werden die Führungsschienen 1, 1' nach Art einer Weiche voneinander
seitlich weggeführt. Dabei ist zu unterstellen, daß jeder nicht dargestellten
Trennwand zwei Laufwerke 3 zugeordnet sind, von denen jeweils ein
erstes in der Führungsschiene 1 und ein zweites in der Führungsschiene

mit der sie auf der Lauffläche 21 abrollt, die ihrerseits durch eine lösbar in
die Führungsschiene 1 eingebettete Verschleißauflage 22 gebildet ist.
Führungsrollen 12 sind kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildet und wälzen sich
mit ihren Mantelflächen 14' (siehe Figur 2) auf Laufflächen 23 der Führungsschiene
1 ab, die gemäß Figur 1 einen Verschleißschutz 24 aufweisen,
der in die Führungsschiene 1 eingebettet oder auf die Führungsschiene
1 aufgebracht sein kann. Figur 1 läßt ferner erkennen, daß die
Mittellängsachse 13 der Führungsrolle 12 in einer die Tragrolle 9 etwa
mittig schneidenden Vertikalebene liegt.The
In Figur 2 sind die in Laufrichtung X der Tragrolle 9 unmittelbar benachbarten
Führungsrollen 12 dargestellt. Die Achsen 11 der Führungsrollen
12 sind in Sackbohrungen 18 der Führungsrollenaufnahmen 16 angeordnet,
wobei diese Sackbohrungen 18 etwa im Bereich des freien Endes 19
der Führungsrollenaufnahmen 16 angeordnet sind. Durch diese Maßnahme
können die Führungsrollen 12 soweit an die Tragrolle 9 herangeführt
werden, daß sich zwischen der Mantelfläche 14 der Führungsrollen
12 und der Mantelfläche 15 der Tragrolle 9 nur ein geringes Spiel S1 und
zwischen der Führungsrollenaufnahme 16 und der Mantelfläche 15 der

Claims (9)
- A guide rail with a drive gear (3) and with a partition wall or the like suspended from the drive gear (3), comprising a lateral guiding recess (2, 2') in the guide rail (1,1') for the penetration of a drive gear's (3) carrying roller receiver (4) which drive gear presents a carrying roller (9) with a horizontal axle (7) and which presents guiding rollers (12) laterally guided in the guide rail (1, 1') above the carrying roller axle (7) and rotatable about a vertical axle (11), the center longitudinal axis (13) of the guiding rollers' (12) axles (11) being arranged in a vertical plane centrally intersecting the carrying roller (9) in running direction (X) and in the drive gear's (3) running direction (X) respectively one guiding roller (12) is provided in front of the carrying roller (9) and one guiding roller (12) is provided behind the carrying roller (9), characterised by the following features:a) the guiding rollers (12) present a truncated vertical cross section and while respecting a play (S1) their envelope surface (14) reaches as far as close to the carrying roller's (9) envelope surface (15) so that the guiding roller's (12) envelope surface (14) runs almost tangentially with regard to the carrying roller's (9) envelope surface (15);b) in the drive gear's (3) running direction (X) the guiding rollers (12) are supported in guiding roller receivers (16) in front of and behind the carrying roller (9) in a way that the play (S2) is almost identical between the rail profile (17) located above the carrying roller (9) and the guiding rollers (12), and the carrying roller (9) respectively the guiding rollers (12).
- A guide rail according to claim 1, characterised in that the carrying roller's axle (7) is arranged floating at a carrier plate (5) connectable to the partition wall or the like.
- A guide rail according to claim 2, characterised in that a distance sleeve (10) is provided between the carrier plate (5) and the carrying roller (9).
- A guide rail according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that guiding roller receivers (16) are arranged at the carrier plate (5) in the drive gear's (3) running direction (X) in front of and behind and parallel with regard to the carrying roller axle (7).
- A guide rail according to any of the claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the guiding roller receivers (16) present pocket boreholes (18) for the reception of the guiding roller axles (11).
- A guide rail according to any of the claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the guiding roller receivers' (16) free ends (19) overlap the carrying roller's (9) envelope surface (15) with minor play (S3).
- A guide rail according to any of the claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the carrying roller's (9) envelope surface (15) presents an anti-wear liner (20).
- A guide rail according to any of the claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the guide rail's (1, 1') running surface (21) assigned to the carrying roller (9) presents an anti-wear liner (22).
- A guide rail according to any of the claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the guide rail's (1, 1') running surfaces (23) assigned to the guiding rollers (12) present an anti-wear protection (24).
