Claims (14)
- Tête d'enduction de teinture par dépôt de bain sur fils en mouvement, notamment pour un traitement de type "space dyeing". essentiellement constituée par une enceinte de traitement (1) munie, sur au moins une face latérale vue en direction du défilement des fils, d'un moyen (2) de guidage et/ou de support des fils individuels d'une nappe de fils, et renfermant un moyen (3) d'application de teinture coopérant avec un moyen (4) d'interruption cyclique de l'application de teinture, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (3) d'application de teinture est au moins dédoublé sur un même axe en direction perpendiculaire à celle de défilement des fils.
- Tête d'enduction, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (3) d'application de teinture est formé par au moins deux buses (3'). turbines ou assiettes rotatives de projection d'un jet de teinture
- Tête d'enduction, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (4) d'interruption cyclique de l'application de teinture est un moyen rotatif constitué par un disque s'étendant dans un plan parallèle à celui des nappes de fils et muni d'au moins deux fentes radiales diamétralement opposées.
- Tête d'enduction, suivant la revendication 1. caractérisée en ce que le moyen (4) d'interruption cyclique de l'application de teinture est un moyen linéaire de coupure ou de déviation du bain de teinture.
- Tête d'enduction, suivant la revendication 1. caractérisée en ce que le moyen (4) d'interruption cyclique de l'application de teinture est un moyen de coupure cyclique de la distribution du bain de teinture.
- Tête d'enduction, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2. caractérisée en ce que le moyen (2) de guidage et/ou de support des fils individuels est subdivisé en un nombre de sous-ensembles (2') égal au nombre de buses (3'). turbines ou assiettes rotatives de projection d'un jet de teinture et permettant chacun le guidage d'une nappe de largeur égale à celle du jet de la buse (3'), turbine ou assiette rotative correspondante.
- Tête d'enduction, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce que les buses (3'), turbines, ou assiettes rotatives sont disposées symétriquement à un axe vertical (4') de support et d'entraínement en rotation du disque formant le moyen rotatif (4) d'interruption cyclique de l'application de teinture.
- Tête d'enduction, la revendication 1. caractérisée en ce que le moyen (2) de guidage et/ou de support des fils individuels est monté sur la face latérale correspondante de l'enceinte (1) avec possibilité de déplacement transversal relativement à la direction de défilement des fils.
- Tête d'enduction, la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les sous-ensembles (2') sont reliés rigidement entre-eux.
- Tête d'enduction, la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les sous-ensembles (2') sont indépendants.
- Tête d'enduction, l'une quelconque des revendications 6 et 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les sous-ensembles (2') formant le moyen (2) de guidage et/ou de support des fils individuels sont montés sur un dispositif de guidage transversal (5) fixé sur l'enceinte (1) constitutive de la tête d'enduction, et se présentent sous forme de peignes ou analogues.
- Tête d'enduction, l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 6, caractérisée en ce que le moyen (2) de guidage et/ou de support d'une nappe de fils est muni d'un moyen d'arrêt en position tel qu'une came ou analogue agissant sur le dispositif de guidage transversal (5) sous l'action d'un ressort et dont le déblocage est effectué par l'intermédiaire d'un levier de manoeuvre (6).
- Tête d'enduction, l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 6 et 8 à 11, caractérisée en ce que les sous-ensembles (2') formant le moyen (2) de guidage et/ou de support des fils individuels d'une nappe de fils sont réalisés sous forme de peignes rotatifs constitués par des empilements de disques séparés par des entretoises, les ensembles étant serrés sur des arbres épaulés par l'intermédiaire d'un écrou et de rondelles.
- Tête d'enduction, l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'enceinte (1) est subdivisée suivant au moins un plan vertical s'étendant parallèlement à la direction de défilement des nappes de fils par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une paroi verticale s'étendant entre les buses (3'), turbines ou assiettes rotatives de projection d'un jet de teinture, dans la partie supérieure de l'enceinte (1) jusqu'à proximité immédiate du moyen (4) d'interruption cyclique de l'application de teinture, la partie inférieure de l'enceinte (1) présentant sous chaque compartiment ainsi délimité un bac individuel de réception de teinture.
