Claims (22)
- Leiterplatte, insbesondere für ein Anzeigeinstrument in einem Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem Kupplungselement einer Steckvorrichtung und mit einer oder mehreren Ausnehmungen und einem oder mehreren die Ausnehmungen durchgreifenden Anschlußkontakten des Kupplungselementes, wobei das Kupplungselement einen mit der Leiterplatte verbundenen Sockel aufweist und wobei der oder die Anschlußkontakte auf der einem Kupplungsbereich des Kupplungselementes abgewandten Seite der Leiterplatte mit dieser elektrisch verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (6) des Kupplungselementes (2) ein die Leiterplatte (1) in einer Ausnehmung (10) durchgreifendes und um eine in etwa senkrecht zu der Leiterplatte (1) verlaufende Achse (11) tordierbares, das Kupplungselement (2) mit der Leiterplatte (1) verrastendes Verbindungselement (12) aufweist, daß die von dem Verbindungselement (12) durchgriffene Ausnehmung (10) in einer zu der Leiterplatte (1) in etwa parallelen Ebene unter einem Winkel (α) zu dem Verbindungselement (12) angeordnet ist und daß das Verbindungselement (12) bei einem Einführen in die Ausnehmung (10) tordiert wird.
- Leiterplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei, an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Sockels (6) angeordnete Verbindungselemente (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Leiterplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die von dem Verbindungselement (12) durchgriffene Ausnehmung (10) mit der oder mit einer der von dem oder den Anschlußkontakten (5) durchgriffenen Ausnehmungen (4) eine gemeinsame Ausnehmung bildend verbunden ist.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (6) einen eine Ausnehmung (13) der Leiterplatte (1) in etwa senkrecht durchgreifenden Zapfen (14) aufweist.
- Leiterplatte nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei, an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Sockels (6) angeordnete und jeweils eine Ausnehmung (13) der Leiterplatte (1) in etwa senkrecht durchgreifende Zapfen (14) vorgesehen sind.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (6) einen in etwa parallel zu der Leiterplatte (1) verlaufenden und an diese anlegbaren Flansch (15) aufweist.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (12) aus Blech oder Kunststoff besteht.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (12) entgegen einer Einführrichtung (E) in die Leiterplatte (1) hintereinanderliegend einen Einführ- und Halteabschnitt (16) und einen Torsionsabschnitt (17) aufweist.
- Leiterplatte nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (12) entgegen der Einführrichtung (E) an den Torsionsabschnitt (17) anschließend einen Befestigungsabschnitt (18) aufweist.
- Leiterplatte nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (6) eine Ausnehmung (19) aufweist, in welche der Befestigungsabschnitt (18) des Verbindungselementes (12) einfügbar ist.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (12) im Bereich des Torsionsabschnittes (17) eine Einschnürung aufweist.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einführ- und Halteabschnitt (16) in Einführrichtung (E) keilförmig ist.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einführ- und Halteabschnitt (16) entgegen der Einführrichtung (E) keilförmig in den Torsionsabschnitt (17) übergeht.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (12) in etwa eben ist.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von dem Verbindungselement (12) durchgriffene Ausnehmung (10) schlitzförmig ist.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel (α) zwischen der von dem Verbindungselement (12) durchgriffenen Ausnehmung (10) und dem Verbindungselement (12) in etwa 20° beträgt.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungselement (2) eine oder mehrere Ausnehmungen (20) aufweist, in die der oder die Anschlußkontakte (5) einfügbar sind.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder die Anschlußkontakte (5) L-förmig sind, wobei ein erster Schenkel (21) des L mit der Leiterplatte (1) kontaktiert ist und wobei der zweite Schenkel (22) des L im Kupplungsbereich (7) des Kupplungselementes (2) endet.
- Leiterplatte nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit der Leiterplatte (1) kontaktierte Schenkel (21) im Bereich der Kontaktierung eine Punkt- oder senkrecht zu der Erstreckungsrichtung des Schenkels eine Linienberührung der Leiterplatte (1) bildend in Erstreckungsrichtung des Schenkels gewölbt (Biegung 25) ist.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungselement (2) in seinem Kupplungsbereich (7) eine zumindest teilweise umlaufende Nut (23) aufweist, in die ein Klammerbügel (24) einfügbar ist.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungselement (2) die Leiterplatte (1) in einer Ausnehmung (4) vollständig durchgreift.
- Leiterplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungselement auf die seinem Kupplungsbereich Zugewandte Seite der Leiterplatte aufsetzbar ist, wobei der oder die Anschlußkontakte die Leiterplatte in einer gemeinsamen oder in jeweils einer Ausnehmung durchgreifen.
