Claims (6)
- Falschdrallgeber für einen synthetischen Multifilament-Faden zur Verwendung in Falschdrall-Texturiermaschinen, der aus mindestens drei Sätzen von jeweils auf einer Achse angeordneten gleichsinnig rotierenden Scheiben besteht, wobei die Achsen auf den Eckpunkten eines gleichseitigen Vielecks angeordnet sind und die Scheiben sich im Zentrum des Vielecks derart überlappen, daß sie im Zentrum des Vielecks einen schraubenlinienförmig gewundenen Fadenlauf mit ihren Umfangsflächen bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsfläche der Scheiben die Fläche der Zone einer Kugel oder eines Toroides mit einem im Radialschnitt der Kugel bzw. des Toroides gelegenen Radius (r) mit einer Größe von mindestens den 35-fachen des Durchmessers (dF) des gedrallten Fadens ist.
- Falschdrallgeber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfangsflächenradius (r) bei einem texturierten Faden mit einem Fadentiter > 170 dtex größer als das 35-fache des Durchmessers (dF) des gedrallten Fadens ist.
- Falschdrallgeber nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfangsflächenradius (r) bei einem texturierte Faden mit einem Fadentiter < 170 dtex größer als das 40-fache des Durchmessers (dF) des texturierten Fadens ist.
- Falschdrallgeber nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfangsflächenradius (r) im Verhältnis zur Scheibenhöhe (h) derart ausgebildet ist, daß der Mittelpunkt (M) des Umfangsflächenradiuses außerhalb der Mittelebene der Scheibe vorzugsweise zwischen der Einlaufkante und der Mittelebene der Scheibe liegt.
- Falschdrallgeber nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheiben zumindest im Bereich der Umfangsfläche aus einem wärmebeständigen Elastomer mit einer Wärmebeständigkeit von größer 100°C besteht.
- Falschdrallgeber nach Anspruch 5 oder nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Scheiben aus einem wärmebeständigem Kautschuk, insbesondere mit Wasserstoff abgesättigtem Nitrilkautschuk (hydrierter Nitril Butadien Kautschuk (HNBR)) bestehen.
