Description

Claims (14)
- Klemm- und Trennvorrichtung, insb. zum Abziehen von Lagerschalen dienende Vorrichtung, mit zwei Backen, die durch wenigstens einen Schraubbolzen gegeneinander verspannbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubbolzen (4,5) mit mehreren, über seine Länge verteilt angeordneten, in Achsrichtung des Schraubbolzens hintereinander fluchtenden Vertiefungen (12) versehen ist, in die ein an der Backe (1,2) gelagertes Sperrelement (13) einrasten kann, das gegen die Spannrichtung (20) des Schraubbolzens (4,5) gegen die Wirkung einer Feder ausser Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrelement (13) an einer Halterung (14) angeordnet ist, die verdrehbar in einer Bohrung (15) mit zylindrischer Innenwand gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung (15) ein Sackloch ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass gegen die Einstossrichtung (20) der Schraubbolzen (4,5) hinter dem Sperrelement (13) in der Halterung (14) eine Ausnehmung (22) vorgesehen ist und dass diese Ausnehmung so bemessen ist, dass durch Einstossen der Schraubbolzen das Sperrelement (13) verdrängbar und der Schraubbolzen ohne Behinderung durch das Sperrelement verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubbolzen (4,5) derart um seine Längsachse verdrehbar ist, dass er gegen die Einstossrichtung (20) verschiebbar ist, wenn seine der Arretierung dienenden Vertiefungen (12) dem Sperrelement abgekehrt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubbolzen (4,5) am freien Ende sich verjüngend ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (14) an einem Ende auf dem Grund der Bohrung (15) angeordnet ist und sich im Öffnungsbereich der Bohrung eine entfernbare Sperre ( Sprengring 17 ) für die Halterung befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrelement (13) am freien Ende nasenartig abgerundet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vertiefungen (12) ausgerundet sind und sich nur über einen Teil des Schraubbolzenumfanges erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federkraft so bemessen ist, dass das in seiner Wirkstellung befindliche, eingerastete Sperrelement (13) den Schraubbolzen ( bereits ) beaufschlagt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrelement (13) bzw. seine Halterung (14) unter der Wirkung einer Drehfeder (19) steht und ihr Vorspannweg bis zur Wirkstellung ( Fig. 1 ) im wesentlichen einem Drehwinkel der Halterung von etwa 90° entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ihre Backen (1,2) mit Angriffsstellen für Zuganker (10) derart versehen sind, dass die Vorrichtung als Abzieheinrichtung verwendbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei zwei Schraubbolzen (4,5) die wirksamen Teile der beiden Backen (1,2) aussermittig zwischen den beiden Schraubbolzen angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Vertiefungen (12) nur über ein solches Mass über den Umfang der Schraubbolzen (4,5) erstrecken, dass bei in Eingriff stehendem Sperrelement (13) zum Anziehen der Muttern (7) der Schraubbolzen drehfest gelagert ist.
