  • a profile for setting up operating facilities and an operating facility, especially a shelf is known.
  • the profile has a generally rectangular cross-section and has on each of its side surfaces two L-like projections which point away from one another and are continuous over the entire length of the profile.
  • a further web arranged parallel to an L-like projection forms a groove together with the L-like projection.
  • a wall plate which has a milled groove can be inserted into this groove, with the L-like projection then engaging in the groove. The wall plate can be pushed in from one end face of the profile or pivoted into the groove.
  • the sheet metal profile has two L-shaped grooves, with a wall delimiting the groove being provided with square recesses for inserting screw bolts.
  • the profile can be used, for example, to build workshop trolleys or shelves.
  • a profile for setting up operating equipment for example shelves, is known.
  • the profile has a generally square cross-section and is provided with recesses which extend over a side edge of the profile and which have a slot-shaped extension. Suitably shaped hooks can be hung into the slot-shaped extension, which in turn are connected to supports.
  • the invention is intended to improve an operating facility in terms of flexible, quick and cost-effective production.
  • a profile for constructing operating equipment in particular cabinets, shelves, workbenches and the like, has at least one groove with an L-shaped or T-shaped cross section that extends in the longitudinal direction of the profile, is continuous over the length of the profile and is open towards the outside of the profile .
  • the L-shaped or T-shaped cross section of the groove is seen parallel to the longitudinal direction of the profile.
  • Corresponding folded panels can be inserted into the L-shaped or T-shaped groove of the profile without tools, for example by inserting them from the end face of the profile. The panels can be securely attached to the profile without additional fasteners.
  • side walls, rear walls and the like can be inserted into the L-shaped or T-shaped groove of the profile in this way.
  • L-shaped folded panels can be used in two different positions rotated by 180°.
  • the correspondingly folded panels can be inserted into the L-shaped or T-shaped groove from the front side of the profile. This creates a very secure hold.
  • the lateral turning or pivoting into the L-shaped or T-shaped groove about a pivot axis which runs parallel to the longitudinal direction of the profile. This lateral turning or pivoting can be combined with locking the plate on the profile or, if necessary, with the attachment of an additional fastener.
  • the profile has at least two L-shaped or T-shaped grooves.
  • the profile according to the invention can therefore be used as a vertical column of an operating facility. Depending on the location, the profile can then be rotated so that to build a cabinet with four vertical columns and two side walls as well as a front wall and a rear wall, the same profile is always used in a different, appropriate orientation becomes. On each of the four columns, two walls are then hung or pushed into the two L-shaped or T-shaped grooves of the profile.
  • the profile has two side walls arranged perpendicular to one another, with at least one L-shaped or T-shaped groove being arranged in each of the side walls.
  • the profile is provided with at least one recess for hanging components, in particular shelves, drawer guides and the like.
  • recesses can be provided. Additional components can be hung into such recesses or additional components can be attached to the recesses and thus to the profile using additional fastening means.
  • the design of components, in particular shelves, drawer guides and the like, is preferred in such a way that they can be securely fixed in the recesses without tools and ideally without additional separate fastening means.
  • the recess has a first section which extends parallel to the longitudinal direction and has a first width transversely to the longitudinal direction, that the recess has at least a second section which starts from the first section, extends in the longitudinal direction and transversely to the The longitudinal direction has a second width which is smaller than the first width, and that the recess has a third section which starts from the first section, extends counter to the longitudinal direction and has the second width transversely to the longitudinal direction.
  • the projection or hook is inserted into the first portion of the recess. This is possible without any problems because the first section has a comparatively large width. Then the projection or the hook is inserted into the second or third section and thereby fixed. The fixation is effected by the second and third sections having a smaller width, which is then matched to the width of the hook or the projection and ensures a non-positive and/or positive fixation.
  • the second section and the third section extend in opposite directions starting from the first section. Additional components can be hung in depending on the orientation of the profile.
  • the profile can be used as the left vertical column of a cabinet or shelf and shelves are then fixed in the second section of the recess.
  • the profile is rotated by 180° and the shelf can then be fixed in the third section of the recess.
  • the recess is designed symmetrically.
  • the first section of the recess is arranged in sections in a first outer surface of the profile and in sections in a second outer surface of the profile, the first and second outer surfaces being arranged perpendicular to one another.
  • fastening means for example hooks or projections
  • fastening means for example hooks or projections
  • the at least one recess is arranged at least in sections in a side wall of a mounting groove, which is arranged in a side surface of the profile and extends in the longitudinal direction of the profile.
  • a mounting groove creates space for protruding fasteners of additional components, such as shelves, drawer guides and the like.
  • the mounting grooves of two opposing profiles are arranged so that they face each other.
  • a shelf can then have laterally projecting hooks or projections that can be moved along the profile in the mounting grooves until the desired mounting location is reached.
  • the shelf is then fixed by moving it perpendicular to the profiles, whereby the hooks or projections on the shelves engage in the recesses in the side wall of the mounting groove.

  • the at least one groove with an L-shaped or T-shaped cross section extends from a side surface or a groove base of the mounting groove.
  • the mounting groove and the L-shaped or T-shaped groove can thereby be molded into the profile at the same time or can be formed during the production of the profile itself. This simplifies the production of the profile.
  • the profile has a closed cross section.
  • the profile is designed as a sheet metal part, in particular as a rolled profile.
  • a profile rolled from a sheet metal strip can, for example, also be designed with a closed cross section by connecting the side edges of the sheet metal strip to one another using a fold. In this way, profiles that can be manufactured cost-effectively and are extremely stable are created.
