Abstract

Die Schiebetoranlage setzt sich aus einer fest auf dem Boden montierten Stützleiste 1 mit daran gelagerten Stützrollen 2 sowie einem entlang der Stützleiste 1 verfahrbaren Torportal 3 zusammen. Der Kanal 15 weist beim Ausführungsbeispiel einen kreisförmigen Querschnitt auf, wobei die Breite des Längsschlitzes 14 etwa gleich ist der Hälfte der Kanalbreite. Die Anordnung der beiden oberen Führungsbahnen 13a sowie des dazwischen angeordneten Kanals 15 mit dem Längsschlitz 14 ist symmetrisch, so daß auch die Längsachse des Kanals 15 in einer Ebene angeordnet ist, die sich mittig zwischen den beiden Ebenen jedes Stützrollenpaars befindet.The profile 7 is a one-piece extruded profile with an approximately rectangular cross section. Die Signalleitung 16 der Schließkantensicherung 17 ist in den Kanal 15 des Profils 7 eingeführt und verläuft darin als langgestrecktes Spiralkabel 18. Ein solches Spiralkabel 18 ist in der Lage, den bei der Bewegung des Torportals 3 auftretenden Längenänderungen zu folgen, ohne daß, wie dies z.B. bei einem Schleifkontakt der Fall wäre, im Laufe der Zeit durch Verschleiß oder Korrosion Kontaktschwierigkeiten entstehen können. Zwischen den Stützrollenpaaren ist an der Stützleiste 1 eine Stromzuführung 19 befestigt, die in Gestalt eines Flachstücks durch den Längsschlitz 14 hindurch in den Kanal 15 ragt, und dort den elektrischen Anschluß des lagefesten Endes des Spiralkabels 18 aufnimmt. Claims (6)

Schiebetoranlage mit einem auf mindestens zwei im Längsabstand zueinander angeordneten Stützrollen gelagerten Torportal (3), wobei die Stützrollen (2) in entlang des Torportals (3) sich erstreckenden Führungsbahnen (13a, 13b) laufen, und das Torportal (3) mit Sicherheitseinrichtungen und insbesondere einer Schließkantensicherung (17) versehen ist, deren mit der Antriebssteuerung der Schiebetoranlage verbundene Signalleitung (16) längenveränderlich in einem sich entlang des Torportals (3) erstreckenden und mit einem Längsschlitz (14) versehen Kanal (15) angeordnet und an ihrem lagefesten Ende aus dem Längsschlitz (14) des Kanals (15) herausgeführt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kanal (15) und die Führungsbahnen (13a, 13b) an demselben, gemeinsamen Profil (7) ausgeformt sind.
