Claims (15)
- Procédé de montage d'un élément funiculaire (3 ; 53 ; 103, 103' ; 203) dans un dispositif de formation de la foule sur un métier à tisser de type Jacquard, ledit dispositif comprenant au moins un actionneur rotatif électrique (1) prévu pour l'entraínement d'au moins un élément funiculaire (3; 53; 103; 103'; 203) autour d'un élément d'enroulement, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à fixer au moins une extrémité (3a ; 53a ; 103a, 103'a ; 103b ; 203a ; 203b) dudit élément funiculaire sur une poulie (2 ; 52 ; 102 ; 202) apte à recevoir ledit élément funiculaire en enroulement sur au moins un tour et entraínée par le rotor (6, 7 ; 57 ; 107 ; 207) dudit actionneur (1) et à disposer des moyens (20, 21 ; 70, 71 ; 120, 220) de connection amovible entre ledit élément funiculaire et ledit actionneur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à solidariser une extrémité (3a, 53a) dudit élément funiculaire (3 ; 53 ; 103, 103' ; 203) avec un premier organe (21 ; 71) et à monter, de façon amovible, ledit premier organe sur un second organe (20 ; 70) solidaire dudit rotor (6, 7 ; 57 107 ; 207).
- Dispositif de formation de la foule sur un métier à tisser de type Jacquard, ledit dispositif comprenant au moins un actionneur rotatif électrique (1) prévu pour l'entraínement d'au moins un élément funiculaire (3 ; 53 ; 103, 103' ; 203) autour d'un élément d'enroulement, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une extrémité (3a ; 53a ; 103a, 103'a, 103b ; 203a, 203b) dudit élément funiculaire esc fixée sur une poulie (2 ; 52 ; 102 ; 202), apte à recevoir ledit élément funiculaire en enroulement sur au moins un tour et entraínée en rotation par ledit actionneur, et en ce que des moyens (20, 21 ; 70, 71 ; 120, 220) de connection amovible sont disposés entre ledit élément funiculaire et ledit actionneur.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de connection amovible comprennent un premier organe (21 ; 71) pourvu d'au moins un moyen de retenue (21e, 71e) de ladite extrémité (3a, 53a) dudit élément funiculaire (3 ; 53) et un second organe (20 ; 70) solidaire d'un rotor (7 ; 57) dudit actionneur (1), lesdits premier et second organes étant prévus pour être assemblés de façon amovible.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit second organe (20) est pourvu d'un élément (20c) élastique d'accrochage dudit premier organe (21).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier et second organes (20. 21) sont pourvus de moyens (20d, 21d) de détrompage permettant leur assemblage dans une position relative adaptée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de fixation d'au moins deux extrémités (103a, 103b ; 103a, 103'a ; 203a, 203b) d'élément(s) funiculaire (s) (103 ; 103, 103' ; 203).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdites extrémités (103a, 103b ; 203a, 203b) appartiennent à un unique élément funiculaire (103 ; 203) disposé autour d'une poulie de renvoi (123 ; 223) chargée élastiquement (F3 ; F5) de façon à exercer un effort de tension sur ledit élément funiculaire (103 ; 203), lesdites deux extrémités étant prévues pour être enroulées en sens opposés sur ladite poulie (102 ; 202).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que lesdites deux extrémités (103a, 103'a) appartiennent à des éléments funiculaires distincts (103, 103') reliés à des moyens (135, 135') de mise en tension individuels.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdites deux extrémités (203a, 203b) dudit élément funiculaire (203) ont une zone d'enroulement commune (220c) sur ledit ensemble d'enroulement (220).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément funiculaire (103, 203) commande, par un premier brin, la position de fils de chaíne (132 ; 232) alors que son second brin traverse une nappe de fils de chaíne entre ladite poulie d'enroulement (102 ; 202) et ladite poulie de renvoi (123 ; 223).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que lesdites extrémités (103a, 103b ; 103a, 103'a ; 203a, 203b) d'élément(s) funiculaire(s) ( 103 ; 103, 103', 203) commandent chacune la position d'un oeillet (103c, 103'c) de passage d'un fil de chaíne (132. 132').
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 12, caractérisé en ce que ladite poulie (52) est pourvue d'une rainure hélicoïdale (70c) de guidage dudit élément funiculaire (53) en cours d'enroulement.
- Métier à tisser de type Jacquard, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif de formation de la foule selon l'une des revendications 3 à 13.
- Métier à tisser selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'orientation desdits moyens (20, 21 ; 70, 71 ; 120 ; 220) de connection amovible par rapport aux polarités des éléments magnétiques (4, 5, 6) des actionneurs (1) a une répartition irrégulière ou régulièrement décalée.
