Definitions
- the invention relates to a door or window hinge with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- a band with the aforementioned features is known from DE-A-1 708 860 known.
- the well-known band is a sweatband.
- Its pivot bearing axis is hollow and in an internal thread this pivot bearing axis is a grub screw, one of which, threaded end on one supported bottom of the guide bush while the other end through the entire hollow pivot bearing axis extends through into the region of the wing band, so that the grub screw can be turned from there.
- At height the engagement thread of the grub screw in the pivot bearing axis there is an anti-twist device.
- One in the guide bush solid pin engages in a groove of the pivot bearing axis.
- a tape with a fixed to a Frame to be attached frame band well known, the one Guide bush axially supported, which is one end of a pivot bearing axis
- the other end of the storage of a Wing band serves, and with a set screw, through which Rotate the axial position of the pivot bearing axis relative to Frame strap is adjustable.
- the set screw is in one Tapped hole of the frame band adjustable and supports the Guide bushing directly from which in turn the pivot bearing axis supported.
- the invention is based on the object a door or window hinge with the features mentioned to improve so that the height of the frame band not affected by the adjustment height of the screw becomes.
- the band should build slim.
- This task is characterized by the characteristics of the license plate of claim 1.
- the thread, in that engages the set screw, not present in the frame band is, that is, in the body of the frame band, the Guide bush stores. Rather, the thread for the thread engagement the adjusting screw inside of the guide bushing enclosed space in such a way that the frame band or its guide bush storing the tape body completely free from the height adjustment serving components. Rather, these components are exclusively the pivot bearing axis and the guide bush associated. It follows the further advantage that the tape body for different Band types may be the same, regardless of whether a height adjustment is present or not and possibly without the cons that in itself for a height adjustment trained band body conventional design would be present if waived a height adjustment is, for example, by omitting the screw.
- the band is designed so that the screw with the pivot bearing axis is in threaded engagement.
- At this Training can be the guide bush completely free of any of the Height adjustment serving to be held thread. This is particularly advantageous if the guide bush made of plastic is manufactured, in which special load limits and creep behavior would be considered.
- a thread engagement between the metal screw and in the usual way also made of metal Swivel bearing axis avoids such problems.
- the set screw is on a the Swivel bearing axle under cross-annular collar of the guide bush supported.
- the annular collar of the guide bush engages under the screw so far that it is supported vertically safe.
- the pivot bearing axle under interlocking collar thus not only provides a secure support for this set screw, but also has a positive effect with regard to a considerable amount Exterior of the frame band in this area.
- the above-described volume is designed that the screw is a cap screw whose Head of a support on the collar is used.
- the adjusting screw may be a mass production part, which is commercially sourced can and so on an inexpensive design of the tape contributes.
- the head screw has the Advantage that her head in comparison to her shaft big Provides radii with which the cap screw axially supported is, so that on comparatively large diameters large surfaces with low surface pressures result.
- the large radii also allow the rotation adjustment the set screw with mecanicunrundauslang ausfeld done can, which have comparatively large diameter, and so that they are safe to operate.
- the inner round recesses or the operating tools can not be overdriven so fast or deformed, so that a reliable operation the adjusting screw would no longer be possible.
- the band is designed so that the pivot bearing axis is torsionally secured. As a result, twists lead the set screw safe to axial adjustments the pivot bearing axis, without the risk that the Swivel bearing axis by a rotation of the screw due is frictionally rotated by frictional forces, so that as a result does not come to the predetermined height adjustment. Also can not be distortions of the wing band on the axial height adjustment of the band impact.
- the band can be formed so that the set screw in an internally threaded bore coaxial with the pivot bearing axis intervenes. This results in a very low Weakening of the pivot bearing axis at the same time the largest possible Guide surface portion, because the pivot bearing axis on their outer circumference over their entire length from the guide bushing can be stored.
- a screw head for example, a countersunk screw be used.
