Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pull-out device for tall cabinets with a U-shaped body rail in cross-section, one pull-out rail with two vertical bars spaced apart from one another and, if appropriate, one between Carcass rail and pull-out rail arranged middle rail, at least Rollers are provided on one of these rails and the one with the pull-out rail connectable part of the tall cabinet box-like or as a closed, is formed with a pull out frame is formed with a lower horizontal frame leg, an upper horizontal frame leg and with these frame legs connecting vertical frame legs.
  • Pull-out devices for tall cabinets are in many different embodiments become known (US 3,450,446; Brochure “PEKA Metall AG”; Brochure “Hettich International” 9.34 - 9.35 and brochure "Fulterer - tall cabinet differential full extension”).
  • the pull-out rail at these pull-out devices for tall cabinets usually have a U-shaped shape Cross section on. With regard to the arrangement of these U-shaped in cross section A differentiation is made between two types of pull-out rails: one type, the pull-out rail is arranged so that its open side towards points below, the laterally projecting edge flanges interact with rollers. In the other type, the pull-out rail is arranged so that its open side faces up.
  • the US is also for the sake of completeness 3,901,565 A, which shows and describes a drawer guide in which the rails forming the guide are ball-bearing.
  • drawer guides can are equipped with casters, cannot be disassembled.
  • the ball bearing drawer guides consisting of cabinet rail, drawer rail and possibly telescopic or Differential rail, are assembled at the factory and as a whole and mounted in pairs in the furniture body. Then there is a on the drawer itself Connection fitting to be provided on both sides, with which the drawer on the ball-bearing Guide can be attached.
  • connection fittings are designed differently and usually consist of hooks for hanging and swiveling latches.
  • the adapter rail is on the bottom of the pull-out part of the tall cabinet, and then only needs this Adapter rail with the extendable part of the tall cabinet on the pre-assembled Puller are placed. It is expediently provided that the adapter rail around a provided in its longitudinal central region Transverse axis is pivotally mounted relative to the pull-out rail, so that the pull-out part of the tall cabinet is aligned with the vertical can be used to compensate for assembly inaccuracies in this way.
  • This assembly advantage is also present if instead of a box-like one Structure, as explained above, a circumferentially closed, made of profile tubes manufactured pull-out frame with a lower, horizontal frame leg is provided, between the vertical frame legs insert baskets are.
  • the pull-out device as used for tall cabinets 1 has one in cross-section U-shaped body rail 2, one of two by cross bolts together connected Z-profiles manufactured middle rail 3 and a pull-out rail 4, these rails thanks to the rollers 5, 6 and 7 are axially displaceable in a conventional manner.
