Definitions
- the invention relates to a cooking oven and a method for Cooling the outside environment of an oven muffle.
- pyrolytic Self-cleaning pyrolysis of the oven muffle known which heats the interior of the muffle to temperatures of up to about 500 ° C and the cooking residues in easily removable Ashes are converted. Because of the high temperatures special measures are required for pyrolytic self-cleaning be taken to the muffle door at the front and especially the door handle also during pyrolysis below a temperature critical for humans to keep.
- an oven muffle door usually an inner pane facing the muffle and an outer pane applied by the muffle on.
- an additional washer used for thermal insulation, and the Oven muffle environment is enforced by convection a cooling fan cooled.
- an oven is known with one of the oven muffle and a door for closing the oven muffle, the front window and an inner window which are connected to one another via a door housing, and a handle strip for opening and closing above the front window and the door housing (Handle) the door with your hand.
- the handle bar extends over the entire door width and has a horizontally running flow diaphragm and a roof-like extension in the front area that can be pulled down by hand to engage.
- This approach is the real handle.
- a cooling fan is now arranged above the furnace muffle, which sucks in cooling air from a muffle environment and blows out to the front through a blow-out duct formed between the handle strip and the door housing and the upper edge of the front pane.
- the cooling air is thus guided through the part of the blow-out channel that runs horizontally between the flow orifice of the handle bar and the top of the door housing and then directly meets the handle of the handle bar that forms the actual handle, which deflects the cooling air obliquely towards the bottom at the front.
- the handle itself is used to direct the air flow.
- a user grips the handle with his hand to open the door his hand is always in the cooling air flow mixed with the vapor. This can be perceived as unpleasant, especially because of the soiling of the hand by the vapors and also because of the relatively warm air flow itself.
- the oven door for closing the oven muffle has a handle strip which closes the oven door upwards and extends over the entire door width and projects forward like a roof.
- the handle bar is designed as an injection molded part and has a breakthrough in a central area, in front of which a bow-shaped or a shell-shaped handle for handling the door is formed.
- the handle bar In two lateral areas to the left and right of this handle, the handle bar is in the form of a roof which is initially horizontally drawn towards the front and then closed at the front end and closed and each has an air flow opening.
- In the furnace housing, behind the handle bar there are outlet openings extending over the entire width of the stove housing for blowing out cooling air and vapors heated above the furnace muffle.
- a hump is provided as a flow deflector on the grip bar and flow deflection ribs angled roof-shaped behind the handle in the rear area of the grip bar.
- the hump directs a substantial part of the cooling air and vapors emerging from the outlet openings arranged in the middle area in the hearth housing upwards and above the handle to the outside. This air flow above the handle also draws air from below through the opening in the handle bar to cool the handle.
- the flow deflection ribs direct the rest of the cooling air and vapors escaping in the central area directly to the air flow openings in the lateral areas of the handle bar and prevent heated cooling air and vapors from escaping below the handle.
- a fairly elaborate handle strip is required to split the average air flow into the three partial flows.
- the invention is based on the object, a oven door, which can be cooled efficiently, and a process for cooling the outside environment of a muffle in a stove and indicate its oven door.
- Air routing through the air routing area should be such that the flow direction from at least one air outlet opening runs obliquely downwards, i.e. the air flow a vectorial pointing downward from the door handle Has component.
- Each air outlet opening of the air duct area can also at least partially behind the door handle on the same Height must be arranged.
- each air outlet opening staggered downwards away from the door handle. It can then change the flow direction from the or the air emerging from the air outlet openings is also flatter, especially even horizontal (horizontal), directed be.
- the air outlet openings can be arranged.
- the air outlet openings extend preferably over a large part of the width the front, in particular at least 70% and preferably at least 80% of the front width to achieve a high volume flow the cooling air if the altitude is not too great to enable a viewing window.
- the door handle too can spread across such a width of the front in horizontal Extend direction.
- the oven door has an at least partially optically transparent outer pane.
- the at least one The air outlet opening is then preferably in a cutout the outer pane, and the door handle is due to areas that protrude from the side of the cutout the outer pane.
- the door handle is in an advantageous embodiment formed as a bow handle and then preferably at least predominantly made of metal, especially stainless steel.
- the door handle is either as a separate part on one, preferably one Plastic existing and / or horizontal, Handle rack attached or with the handle rack formed in one part.
- the oven door is generally used to close the loading opening an oven muffle of a cooking oven is provided, food can be cooked in the muffle interior and preferably also pyrolytic self-cleaning (burning of residues on the inner wall of the muffle at temperatures of at least 500 ° C) can be carried out.
- the oven also includes a cooling device, the cooling air sucked in from the outside to at least a part the muffle leads and through the air duct area of the Blows out the oven door back into the outside space.
- FIG 1 and 2 show an embodiment of a muffle door (Oven door) 9, which is used to lock one in the 2 and 3 not shown loading opening of a furnace muffle is determined.
- the door 9 includes a practically over their entire front extending rectangular outer pane 3 and one at the top of door 9 arranged handle bar 6 attached door handle 5.

- the outer pane 3 has one for example, a rectangular cutout in which a as a ventilation grille with several air outlet openings 63 and webs 61 between them, formed air outlet area 62 of a handle support bar 6 protrudes.
- the air outlet area 62 of the handle support bar 6 has a receiving groove 67 in which the outer pane 3 on her upper edge is included.
- an air baffle 64 is provided which is essentially one horizontally impinging flow from through an inlet opening 68 occurred on the handle support bar 6 Cooling air K 'deflects obliquely downwards in a direction of deflection.
- a door interior 91 of door 9 from the Cooling air K ′ shielding air deflector 65 and the webs 61 are directed in this direction, so that the cooling air K 'from the air outlet openings 63 at an angle emerges obliquely downwards below the door handle 5 and thus does not hit the door handle 5.
- This Angle depends on the relative arrangement of the air outlet openings 63 selected for the door handle 5 and can be smaller against the horizontal (normal direction to the front), the further down the air outlet openings 63 are offset against the door handle 5.
- the exit angle becomes horizontal between 0 ° (at least 2 cm lower than the Door handle 5 arranged air outlet openings 63) and 80 °, preferably between 20 ° and 45 °.
- the Air inlet opening 68, the flow guide bodies 64 and 65, the louvres 61 and the air outlet openings 63 and the channel formed between them form one Air duct area 66.
- the large air duct area 66 which covers at least the 0.7, preferably at least 0.8 times the front width of door 9 extends, the front of the door 9 in the upper area cooled over a large area and the outer pane 3 in between the hotter viewing window area 30 and the door handle 5 lying area cooled, so that the temperatures can be lowered on the door handle 5.
- the door handle 5 has 52 at its angled ends and 53 each have a cylindrical extension through which the lateral regions 32 projecting upward from the cutout and 33 of the outer pane 3 passed through corresponding holes and is screwed to the rear of the handle carrier strip 6 are.