- the set screw is a round head screw. She is building in Head area very small and can in extreme cases a head diameter have equal to the outside diameter of the Swing bearing axis is. This results in optimally large support surfaces between the head of the set screw and the Swivel bearing axle under-ring and the guide bushing.
- the band can be designed so that the Head of the adjusting screw in a guide recess of Swivel bearing axis is fitted.
- the adjusting screw and the Swivel bearing axle then form an assembly, which in itself very compact and stable. Above all, it is ensured that the pivot bearing axis outside over its maximum length is guided in the guide bush and so a great reliability the storage is achieved.
- the set screw with her head in one Guide recess of the pivot bearing shaft under cross Ringbunds or on one over the entire available standing flat plane annular collar surface is supported.
- the leadership deepening can in particular to stabilize the Contribute bearing when the pivot bearing axis adjusted high is.
- the set screw acts as radial Holder at the lower end of the guide bush. If the entire available plane flat annular surface for Supporting the set screw is used, in particular Notch stresses in the transition area between the collar and the guide sleeve, what the stability of the Guide bush is used.
- the tape is formed so that the guide bushing a metal bushing or a fiber reinforced as needed Plastic socket is.
- a plastic bushing is larger Loads more often can not be used. It can then be beneficial to the plastic bushing with fibers too reinforce, for example, with carbon fibers, preferably arranged in the transition region of the annular collar to the guide bush become.
- Anti-rotation lock is the pivot bearing axis in the guide bush against rotation.
- the twist lock becomes constructive simply designed, without causing an intervention must be done in the band body.
- the pivot bearing axis has at least one axis-parallel guide rib, which in a Guiding groove of the guide bush engages.
- a development of the band is characterized that the guide bush and / or the bearing bush a between the frame band and the wing band existing gap bridging engages in the wing band or in the frame band. This improves the look of the tape. Furthermore the storage area is better shielded against contamination and also any bearing abrasion from the inside can not do without more in the field of view of the tape occur, so this outside accordingly remains unpolluted.
- the window band formed with a wearing part which replaced as needed can be.
- the ring can be attached to the pivot bearing axis are mounted non-rotatably, for example by the intervention a guide rib of the pivot bearing axis in a guide groove of the ring.
- the ring can also be the optical cover serve.
- FIG. 1 shows essentially the lower part of a door hinge, namely a frame band 10, with a wing band 13 is pivotally connected by means of a pivot bearing axis 12.
- a mounting tabs 10 ' the frame band 10 and a fastening tab 13 'of the wing band 13 each provided with mounting holes 22, See Figure 2, by the fastening screws, not shown through in a sash or in a fixed Blind frames are screwed in.
- the burden of the wing is transmitted to the frame band 10 via the wing band 13.
- All embodiments have in common that the wing band 13 a bushing 24 and the frame band a guide bushing 12 for storage of an upper end 12 "or to Supporting a lower end 12 'of the pivot bearing axis 12th exhibit.
- the bushing 24 and the guide bushing 11 are each disposed within a band body 10 "or 13", So they are even sleeve-shaped and enclose the bushes 11,24 radially form-fitting on its outer circumference and in the extent described also axial form-fitting.
- the bore 25 for receiving the guide bushing 11 is wing band side formed with a central extension 26, within the annular bearing bead 27 of the Guide bush 12 is arranged.
- the bearing bead 27 supports according to Fig.1, 2 with a Konusstumpf phenomenon on a corresponding Konuntumpe Chemistry 28 of the guide bush 11, where both cone angles are the same size and the cone stumps to rejuvenate vertically downwards. As a result, will be on this point vertical loads on the guide bushing 11, which originate from the wing band 13, on the frame band body 10 "transferred.
- the guide bush 11 circular cylindrical trained.
- the guide bushing 11 of an annular extension of the Band body 10 '' surrounded, in the example, an off Plastic existing clamping part can be used to the guide bush 11 against twisting within the belt body 10 "to secure.
