Claims (10)
- Flachstrickmaschine mit einem Nadelbettenträger und einem Maschinenunterbau, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Nadelbettenträger (14) und der Maschinenunterbau (12, 13, 15) als eine Einheit ausgebildet sind.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenhülle des Nadelbettenträgers (14) und des Maschinenunterbaus (12, 13, 15) aus einem einzigen oder aus mehreren, miteinander verbundenen Blechbiegeteilen (11; 40, 50, 60) gebildet ist.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Blechbiegeteil (11; 40, 50, 60) aus einem ebenen Blechzuschnitt, der bereits mit allen für die Maschine benötigten Bohrungen, Durchbrüchen, Aussparungen und Kantfreischnitten versehen ist, gefertigt ist.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Blechbiegeteile (11; 40, 50, 60) durch Sicken und/oder durch quer zur Längsrichtung der Maschine ausgerichteten Querverstrebungen (30, 31) mindestens bereichsweise versteift sind.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei sich über den gesamten Maschinenquerschnitt erstreckende, vertikale Stützbleche (17, 18) aufweist.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich des Nadelbettenträgers (14) eine Gestricksdurchgangsöffnung (23) vorgesehen ist, die beidseitig durch sich längs der Maschine (10) erstreckende Langbleche (26, 27) flankiert sind, die mit dem Blechbiegeteil (11) der Maschine (10) Hohlprofile bilden.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hohlprofile durch Querbleche (30, 31) ausgesteift sind.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein großer Teil der an der Maschenbildung beteiligten Baugruppen der Maschine (10) an zwei links und rechts an der Maschine angeordneten und an dem oder den Blechbiegeteilen (11; 40, 50, 60) befestigten Baugruppenträger (21, 22) gelagert sind.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Baugruppenträger (21, 22) Gussteile sind, die mit dem mindestens einen Blechbiegeteil (11; 40, 50, 60) verschraubt oder verstiftet sind.
- Flachstrickmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine (10) auf zwei sich quer zu ihrer Längsrichtung erstreckenden Vierkantrohren (19, 20) ruht.
