw. 44, 55) des Kolbens (5) bzw. des Stützteils (38) einlegbaren Lagerteil (47 bzw. 46) ausgebildet ist.
- Verwendung mindestens eines Kompressors nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche als Hochdruckstufe einer aus mehreren in Reihe geschalteten Zylinder/Kolben-Aggregaten bestehenden Anordnung zum ölfreien Verdichten eines Gases.
