Abstract
Description
Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu vorgeschlagen, daß wenigstens ein Befestigungspunkt des Seils am Griffleistenprofil liegt, daß im Bereich des Rolladenprofils mit der geringsten Seilspannung wenigstens eine Ringöse angeordnet ist, welche das Seil bei der Öffnungsbewegung des Rolladens bis zu den Umlenkungen durchläuft und daß bei weiterer Öffnungsbewegung die Ringöse das Seil als Eilschlaufe in kraftschlüssiger Verbindung zur Griffleiste mitnimmt.
Dieses Klemmelement, welches beispielsweise ein Formteil bzw. ein Seilknoten und dergleichen sein kann, ist bei geschlossenem Rolladen sowohl von dem Griffleistenprofil als auch von der Ringöse beabstandet.
Beim Öffnen des erfindungsgemäßen Rolladens reduziert sich, bedingt durch die unterschiedlichen Radien der das Seil übermittelnden Umlenkungen und des in den Profilführungsschienen verlaufenden Rolladens, der Abstand zwischen dem Klemmelement und der Ringöse.
Hat die Ringöse den Punkt erreicht, indem der Rolladen von der vertikalen in eine horizontale Bewegung übergeht, ist das Klemmelement kraftschlüssig mit der Ringöse verbunden, so daß das Seil als Eilschlaufe in kraftschlüssiger Verbindung zum Griffleistenprofil mitgenommen wird.
Vorteilhaft ist bei dieser Ausführungsform, daß die Reibungskräfte beim Öffnen und Schließen des erfindungsgemäßen Rolladens minimiert werden können. Dies führt zu einer leichteren und weniger kraftaufwendigen Handhabung für den Nutzer.
Ein weiterer Vorteil wird darin gesehen, daß der Verschleiß insbesondere des Seiles stark reduziert werden kann. Hierdurch wird die Lebensdauer des Seiles und damit die Funktionsfähigkeit des gesamten Schrankes entscheidend verlängert, da im Extremfall das Seil bei hoher Beanspruchung reißen kann.

Das Klemmelement 100 ist zwischen dem Griffleistenprofil 9 und der Ringöse 8 am Seil 7 dargestellt.
Wenn beim Öffnen des Rolladens die Ringöse 8 den Punkt überschreitet, an dem der Rolladen 1 von der vertikalen in eine horizontale Bewegung übergeht, die in etwa bei der Abdeckung 31 liegt, ist das Klemmelement 100 kraftschlüssig mit der Ringöse 8 verbunden.
Claims (3)
- Rolladen für Stauöffnungen in Kastenmöbeln mit einer Vielzahl von aneinandergelenkten Rolladenprofilen, die in seitlichen Profilführungsschienen geführt sind, wobei in den Rolladenantrieb ein Gewichtsausgleich eingesetzt ist, der ein ungewolltes Zu- und Auffahren des Rolladens verhindert, wobei dieser Gewichtsausgleich über ein durchlaufendes Seil erfolgt, das mit seinen freien Ende an dem Rolladen befestigt ist und über wenigstens zwei Umlenkungen geführt ist, wobei zwischen den Umlenkungen der Gewichtsausgleich angeordnet ist, welcher gegenüber der am Seil abgenommenen Kraft ein Vielfaches an Bewegungskraft federnd aufnimmt, und wobei der Aufbau aus Seil, Umlenkungen und Gewichtsausgleich am oberen Rand der durch den Rolladen abzudeckenden Stauöffnung geführt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß wenigstens ein Befestigungspunkt des Seiles (7) am Griffleistenprofil (9) liegt, daß im Bereich des Rolladenprofils mit der geringsten Seilspannung (11) wenigstens eine Ringöse (8, 81) angeordnet ist, welche das Seil (7) bei der Öffnungsbewegung des Rolladens (1) bis zu den Umlenkungen (4, 5) durchläuft und daß bei weiterer Öffnungsbewegung die Ringöse (8, 81) das Seil (7) als Eilschlaufe in kraftschlüssiger Verbindung zum Griffleistenprofil (9) mitnimmt. - Rolladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Griffleistenprofil (9) und der Ringöse (8, 81) wenigstens ein Klemmelement (100) am Seil (7) angeordnet ist.
- Rolladen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klemmelement (100) ein Formte, ein Seilknoten und dergleichen ist.
