Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufsiegeln von Deckeln (2), insbesondere Deckeln aus mit siegelfähigem Material beschichteten Folien, auf die Öffnungen (3) von im Abstand (m) zueinander angeordneten und von ersten Fördermitteln (6) in einer ersten Laufrichtung (7) intermittierend geförderten Packungen (1), miteinem Transportmittel (9, 11, 12, 18, 30), um die Deckel (2) in einer Reihe (4) hintereinander und quer zu der Laufrichtung (7) der Packungen (1) intermittierend über die Öffnungen (3) von wenigstens drei in einer Reihe (5') von Siegelstationen (5) befindlichen und in einer Maschinenteilung (m) voneinander beabstandeten Packungen (1) zu transportieren;wobei das Transportmittel (9, 11, 12, 18, 30) ein über Antriebsrollen (9,11) geführtes Band (12) aufweist, an welchem die Deckel (2) über Haltestege (13) lösbar im Abstand einer Bandteilung (t) hintereinander angebracht sind und welches Positioniereinrichtungen (14,15) trägt;
Meß- und Anzeigeeinrichtungen (17) vor und hinter der Reihe (5') von Siegelstationen (5) ortsfest angebracht sind und jede Siegelstation (5) eine über den Packungen (1) angeordnete und relativ zu diesen (1) bewegbar angetriebene Bandbrücke (33) und einen relativ zu der Bandbrücke (33) bewegbar angetriebenen Siegelkopf (36) aufweist, wobei die jeweiligen Bewegungen in vertikaler Richtung erfolgen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Dehnungseinrichtung (31) am auslaufseitigen Ende (10) des Deckelbandes (12) aus der Reihe (5') von Siegelstationen (5) und zwischen zwei Antriebsrollen (9, 11) für das Band (12) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Maschinenteilung (m) das Dreifache der Bandteilung (t) bei gedehntem Band (12) beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem auslaufseitigen Ende (10) der Reihe (5') der Siegelstationen (5) und der Dehnungseinrichtung (31) eine Meß- und Anzeigeeinrichtung (15, 17) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bandbrücke (33) ein länglicher Hohlkörper mit Kastenprofil im Querschnitt ist zum losen Aufnehmen und Führen des Deckelbandes (12), daß über die Reihe (5') der Siegelstationen (5) verteilt und im Abstand der Maschinenteilung (m) voneinander Zentrierringe (37) an der Bandbrücke (33) befestigt sind und daß vorzugsweise das Vorderende (44) des Siegelkopfes (36) durch den Zentrierring (37) hindurchbewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum aseptischen Abfüllen ein Hygieneraum (27) mittels einer vorzugsweise einseitig offenen und die Reihe (5') der Siegelstationen (5) umgreifenden Haube (28) und eine den Zuführweg des Deckelbandes (12) umgreifende Sterilisierungskammer (20) vorgesehen sind.
