Claims (7)
- Einrichtung zur Steuerung von zwei oder mehr Bogengeradstoßern im Ausleger einer bogenverarbeitenden Druckmaschine, wobei jeder Bogengeradstoßer einen separaten pneumatischen Antrieb aufweist, der zur Erzeugung von Ausrichtbewegungen des Bogengeradstoßers im Takt der Bogenfolge periodisch mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder pneumatische Antrieb (5) ein Steuerventil (7) zur Steuerung der Druckluftzufuhr aufweist und daß Mittel (12) vorgesehen sind, durch die die Steuerventile (7) jeweils gleichzeitig gleichsinnig betätigbar sind.
- Steuereinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zeitpunkt der Betätigung der Steuerventile (7) in Bezug auf die Maschinenzeit einstellbar ist.
- Steuereinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerventile Magnetventile sind.
- Steuereinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerventile (7) mit Hilfe eines elektromagnetisch betätigbaren Vorsteuerventils (10) pneumatisch betätigbar sind.
- Steuereinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerventile bzw. die Vorsteuerventile (10) durch einen Echtzeitrechner (12) ansteuerbar sind.
- Steuereinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Echtzeitrechner (12) ein Speicher (13) zugeordnet ist, der das Ablageverhalten der Bogen in Abhängigkeit von Bogenparametern und Maschinengeschwindigkeit beschreibende Kennlinien enthält, auf die der Echtzeitrechner anhand eingegebener Betriebsdaten zurückgreift.
- Steuereinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit Hilfe eines von der Druckmaschine angetriebenen, elektrischen Drehwinkelgebers ein elektrischer Steuerimpuls zur Betätigung der Steuerventile bzw. der Vorsteuerventile erzeugt wird.
