Description
- la figure 1 est une représentation schématisée d'un volet roulant auquel s'applique le dispositif de blocage unidirectionnel conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une représentation schématisée, partielle et en coupe de ce volet roulant illustrant, plus particulièrement, ce dispositif de blocage unidirectionnel lorsque celui-ci est en position active ;
- la figure 3 est une représentation similaire à la figure 2, le dispositif de blocage unidirectionnel étant représenté, dans ce cas, en position désactivée autorisant la rotation de l'arbre d'enroulement sous l'impulsion du mécanisme d'entraínement.
Claims (7)
- Dispositif de blocage unidirectionnel prévu apte à être interposé entre un mécanisme d'entraínement (6), notamment de type manuel, et un arbre d'enroulement (4) d'un tablier (2) de volet roulant (1), ledit dispositif étant constitué, d'une part, par un frein (14) comprenant un plateau fixe (15) à même d'être associé à une partie fixe du volet roulant (1) et défini par une joue support (9) muni d'un palier (8) apte à recevoir en rotation l'une des extrémités (7) de l'arbre d'enroulement (4), contre ce plateau fixe (15) étant repoussé, par des moyens de rappel élastiques (16), un plateau mobile (17) destiné à être solidarisé en rotation dudit arbre d'enroulement (4) et, d'autre part, par des moyens d'engrènement (29) du mécanisme d'entraínement (6) sur ledit plateau mobile (17) prévu aptes, sous l'impulsion du couple imprimé par ledit mécanisme d'entraínement (6), à exercer, sur ce plateau mobile (17), au moins un couple et une force (f) à composantes axiales pour assurer le décollement dudit plateau mobile (17) par rapport au plateau fixe (15), contre l'action des moyens de rappel élastiques (16), caractérisé par le fait que le plateau mobile (17) est prévu apte à être monté mobile axialement sur l'arbre d'enroulement (4) et comporte un embout (18) prévu à même d'être emmanché, de manière coulissante axialement, au niveau de l'une des extrémités (7) de cet arbre d'enroulement (4), entre ce dernier et cet embout (18) étant prévu à même d'intervenir des moyens de blocage en rotation (20) du type clavette, rainure et languette ou analogue.
- Dispositif de blocage unidirectionnel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le plateau mobile (17) est défini par un flasque annulaire (21) recevant une garniture de freinage (22) en regard avec le plateau fixe (15), notamment pourvu d'une telle garniture de freinage (23).
- Dispositif de blocage unidirectionnel (13) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le frein (14) prend position à l'intérieur dudit palier (8) défini sous la forme d'une virole (24) solidaire de la joue support (9) et s'étendant en direction de l'arbre d'enroulement (4).
- Dispositif de blocage unidirectionnel (13) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que ladite virole (24) est pourvue, à son extrémité libre (25), d'une portée annulaire (26) venant coopérer avec une portée cylindrique (27), associée soit directement à l'arbre d'enroulement (4), soit au plateau mobile (17) du frein (14).
- Dispositif de blocage unidirectionnel (13) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens d'engrènement (29) du mécanisme d'entraínement (6) sont constitués par un premier disque (30) associé au plateau mobile (17) du frein (14) et par un second disque (31) solidaire, en rotation et en translation, d'un arbre d'entraínement (32) du mécanisme d'entraínement (6), ce premier et ce second disque (30, 31) venant s'engréner l'un sur l'autre au moyen de dentures (33), de doigts d'entraínement, d'ergota ou analogues, dont le profil (34) est défini apte à assurer le décollement dudit plateau mobile (17) par rapport au plateau fixe (15) sous l'impulsion d'un couple imprimé par ledit mécanisme d'entraínement (6).
- Dispositif de blocage unidirectionnel (13) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le plateau mobile (17) du frein (14) est rendu mobile, axialement, par rapport à l'arbre d'enroulement (4) suivant une course (35) déterminée suffisante pour permettre le décollement dudit plateau mobile (17) par rapport au plateau fixe (15) tout en permettant l'entraínement de l'arbre d'enroulement (4).
- Dispositif de blocage unidirectionnel (13) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait qu'au niveau du plateau mobile (17) du frein (14) est ménagé un évidement (37) dont le fond (38) définit, substantiellement, le premier disque (30), à l'intérieur de cet évidement (37) prenant position le second disque (31) correspondant aux moyens d'engrènement (29).
