Claims (7)
- Ensemble de pompage de carburant pour véhicule automobile, comprenant une platine (12) adaptée pour être fixée sur la paroi supérieure d'un réservoir de carburant, un corps support (14) lié à cette platine (12) et qui loge une pompe électrique (20) dont la sortie est formée d'un embout tubulaire (24), la platine (12) portant une tubulure (32) qui fait saillie vers le bas à partir de la platine (12) pour coopérer avec l'embout tubulaire (24), et un amortisseur (42) formé d'un manchon en matériau compressible disposé dans la liaison entre la tubulure (32) et l'embout tubulaire (24), caractérisé par le fait que le manchon amortisseur (42) est placé à l'intérieur de la tubulure (32), et que ce manchon (42) est formé en un matériau en mousse à cellules fermées étanches.
- Ensemble.selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le manchon (42) est formé à base de PVC-Nitrile ou fluorosilicone.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le manchon (42) est formé en un matériau de faible masse volumique, typiquement de l'ordre de 250Kg/m3.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le manchon (42) possède un module d'Young compris entré 0,4 et 0,8MPa.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le manchon (42) possède une longueur de l'ordre de 26mm, un diamètre interne de l'ordre de 10mm et un diamètre externe de l'ordre de 18mm.
- Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend en outre un joint annulaire (40) intercalé entre l'embout tubulaire de sortie (24) de la pompe (20) et la tubulure (32) recevant cet embout tubulaire (24).
- Réservoir de carburant pour véhicule automobile caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un ensemble de pompage équipé d'un amortisseur (42) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