- the removal of the load from the wing band 13 takes place with the bearing bush 24 of the wing band 13, which is with his Band body 13 "by means of a conical bearing surface 13 '' 'on a bearing ring surface 24 '' of the bearing bush 24 is supported. Both Surfaces have the same cone angle.
- the bearing bush 24 is supported with an end face 24 '' 'on a bearing collar 30 of the pivot bearing shaft 12 from.
- the Lagerbund 30 towers over the Outside circumference of the pivot bearing axis 12 so far that for the Bushing 24 gives a sufficiently large support surface, namely an annular surface on which the specific surface pressure small enough to take out the burden of the sash 13 transferring burdens, without Verschwenkungen of the wing band 13 a not allowed To produce abrasion.
- the coefficient of friction between the Bearing bushing 24 and the bearing collar 30 is so low that only low wear results and forces to move the door leaf remain small.
- the bearing collar 30 engages in a corresponding annular Recess 31 of the bushing 11, the former so high is dimensioned that even the lowest position of the height-adjustable Schwenklagerachse 12 not to a touchdown of Lagerbundes 30 on the guide bush 11 leads. Also in the lowest position of the pivot bearing axis 12 projects beyond the Bearing 30 the top of the guide bush 11, so always the predetermined support of the bearing bush 24 on the bearing collar 30 is guaranteed.
- FIG. 2 shows an embodiment in which the annular gap 23 is closed with the guide bush 11.
- the guide bush 11 has an annular projection 11 '' 'of the between the belt body 13 '' and the bearing bush 24 engages.
- the bearing bush 24 provided with an annular recess, so that their outer circumference to the adjacent inner circumference of the band body 13 '' required for housing the annular projection 11 '' ' Distance has.
- the anti-twist device serve guide ribs 20.
- the anti-twist device serve guide ribs 20.
- the vertical intervention the guide ribs 20 in the guide grooves 21 is also large, such as the vertical engagement of the bearing collar 30 in the Recess 31 of the guide bush 11.
- the vertical adjustability of the pivot bearing axis 12th is in the embodiments of Figure 1,2 each with a Adjusting screw 14 reached.
- the adjusting screw 14 engages her screw shaft into an internally threaded bore 15, the is arranged coaxially with the pivot bearing axis 12.
- the Internal threaded bore 15 is so deep that the screw 14th can be completely screwed in and also at one maximum unscrewing a sufficiently deep threaded engagement has, to the originating from the pivot bearing axis 12 To transfer forces on the screw 14 can.
- the adjusting screw 14 is a head screw with a head 16 is formed, which is supported on the guide bush 11.
- the support takes place on a collar 17 of the guide bush 11, which engages under the pivot bearing axis 12.
- the head 16 is supported thereby in a mecanicsverianaung 19 from, where the guide recess 19 is formed so that the head 16 is guided radially, so that lateral displacements excluded are.
- the head 16 can also serve to stabilize the radial position of the pivot bearing axis 19. This is advantageous, for example, in the case of FIG. where the outer diameter of the head 16 is smaller than the inner diameter of the bore 32 of the guide bush 11.
- the outer diameter of the head 16 could also be chosen so that it is equal to the inner diameter of Bore 32 is, so that the adjusting screw 14 is a radial Leadership over the entire height of her head 16 learns.
- Fig.1 shows with respect to the interaction of the pivot bearing axis 12 and the adjusting screw 14 a special feature to the effect, that it has a guide recess 18, in which the Head 16 of the adjusting screw 14 is fitted. Consequently protrudes the end 12 'of the pivot bearing axis 12 to the immediate Close to the annular collar 17 of the guide bush 11.
- the annular collar 17 of the guide bush 11 is provided with an insertion opening 33 provided, in which an adjusting key with an end can be inserted into this until a non-circular recess 34 of the adjusting screw 14 engages in whose head 16 is present.
- the non-circular recess 34 is for example a hexagon recess.
- the pivot bearing axis 12 is raised or lowered. Prefers is a left-hand thread engagement, so that the pivot bearing axis 12 when adjusting the screw 14 in a clockwise direction is raised.
