Definitions
- the invention relates to a protective glove with in the preamble of the claim 1 specified characteristics.
- Such a protective glove on which the preamble of claim 1 is based is e.g. known from DE 35 33 894 C2 and is e.g. carried by butchers, to protect against cuts, punctures and cuts.
- Metal ring mesh for such protective gloves are usually designed so that in them apart from seams and edges, each ring is linked to four neighboring rings is. Such metal ring meshes are highly flexible and get the hand that they have to protect their mobility.
- the object of the present invention based on a protective glove of the type mentioned above to further develop that it can be manufactured in a cheap and simple way can.
- the metal ring braid is now specifically expanded on the back of the hand. This sets the glove the stretching movement occurring on the back of the hand or finger during Bending your fingers less resistance, which also helps that there is also less compression of the material on the front of the hand comes. This ensures reliable gripping of the tool.
- the surplus Rings are on the seam between the palm and back of the hand contracted to give the seam the same number of rings on both sides, so that an even, tight and puncture-proof seam is achieved. Thereby can more material of the glove on the outer surface of the hand in a shorter transverse extension be provided along the frontal / dorsal plane.
- the extension preferably takes place in the area of the joints, since there is the greatest stretch on the back of the hand or finger.
- Metal ring braid is usually constructed so that each ring 16 with four additional rings is connected to ensure a uniform density over the entire surface and create puncture-proof protective clothing.
- the ring structure of the protective glove is arranged so that it is in the areas of the hand where sets a greater stretch when gripping, more metal ring braid available poses as at the points of the hand where there is a compression when gripping. Preferred areas for such an expansion are the knuckle areas and especially the joints of the hand. To a corresponding larger one To allow stretching on the back of the hand is in the area of the joints 13, 14, 15 of both the back of the hand 11 and the back of the finger 12 the ring structure extended that some rings 10 are additionally used there.
- the back of the hand and fingers are initially in the area of the joints opposite the Palm extended by a few rings 10. If necessary, can also be used on others Places on the back of the hand R of the glove, e.g. the area 18 in Fig.2. However, the number of rings is the same in the area of the seam on both sides, so that an even, tight and puncture-proof seam is achieved.
- the glove already has the natural one Shape of a hand, with the fingers of the glove facing the inside of the palm bend according to FIG. 2.
- the additional material allows one greater stretch on the outside of the hand, which at the same time helps it there is less compression on the inside of the hand. So the Close the hand much more extensively, so that even tools can be used despite the protective glove grab better and let it guide you. Ultimately, this also contributes to occupational safety at.
